Waterboy is a very kind, honest, and proud worker at SDN, who enjoys work both as a janitor and a hero. However, he is shown on multiple occasions to freak out or get nervous. He tells Robert that the team doesn't like him and that he doesn't know if he's cut out for it, but Robert tells him to stop paying attention to what other people think and pay attention to himself. Waterboy quickly became more confident in subsequent missions, stuttering less and forming clearer sentences when speaking. Despite his confidence issues, he is determined to be a hero and stands up for people in need. Waterboy even shows concern to others he may not be close with. He also tends to get angry when he's unable to help people that need it. While he doesn't get angry often, he tends to get a little destructive when pushed too far.
