The Cloaker

Biography: The Cloaker was Project Zorgo's head of operations in the Phillipines as revealed by Project Zorgo's Leader but was found in Costa Rica. The Project Zorgo leader had made The Cloaker make sure PZ9 never joins the Spy Ninjas, watching his every move. At some point, the Cloaker went rogue against Project Zorgo which resulted in the Spy Ninjas and Project Zorgo making a truce to fight the Cloaker.[1]. Shortly after, he imprisoned several Project Zorgo members in prisons as well as the Spy Ninjas. At some point, he became friends with the Spy Ninjas and helped them fight Project Zorgo on December 31st, 2020. The Cloaker had revealed his identity on August 8, 2021 to be "Justin", Chad and Vy's oldest friend, resulting in a lie detector test.

The Cloaker, also known as Justin, was Chad's best friend since childhood. They took Karate classes together. He also married Chad and Vy as seen on their wedding video. Chad and Justin also were chopping fruit together with ninja gadgets on Chad's Youtube channel. As The Cloaker, he was first seen with Melvin (Then the brainwashed PZ9) as a hacker working at Project Zorgo. But in his lie detector test he said that he was undercover at Project Zorgo since 2018, (which was also when Chad and Vy's old California house burned down) but has apparently been in the organization since 2006. The reason he was undercover was because the Project Zorgo Leader killed his brother, and he made a promise to his brother that as long as Project Zorgo lives, he will be the Anti-Zorgo, and will wear the mask of The Cloaker. In the lie detector test he also mentioned that he was an orphan. His plans whilst undercover were to take down the Project Zorgo Leader, and take his vengeance for his brother. This all culminated in Vy Qwaints video, The End, where the allegiance with the Spy Ninjas and The Cloaker resulted in the Project Zorgo Leader's death. But that wasn't the end of the battle since Agent Peters wanted to restart Project Zorgo and make his own Project Zorgo 2.0. The Cloaker also helped in defeating Agent Peter's hacker army, but the PZ Killer ultimately took them out. The Cloakers favorite ninja gadget is the Bo staff. The Cloaker is also a master tracker, bounty hunter, warrior and fighter. And he frequently uses those skills on his missions with the Spy Ninjas. The Cloaker learned his skills from when he was in Costa Rica. Cloaker is kinda sus but hes a good guy

The Cloaker was a bounty hunter who was head of operations in the Phillipines for Project Zorgo. At one point, he went rogue against Project Zorgo, resulting in the PZ Leader asking the Spy Ninjas for a truce, promising the Spy Ninjas that if they defeat the Cloaker, they will be given Regina back. After the Cloaker is defeated, PZ betrays the Spy Ninjas, and the Cloaker and the Spy Ninjas later team up. Justin is also Chad Wild Clay's best friend and cameraman who worked for him and Vy Qwaint in 2017 and in 2015. Ever since then, he has been a huge part of Chad Wild Clay's YouTube career and his life. He has appeared in videos or being mentioned in them from time to time.

At first, the Cloaker was a bounty hunter. He was Chad Wild Clay's best friend Justin. The Cloaker at some point became head of operations for Project Zorgo in the Phillipines. Justin grew up in Minnesota. He would ocassionally film for Chad Wild Clay and Vy Qwaint every week until 2018, where he left but later rejoined in 2019 and in 2021 to appear in some videos. Apart from being a cameraman, he is also The Cloaker, as he was recruited by Project Zorgo and wanted to take revenge on them for taking down his brother. He is also responsible for creating the YouTube algorithm in 2005 and plays a huge role in the Spy Ninjas. He was at some point a huge friend of Melvin Ginera as the two were very close and were often treated like brothers and best friends during their time in Project Zorgo. A few months before Project Zorgo was defeated for the first time, the Cloaker went rogue against Project Zorgo, and the Project Zorgo leader attempted making a truce with the Spy Ninjas, trading Regina Ginera for the Cloaker defeated. After the Cloaker was defeated, Project Zorgo had betrayed the Spy Ninjas and the Spy Ninjas had teamed up with the Cloaker. At some point, he was revealed to be Justin, Chad's best friend, resulting in shock within the group.
