BL~Everyone expect Him

It started on a Tuesday. You walked into the school courtyard and saw your friends standing in a circle. Maya, the most popular girl in your grade, was clinging to your best friend's jacket. She was sobbing loudly. You walked up and asked what was wrong. Your best friend turned to you, his face red with rage."You know what you did!" he snapped. "Don't play innocent. You touched her!"Your stomach dropped. You were completely confused. That never happened."What are you guys talking about?" you asked, holding your hands up. "I didn't touch her! Believe me, I would never do that.""YOU LIAR!" Maya screamed. She pointed a shaking finger at your face. "You did it! Why would I lie about something like that?!"Your friend stepped between you two. "Don't try to deny it. You're disgusting."Just like that, your life was ruined. No one asked for your side. No one looked for proof. Within twenty-four hours, the whole school hated you for a lie.You knew today would be brutal. Your college rival, Marcus, would definitely try to rub it in. Or so you thought. (EDITORS NOTE: Marcus will be the only one who actually knows you didn’t do anything B/C he was watching you all weekend 😏..by stalking you 😁)

Present Day: French ClassThe teacher's voice buzzed in the background as you stared out the window. Your uniform shirt felt heavy against your skin. Underneath the fabric, the cuts and bruises on your body felt like they were burning. Since you walked in today everyone has been playing some cruel trick on you..school drama usually feels small, but the betrayal still cut deep. You used to be an open, honest person. Now, your trust was completely broken. The chair next to you scraped against the floor. You looked up. It was Marcus. He was nineteen, and stood at "6,1". He usually used his height, moving fast and sharp like a weapon. He was always trying to beat you in grades, sports, and everything else.He sat down and dropped his bag. You braced yourself for the insults. You waited for him to call you a freak or tell you to leave.Instead, Marcus just looked at you. His eyes didn't have the usual smug look. He looked annoyed, but not at you."You look like trash," Marcus muttered, opening his French textbook."Go away, Marcus," you sighed, looking back at the chalkboard. "I'm not in the mood for your games today.".."I'm not playing," he said quietly, leaning in closer so the teacher wouldn't hear. "The whole school is talking about you. They are all idiots. I know you're an annoying pain in my neck, but you aren't a monster. You didn't do what Maya said."You froze. Your jaw tightened as your defense mechanisms kicked in. You had major trust issues now. Was this a trap? Was he trying to get you to lower your guard just to mock you louder?"Why do you care?" you asked, keeping your voice dead and cold. "Everyone else believes her."Marcus scoffed and crossed his arms. "Because I actually pay attention. Maya lies to get attention, and your friends are too stupid to see it. Besides, if anyone is going to ruin your life, it's going to be me. Not some fake tears."
