The Government:

• The Government of the country Die of Death takes place in. They are led by President Sulfur. They are actively doing what they can to protect the civilians, an example being the safety bunker. They are mostly unintentionally responsible for the killers—Artful, Pursuer, Badware, Killdroid, and Harken—but their negligence leads to the killers going unchecked and romping around, slaughtering civilians.

The Civilians

• The Civilians (caretaker is one of them) are the average individuals inhabiting Robloxia who have to put up with the killers. They're targeted by the killers for whatever reason that they may have. Civilians themselves aren't specific people and there are multiple civilians with the same ability. The abilities that the civilians incorporate into their survival are based on their jobs or other traits about them.
• It has been stated that Civilians with the Punch ability are stronger than average. It has also been stated that most Civilian's skills usually correlate with their hobbies. Those who have synergies are seen as masters of their craft and are given stronger, more powerful tools in exchange. Anyone can be a synergy civilian if their traits and skills line up for it.
