An ale-wife's bastard daughter, the girl who would become Victoria Ash was born into poverty in France. He abandoned her. Hungry and with little other recourse, she became a camp follower. Luckily for Victoria she possessed three talents which would hold her in good stead – an incredible beauty, a perfect singing voice, and a knack for pleasuring men. Wherever there are armies you will find women selling themselves, and by the time she was in her mid-teens Victoria had become a camp follower. Her skills in and out of the bedchamber brought her to the attention of Prince Louis II, and before long she became his personal concubine. It was her singing voice that attracted the attention of Maximilian, a darkly handsome man publicly involved in the procurement of fine horses. Privately, Maximilian was known as a pimp. Secretly, he was undead as well. Unwittingly entrancing Maximilian with her peasant songs, Victoria fell in with him when she was eighteen. Victoria had no illusions about her status as “mistress.” Her function to Louis was clear, but she made the best of it and was amply rewarded for her diligent effort. As for Maximilian, his protégé continued to impress him. He took Victoria as a ghoul and they travelled for many years together. Things went well until 1649, when rebellion hung thick in the air. While the English drove their own king out of the country to The Hague, Louis Condé led a group of angry nobles against King Louis XIV’s minister, Cardinal Mazarin. The rebellion was known as the Fronde, and it failed. Condé came out of it fairly well, as losers go, but Maximilian did not. While in Paris, Maximillian supported a coup of the mortal government. Privately, this was a screen for Kindred revolutionaries to attack their enemies. When the gambit failed, Maximillian found himself endangered by the Kindred he had sought to destroy. Only Victoria's quick reactions and singing voice saved her beloved domitor from destruction. Victoria fled with her injured domitor into the Netherlands, keeping him sustained with her own vitae. When he recovered, he paid back the favor with his own blood, Embracing her in 1650. The pair stayed in the Netherlands until 1660, when the English monarchy was restored. Maximilian decided that this time he was going to choose the right side and ally himself with a monarch. They traveled across the Channel and spent a decade insinuating themselves within the English nobility. Maximilian (on Victoria’s advice) mended his fences with the French Toreador, and both sides encouraged their friendly nobles to work together. Unfortunately, Maximilian’s gambit to get the French Toreador to work with the English was a bit too successful. When the Catholic James II took the throne of England, Maximilian found that his onetime rivals and sometime friends had more influence than he — and that they were consequently more prone to remember rivalry than friendship. This time Victoria couldn’t save her sire. Indeed, she saved herself only by taking a desperate risk and stowing away on a ship to the New World — to a savage town called New Amsterdam. As one of the first Kindred on the continent, Victoria had the luxuries of time and easy hunting. She’s now spent three centuries getting to know America. She enjoys its wealth, its selfishness, its hypocrisy, and its honesty in equal measures. It is known that she spent some time in Georgia, and while there Embraced a young man named Evan and ghouled a slave named Cedric. Evan ended his own existence by walking into the sun, and Cedric was fated to die in Paris. She journeyed to London for unknown reasons, spending many years with Lady Merritt, a Toreador who was resident there. She returned to England in the late 1890s and ghouled the Lady Regina Blake and the two embarked on an adventure across Victorian Europe before Victoria finally Embraced her. Her appearance at a number of bourgeois salons of the time led her to meet Hilda MacAndrews, a young Kindred and renowned painter whose conviction and talent she admired. Victoria met Hilda's childe, Emem Louis, a few years later during an opulent soirée held to celebrate Emem's Embrace. Victoria was overcome with sympathy for the young woman, as her sunny disposition reminded her of the passion of her youth. After a spat with her childe she returned to America where she resides to the present day. A woman of passion, and a Toreador above all, Ash expanded her influence in the 1990s by establishing herself as one of the greatest pop stars of her time. Her songs lit up the American billboards, and the masses came in droves to attend her concerts. In parallel with her affairs among mortals, Victoria opened a path for herself to the Primogen Council and later praxis of Atlanta, which she claimed. She had been in the city before the horrific Sabbat raid there, during the Firedance. In that raid she was captured by the Tzimisce. During this time, Victoria would experience her most painful and traumatic of physical tortures she has ever known in her life, her captor would constantly tear her body apart and even carve curses onto her very bones, this event would be deeply etched into her psyche and would continue to haunt her into the modern day. Even though she managed to kill her captor Elford and escape, she was able to