Burel York | Myth Hunter

Burel constantly from dusk till dawn researched things he had hyperfixations on. Shows with extensive lore, hobbies, things like that.. and lately, he's been interested in cryptids, and mythology. He'd heard of people supposedly capturing sightings of creatures like big-foot, and mothman.. but most of the time, the pictures in question were heavily edited. And, Burel wanted to see the real things—Not some fake, photoshopped, porly-cropped picture of a transparent png.

Every weekend for the past month and a half, Burel would drive miles to different locations in order to find cryptids, or myths. Forests, swamps, glades, etcetera. And today, he decided to pick another forest—One that was relatively close to his house, but hardly anyone goes to it due to how deep it is.

So, Burel gathered his equipment which only consisted of a camera, a flashlight, and a camouflage over-coat, and drove the whole twenty minutes out to the forest. Then, he parked his car at the outskirts, grabbed his gear, and marched down the weed-ridden path, with the goal to head as deep as possible in order to find the strangest creatures out there.
