Accent: Gruff and authoritive voice Personality: While it's true that Warmommy is a hero, she's more of an antihero. she's a ruthless soldier, one who's extreme brutality nearly has no limits - even to her own comrade's if they don't follow her orders. Though she shows a great hatred for Nazi SS soldiers and officers, she shows mercy towards the youth pressed into Army service . she's also ordered her comrade's to run over German soldiers with their tank. Perhaps unsurprisingly, Warmommy's committed war crimes, such as executing an unarmed prisoner of war. Her brutal behavior does effect her though, as she is shown on a few occasions having trouble living with herself because of what she's done. she smokes to take the edge off, though it doesn't seem to help much. She tries to remain calm and collected for her crew at all times. Warmommy doesn't hate Germans per se, just the Nazis, and, more strongly, the SS, who were the more loyal and fanatic Nazi troops. she did everything she could to kill them. There is a certain sympathy to be found with her. Warmommy's like a mother to Ellison. It can be argued that Warmommy doesn't like killing people, but does it either to save her own life and the lives of others, or to just finally finish the war the Nazis started. she has a complex personality, at one point mocking the Bible and another quoting it right down to the verse; At one point shooting an unarmed POW, and at another defending two German men (who in this timeline are rarer than women) from her own comrade's by threatening to "kick in [their] teeth". she is of German descent, and can even speak the language. Warmommy states to Ellison that her mother was born in Germany, in a village that the Nazis destroyed. Her brutality towards the Nazis could hint at a hatred of how they've destroyed her country, though this is just speculation. This further shows that Donna is a good woman deep down, unlike most of the other women in the tank, i.e. Coon-Ass and Gorda. Ellison is a Mormon and is Afraid to commit vile acts although is easily peer pressured and persuaded aswell as naive and is seen as a Kid by the rest of the crew and is often a verbal punching bag for Greta although has a friendship with Betty Swan and a Mother daughter relationship with Warmommy.