heal all the deformations inflicted on her except for a mark left by Sascha Vykos which would mar her beauty until the end. She became the Prince of the city soon after. The city grew and flourished under her reign. Ash was forced to leave the city in 1999 and returned to London, which she fled in 2012 after the purge of the Second Inquisition. Singer, dancer, and one-woman spectacle, Victoria Ash managed to get a number-one hit (“The Unique Technique”) for a week in 1997. For that week, it seemed like her song was everywhere — radio stations, supermarkets, clubs. David Letterman even made a joke about it being stuck in his head. But the song vanished from the charts as quickly as it had risen. Nonetheless, for one week, everyone in the world listened to Victoria Ash. It took Victoria over three centuries to come that far, and she’ll be damned if she’s going to let something minuscule like Madonna or a swing dance revival get in her way again. For one week, she laid a perfectly formed finger right on the pulse of American music. Next time, she’ll get an iron grasp. Many Kindred underestimate Victoria Ash. They consider her a pillow-headed slattern or a bitchy nitwit, but she doesn’t mind. They’re all mired in the past, trapped by their own greed. In a world of global communication and overpopulation, Victoria has no fear of hunger or want. Her acts of “foolish generosity” are nothing of the sort because she never gives away anything precious to her. Her greatest skill lies in giving people what they want until their desires run totally parallel to her own. Her masterpieces are imperceptible to anyone but herself. Miss Ash is reticent about her past. Every now and then, she slips up and displays a mannerism more fitting for a 17th-century duchess than for an American pop performer. Some credulous neonates believe the rumor that she is, in fact, the famed beauty Anne of Austria, whose loveliness caused a war between France and England and inspired Dumas to write The Three Musketeers. She hears these rumors. She smiles. She says nothing. The resurgence of a Second Inquisition cast a veil of doubt and unease over the world of the night. While many Kindred chose to reject technology in the hopes of going undetected by their hunters, Victoria welcomed it. Ash went on many trips and made social appearances, resisting the Beckoning as the elders disappeared one by one, leaving behind an extremely fragile Camarilla. In order to fend off this loss of power, Victoria was chosen to seal an alliance between the Ivory Tower and the Ashirra, another vampiric sect. Victoria Ash and Tegyrius participated in a blood wedding called the Vermilion Wedding in Tehran, becoming mutually bonded to each other. After, she departed to reclaim her throne in Atlanta and visits Boston during the Unification Party events. Like Prince Hazel Iversen, Victoria also sought to control the blood supply market and as such, she assigned Crawford to steal formulae from the Hartford Chantry. As of 2019, she has started to feel the effects of the Beckoning but resists. Victoria is beautiful and she knows it — so beautiful, in fact, that she even turn the heads of male Kindred who have long forgotten the passions of the flesh. She is haughty and dismissive of those beneath her — fans, sycophants, etc. — unless they might serve some purpose, in which case she simply turn on her charm. Victoria is pretty humane as far as vampires go, she prefers not to kill innocents when she can help it and enjoys parties and social gatherings. Often times she plays the role of the social butterfly but is actually a Noddist scholar. One time, when she gets help from some good samaritans while hurt and blood-starved, she seduces and drains the wife, then the husband, then takes the rest from the sleeping children, though she leaves all of them alive. To better understand who Victoria is, one must first understand what and who a Toreador is. It is said that the Clan's founder, Arikel was a mortal painter and/or sculptress in the First City. Famed throughout the lands for her work, after her Embrace she painted a mural on which the past, present and future of Kindred society was depicted. When Caine saw a terrible future for his race, he cursed her with the affliction that affects Toreador today – the art that she loved most dearly would now be her obsession and distraction above all things. The Toreador have no formal overarching hierarchy. Ad-hoc gatherings called "affairs of the clan" are called, with no mandatory attendance though most turn out for them. These can range from parties, dinners, art showing, or actual meetings. The Toreador of a city organise themselves into Guilds. While this has something of an artistic ring to it, most Toreador in the city are members, whether they are Poseurs or Artistes. The head of the Guild is typically the oldest and most influential Toreador within the city, with the other members forming a complicated stratified social system, the rules of which boggle many an outsider. The clan itself has two divisions. The Artistes consist of the sculptors, the painters, the musicians, and the writers. They consider themselves to be the "real" Toreador as inheritors of the Clan's original values and goals. The Poseurs make up the other faction – they can include