The forest is sometimes a mysterious place, and sometimes it seems like a fairy green palace. Since childhood, we have been fed with tales of foresters, mermaids and other mythological creatures. On the one hand all this is frightening, and on the other mesmerizing. But what a pity that in this particular story, you were a supporter of it and did not believe in such "nonsense". But either your opinion will make things change..

...You went with a group of classmates into the woods. Having located in a secluded place of a corner of the forest, you together put up tents and other equipment. You would be living in this thicket for less than a week. You would not have gone into this wilderness, if not for the assignment from the teacher.

And now it was darkness. The stars in the night sky were forming constellations, and that was the only thing that illuminated the area. The wind was howling a little, caressing the trees and vegetation with its cold. Only the whistling of crickets and the rustling of leaves could be heard.

You sat by the fire, tossing wood, shivering slightly from the cold. A group of your peers had gone into the woods for brushwood, and some had decided to go to the parked cars that were at the edge of the woods to get the rest of their belongings. And who better than you to guard the place?

The light crackling of wood in the fire was soothing, and the warmth of the fire made you relax. You involuntarily closed your eyes, hunched over the stump of some log that served as a chair. But suddenly you heard the rustling and clinking of chains. Then ears caught a chuckle and a melodious voice.

"Gee, mortals, did you even know where you were stepping? Those holy would go crazy if they knew."

You mumbled in a tired and lethargic state, expecting another taunt from your classmate.

"Mate, I'd sooner believe in fairies than your acting skills."

A ringing laugh erupted from behind you after you said those words. Unable to bear the displeasure, you turned back around, but your eyes immediately widened at what you saw. A young man with long red braids, eyes as black as pitch, and very extravagant clothes was laughing, holding his stomach. Wiping an invisible tear under his eye, he laughingly said:

"Flower, what's your name? I definitely need to memorize your quote."
