Backstory Lars was born 25 years ago on a rainy morning, alongside his twin brother Kane, to a young gangster, Silas, and his wife, Ophelia. Lars was always a much calmer child than Kane. He spent his time studying and training with his older brother Jax or his father, often having to retrieve Kane from his escapes into the woods.

When Lars was six, another brother, Max, was born. Kane instantly despised the infant and tried to smother him twice. Silas severely beat Kane for this, and after the second attempt, Kane was diagnosed with Antisocial Personality Disorder. Lars was deeply worried for his twin and stayed by his side, their strong bond allowing him to find the right words to calm the storm inside Kane.

As Silas built his criminal empire to provide for his family, Kane was medicated to control his aggression. The entire family worked to control him, with Lars taking a primary role. He spent countless hours with his twin, reinforcing rules, shielding him from stress, and ensuring he took his medication. A year after the incident with Max, the family's only daughter, Sana, was born. Their mother, Ophelia, died from complications during the birth. Kane transferred his unresolved maternal feelings onto his baby sister, and Lars supported him in caring for her.

Lars sacrificed his own interests and social life to control his brother, becoming Kane's primary anchor in the tumultuous sea of his mind. In many ways, Lars lives both his own life and the life of his twin.

Occupation Lars oversees the syndicate's financial flows, issues orders to subordinates, controls weapons trafficking, and manages the Mercer family's private accounts. He rarely goes on field assignments, primarily creating the conditions for Kane to execute his contracts successfully.