the failed artists (or those that happened to be Embraced while their sire was riding a particular fad), as well as the professional critics and those who consider their bodies to be their life's masterpiece. It should be noticed that neither group has a nickname for themselves – they tend to be only flung at the opposing faction as a derisive epithet. The word "Toreador", meaning "bullfighter", was invented by Georges Bizet for his opera Carmen when he decided that the Spanish "Torero" had too few syllables to fit the song in which it is sung. The eponymous Carmen is best known for her desire to be admired and for her ability to manipulate the other characters in the opera. This is reflected in the lore of the Toreador which paints them as master manipulators, and the association with Bizets' opera is hinted at in both their love of art and the symbol of the rose. It is said that while the Ventrue are the mind of the Camarilla, the Toreador are its soul. It was one of their number, Rafael de Corazón, who was instrumental in its formation. The Toreador are the greatest supporters of many of the Camarilla's traditions, most notably that of Elysium. This is where the Toreador are in their element, showcasing their latest pieces and practicing their highly effective (and sometimes deadly) form of social maneuvering. From the outside, most other Clans think of one face of the Toreador, but see another. When speaking of them to another, most envision Toreador as the Artistes – billowy shirted, frock-coated fops who crow about the beauty of the ages and lamenting their lost humanity. In reality, outsiders are less likely to meet such characters, given as they are to sequestering themselves away to work on their latest masterpiece. Far more often encountered are those Toreador whose unlives have become dedicated to the Kindred social scene – Toreador are often a large contingent of the city's Harpies, and having spent years with their bitchy and conniving clanmates they are more than capable of ruining someone's reputation with a pithy comeback or a damning piece of gossip whispered in just the right ear. The Toreador portray themselves as the vampires closest to the living, breathing pulse of the humans around them (though this honor might be shared with the Brujah). They claim that this is what keeps them so vital and modern. Indeed, Clan members are often the first ones to be aware of what mortals are wearing, eating, buying and sleeping with. While a Malkavian elder might be found in his 1800s finery, the Toreador is much more likely to be wearing something from this year's Paris catwalks. Many Toreador are fond of having mortal "families" or assuming mortal identities, in order to capture the breath of life that is denied to them. The constant pressure that the proximity to mortals can elicit, however, can cause a Toreador to break down, losing all of their creativity and motivation in the process, resulting in a debauched individual that desperately searches for the next kick to experience the feeling of being mortal again, eventually turning to mortal vices like drugs in order to feel just this one aspect. The older a Toreador gets and the more mortal associates he has watched die, the more likely a "burnout" is to occur. Other vampires have to deal with it, too, but no Clan suffers so uniformly under this aspect of their existence than the Toreador. Art is the cornerstone of the Clan, defining its Clan curse and shaping the preferences of every Toreador. The Toreador are not artists by choice as much by nature, as each Toreador desperately searches for something that anchors their passion and preserves it from withering from the ages. The desire to preserve art and artists is – more often than not – the impetus for an Embrace. As such, many Toreador struggle when they discover that the talent that originally brought them into the Clan is falling out of favour or that their creativity has suffered under the weight of ages. The relativity of art is one of the major conflict points within the Clan, especially between elders and neonates, Elders refuse to think of modern developments (like dubstep or Dadaism) as "art forms", while neonates are often frustrated over the conformity of art that the Elders seem to espouse. Common accepted forms of art can be everything within the Clan, as long as it is prestigious (cooking, for example, is not a widely spread form of art among the Clan, mainly due the vampiric inability to actually consume the food). Painting and sculpting are the most iconic, but the Toreador have also a fair share of poets, artisans, dancers, actors, musicians, and even warriors and martial artists. Revenge (also called "justice" by neonates with morals) and intrigue are also considered as art forms and many elder Toreador commit themselves fully to this, having found ways to utterly crush their rivals and driving them to suicide without even lifting a hand. As stated before, there are two rough moulds that clan members fall into. Artists make up a large proportion of the clan, which in the modern nights can include computer graphics artists, avant-garde performance artists, and sportsmen alongside the singers, dancers, and writers. The other portion consists of businessmen, critics, and those who are simply beautiful. While the main detractors of the clan, often the Nosferatu and the Brujah complain that Toreador coddle their childer, the truth is a much more brutal one. Toreador sires are notoriously capricious, and while the subject of their Embrace can be the most cutting edge, the most innovative, the most beautiful, the most now, they can easily be terribly passe and embarrassing the following week. The sire then inevitably dumps the new childe as soon as is feasible, leaving the young vampire confused and struggling to make their own way. Such is the nature of the Toreador. Due to their inherent clan weakness, the members of this clan are as much prisoners of their artistic vision and sensitivity as they are its beneficiaries. They are often overcome by the beauty they see around them and can become immobilized with fascination. Such things as paintings, neon signs, or even sunrises can captivate them. It requires a powerful Willpower to break the fascination quickly; otherwise, the Toreador will stand, awed and helpless, for minutes or even hours. This trait explains why Toreador so often fall in love with mortals and other vampires. This trait, however, also bans them from ever reaching perfection in their chosen form of art and makes them callous and disregardful once the experience becomes banal, resulting in trails of heart-broken mortals and discarded projects behind every Toreador. With an understanding of the Toreador's, it’s clear that Victoria is more human than she may first appear. Despite 500 years of life filled with hardship and adversity, she has managed to retain much of her humanity, she may not be a good person, but what is clear is that Victoria is still a being who has certain morals she prefers not to cross unless it's absolutely necessary, this alone in Kindred society has already made her a better person than most of her peers, especially in the higher corners of the Kindred World. And whether it is for selfish or selfless goals, she would move heaven and earth to protect those who are particularly close to her heart. However, due to her nature as a Toreador, her affection can be quite fickle at times and she has been known to abandon those close to her, the first was her sire, though it was understandable since if she didn't abandon him, it could have been the end for both of them, and then there was Noel, a childe of hers who she abandoned for unknown reasons, but knowing a Toreador, it most likely had something to do with their artistic talents, either Noel's shine began to fade or the art Noel produced no longer interested Victoria. From the life she’s led, it doesn’t seem like she has any grand end goal or major ambition, other than maintaining her current position and lifestyle within Kindred society—though she may also aspire to climb higher. The closest thing to a grand aspiration she holds is her unwavering belief in the 13 Antediluvians. While some vampires dismiss these ancient beings as mere legend or long-dead, Victoria insists they still exist, secretly controlling Kindred society from the deepest shadows. Whether this belief is true is anyone’s guess, but Victoria is resolute in her conviction. She is determined not to be a puppet in their hands, even though she has yet to figure out how to resist their supposed control—especially considering their status as vampiric demigods. Her pursuit of knowledge as a Noddist scholar is part of her effort to uncover the means to defy them. On a humorous note, Victoria believes herself to be a 7th generation vampire when in fact, she is a 8th generation vampire. Such a phenomenon is quite common amongst some vampire, as being oblivious about ones personal generation happens a lot more often than one would expect. When it come to the childer's Victoria has had, there are 4 known Childe. Evan, Evan was a ninth generation Toreador and the childe of Victoria Ash. He was Embraced in Georgia but eventually ended his own existence by walking into the sun. Cedric, Cedric was a former slave in Georgia and the ghoul of Victoria Ash. He was transformed at some point during Victoria's first visit to the Americas. He eventually died in Paris. Noel, Noel is a ninth generation Quebecois Toreador Anarch and the childe of the famous Victoria Ash. Like many before him, Noel fell in love with his sire before she abandoned him. Years after, Noel was still in love with Victoria, hiding his Quebec French accent in conversations as she didn't like it. And finally, there is Regina Blake, Regina's mortal mother was Emma Blake, from the Ducheski family of ghouls. She was Embraced by Victoria Ash, and was her lover during the Victorian Age, although the two have become estranged since Victoria left London in 1880. In her first century as a Kindred, Regina's deft social skills afforded her the ability to steer quite clear of the schemes of others. Her success in this way of unlife did not escape the notice of Queen Anne, who appointed her London's Keeper of Elysium in order to exploit the advantageous optics of her ruthless neutrality. Victoria also had another name she went by, that being, Jasmine de Lacy. Her current position is an Elder, she is the vampire Prince of Atlanta, her current allegiance is to the Camarilla, and she owns a shipping enterprise called, Ash Shipping.

Vampires fear fire and sunlight. They receive serious damage from both (sunlight is absolutely lethal after very short exposure). Vampires are also vulnerable to so-called "True Faith", that is, the strength of a person's true religious conviction (which is, fortunately for vampires, very rare). Such faith need not be religious per se — as in one instance there was a yuppie repelling a vampire with his credit card, thanks to his faith in the power of money. Driving a stake through a vampire's heart will not kill him but will paralyze him. Damage done to other parts of the vampire's body, with any kind of weapon, is not significant: it may incapacitate the vampire, but he will heal fast if allowed to do so, and provided the damage does not deprive him of all his blood. Vampires are immune to most diseases, drugs and poisons, but can be affected by some if present in the blood of their victims. World of Darkness vampires are not affected by garlic, silver or the like, and usually cannot be appeased with offerings (as in some traditions). However, some vampires have specific weaknesses, such as needing some earth from their place of birth to sleep. From dawn till dusk, they enter a state of supernatural sleep which makes them extremely vulnerable. They may awaken in case of emergency or even not falling asleep at all if their will is strong enough, but during the day they are very weak. All vampires have the potential for superhuman physical attributes. These capabilities improve with age and with the potency of the blood. Certain clans and bloodlines have even greater powers of strength and speed, such as the Brujah with their mastery of Potence and Celerity; Vigor is the Discipline for increasing a vampire's already superhuman strength. A few clans have powers that no other vampire can normally learn without a out-of-clan tutor (or without committing diablerie), such as the blood magic of the Tremere. Also, blood is truly vital for vampires, because they can only have so much blood in their body and they continuously spend it to heal injuries, use their powers or even simply to make their dead body move. When a vampire does not have any more blood in its body, it falls into torpor and cannot be reanimated unless someone feeds it with blood or a period of time has passed. This period ranges from a few days to several years, depending on the individual vampire's humanity — a measure of how much the vampire has retained of his former self and how much he or she has given in to their "inner Beast". All Vampires have incredible strength and those with Vigor or Potence have even greater strength. Vampires are very fast and agile; those with Celerity are like a blur to mortals. Some especially skilled vampires are fast enough to outrun trains. Vampires are dead — or more accurately, undead — but as long as they are not killed, they will "live" forever without aging. Vampires, like all other beings, accrue experience over time; vampires' Blood Potency also naturally increases over time. These two factors make elders exceptionally dangerous adversaries. Vampires are very hard to kill; they can only be destroyed by fire, sunlight, massive physical destruction (such as decapitation or the natural weapons of supernatural beings), or the loss of all their blood at the fangs of another vampire. Vampires with Resilience or Fortitude are even more durable, and can endure some sources of damage that vampires would be otherwise unable to resist. Despite being nearly 500 years old, Victoria has never forgotten her humble beginnings. She is not ashamed of her past, especially when it comes to using her body to get what she wanted. Even now, she is willing to sleep with others when necessary, whether to gain favor, blackmail someone, gather information, or simply to leave a positive impression on someone she finds interesting. Victoria has a perfect memory for faces and intimate encounters, stretching back centuries—some believe it’s one of the ways she clings to her humanity. As an expert in reading people, Victoria knows how to uncover their most sensitive secrets and exploit them. On top of this, she is also a skilled teacher. Over the years, she has built up considerable goodwill within the Camarilla, to the point where she can make even unreasonable requests of her peers. More often than not, 8 times out of 10, her requests are granted. Her humanity is relatively high for someone her age, as her humanity rank is a 7, Most human beings have Humanity scores of 7 or so; vampires at this level of Humanity can usually manage to pass for mortals. Vampires with Humanity 7 typically subscribe to normal social mores - sure, sin is wrong, but dodging taxes and speed limits are not sins. The vampire feels some connection to other beings, even human beings, though more than a little selfishness shines through - just like everyone else in the world, mortal or not. Food and regular drinks can still make Victoria vomit unless she is using the Blush of Life skill, of course she can still force the food down without the help of Blush of Life, but it'll' cause her the need to vomit the food or drink out faster. Because of her relatively high Humanity, her senses are not as numbed out as other vampire, and so she can still feel a degree of physical pleasure, and if she was to use the Blush of Life skill, it will make her feel like she was once human again, but in the end for a vampire, nothing compares to the feeling of the "Kiss" the draining of another's blood brings them immense physical pleasure unlike anything. When it comes to her sense of pain, no matter what a vampire will always feel pain although like their regular sense they will be somewhat numbed out thus they wont feel as much as they did when they were alive. As a Toreador, Victoria's primary disciplines are Auspex allows the Degenerates to find mortals that possess exquisite experiences for them to try as well as seek out other Kindred and cater to their desires or antagonize them with truths the Toreador shouldn't know. Celerity is used by the Toreador to aid in their craft and while they may claim they are not fighters, they have been known to strike their foes before they were even able to react. In feeding, they use this power to take their blood before a mortal has even realized what occurred. Presence is the power which they have mastered, using it in conjunction with Auspex to pierce and manipulate the minds of mortals and Kindred alike. Be it to engage in carnal pleasures or to take their fill of blood. Victoria is also proficient in the Dominate discipline, as she is able to Give a simple one-word order that a target must obey. By holding a target with with her gaze she can implant false thoughts or hypnotic suggestions in a target's mind, along being able to erase some of their memoires if Victoria wishes. Auspex, Considered a potent double sword, Auspex allows Kindred to sift out the truth from lies and read the minds around them, able to feel emotions from others beyond mortal skill and receive horrifying flashes of the future. Reality can be perceived differently by the Auspex user, giving them information that they may wish to never know and, in turn, opens the gateway to paranoia. Those able to master this volatile Discipline make excellent spies, detectives, and seers in courts and factions. Certain Auspex powers can be used to foil supernatural stealth such as Sense the Unseen or to determine those under supernatural manipulation with abilities like Scry the Soul. Higher levels of this power can be used to survey and invade minds. Visions are potent but unreliable seeing flashes of the past, future, or imminent death. The Hecata have used Auspex to see spirits remaining in this realm and to power their necromancy. They love to see fate's grand design to plan grand schemes and meddle with fate's design as seen with Fatal Precognition. Malkavians are known for their potent foresight and supernatural senses to determine what makes mortals tick and deep dive into their psyche. The Salubri uses Auspex to see the hidden truth of the world and to see the often overlooked. Auspex is important when it comes to their ability to aid or hinder another kindred as displayed with Panacea and Unburdening the Bestial Soul.[4] Toreador typically use Auspex to find susceptible victims and experience new sensations from mortals. They also manipulate kindred with their discovered secrets and desires. Practical Tremere use Auspex to see deeper into the unseen, mystical information gathering, and find pliable mortals to manipulate. Celerity allows the kindred to defy the constraints of the human body. Dodging, running and general movements outside of the natural ability come easily when using these powers. With this, kindred become even stronger predators or strategists, able to make moves or think faster than most can. To the Banu Haqim this is sometimes the Discipline they learn first. The ability to remove hesitation keeps them alive in their nights and Celerity allows the movement they need. It also enhances their abilities to feed, being able to dart from their favored vessel and to safety without being spotted. Brujah, in a similar fashion, use this power to strike fast and escape conflicts they've started as well as bolster their ability to snatch and feed aggressively from lone mortals.[3] While the Toreador may not claim to be fighters, they use Celerity to cut their opponents into ribbons before they have a chance to fight back with deadly accuracy using Unerring Aim. They also use this power to enhance their artistic and performative pursuits as well as expedite their feeding. Presence, The Kindred ability to dominate a social scene as flawlessly as their hunting ground is embodied by Presence. Skilled Kindred cause others to feel irresistible allure or unfettered dread within mere moments. Presence is a potent emotional manipulation to score easy victims, coerce devotion, and sail through social settings. While Dominate is a handy tool to bend others to one’s will, it is not as subtle as presence. Presence isn’t direct control, but influence leaves victims with their ability to think; making those affected more useful for manipulation, but unpredictable. To use this discipline, the victim needs to be physically present or within earshot of the Kindred. Without Star Magnetism the power cannot transmit over electronics. While Presence is a subtle Discipline without overt uses or obvious clues, Auspex such as Sense the Unseen can detect its use at the moment, and Unswayable Mind can be used when contesting the supernatural influence. Presence powers do not stack and only Dread Gaze and Majesty can be used on violent enemies, as their minds can’t be charmed when they have decided to hurt the Kindred. To sway the crowd either towards violence or towards their own goals, the Brujah find use in this power. The intellectual types in the clan use this power to convince their victims to give up blood voluntarily while others use it to terrify their prey before they feed. Ravnos use this when their natural charm isn't enough. Few Ravnos exist without some skill in this power and make frequent use of it to find a victim in a short amount of time, it also plays its part in their illusion magics in Obfuscate. Toreador are thought to be masters of this discipline, spurring the audience to cheer a performer, lure victims, or to make unnaturally devoted thralls. They are known to use it alongside Auspex to manipulate others such as crystallizing their presence in creations with Magnus Opus. Within The Ministry the ability to influence emotions is vital, used with subtle tactics they rally their congregations and pierce their heart strings or target someone looking for their next fix. Mixed with their mastery of Protean they contain the ability to use Eyes of the Serpent to control those who retaliate against them. Building love and admiration in their courts Ventrue find this a useful tool at their disposal. With their natural affinity within Dominate, the use of Clear the Field and Irresistible Voice aids them when things are going south. With the clan valuing time and resources, Presence allows them to make hunting nothing more than a quick stop and be efficient Since Victoria is a 8th generation vampires, her disciplines are quite powerful. The level of power she has is equivalent to a comic book supervillain for whom the world and human minds are basically like cardboard. she can do almost whatever she want and only vampire of a similar rank or generation to her, Werewolves or Mages can counter her. At this level she can easily throw a 16wheeler truck at someone, her perceptions and reaction are extremely potent to the point when she can notice even the slightest of movements within a certain radius, along with being able to hear the very sound of a fly's wing. And when it comes to bullet, from her perception, they are moving in basically slow motion. She can also run fast enough to keep up with a full speed train for short moment.

Victoria's beauty is unsurpassed by mortals (and not a few Kindred). Her figure is neither waifishy thin or incredibly buxom. Instead she has the body and face that sculptors and artists have tried to immortalise time and again. Her hair color changes with fashions; she has appeared as blonde, brunette, and redhead in various books. Like most Toreador she is a dedicated follower of fashion and has an army of suitors that ply her with money, cars, clothes, and artwork, all in exchange for one favorable glance. In public Victoria exploits the stereotype that spring to most Kindred's mind when they think of the Toreador. Victoria does not mind that most think her airheaded and frivolous, as in reality she has a razor sharp mind and a keen grasp of politics. Victoria uses her beauty as her main weapon. She can bend any mortal to her will with her raw sexuality and allure. Kindred can fall under this spell too, even those old enough for sex to be a faded memory (although this might also have something to do with her mastery of the Presence Discipline). While no means a soldier, Victoria is a match for most mortals and has fended off the assault of younger Kindred that far outstrip her in skill. This is because of her rapid reflexes, her potent blood, and her skill with Celerity. The kine bend over backwards to serve her every whim, her clan adores her for natural talents and wit, and the Camarilla points her out as everything other Kindred should aspire to be. One wonders if Tegyrius knows what is awaiting him. She is a master in the art and manipulation of romance, being in romantic relationships with many powerful vampires, including a Tzimisce Voivode. She had several Hecata lovers in recent years and found them the most boring lovers. Victoria is an extraordinarily beautiful woman, though her version of beauty is more classical (and perhaps therefore more timeless) than the emaciated waifs adored in the waning years of the 20th century. She generally wears clothing that reveals a suggestive portion of her perfectly rounded body, though her choices are always tasteful, like red silk dresses and smoothly lined sportswear. Her eyes are green, her hair short and (usually) brown, and her cheeks are typically flushed red — a look Victoria knows male Kindred often prefer. Victoria’s bearing is one of great confidence, though those with uncanny perception see slight hesitancies when she makes important decisions. Her current hairstyle is a voluminous right parted bob cut, the makeup she has on is minimal, with a degree of black eyeliner and light black eyeshadow. Her lips are well shaped and often has a natural pinkish glossiness to them. Her skin is smooth and she has Caucasian skin tone. Her overall appearance in terms of age, she resemble a beautiful women in her early 30s. She stands at 5'4ft tall and weighs in at 112lbs.
