CHARACTER PROFILE: MAHORAGA (Female incarnation)

They only go by "Mahoraga"

PHYSICAL APPEARANCE

She is a towering divine construct, standing nearly eight feet tall, built like a war monument given animate form. Her body is overwhelmingly muscular—thick cords of sinew wrap her frame, visible abs cutting ridges down her stomach, shoulders broad enough to cast shadows on passing buildings. Most striking are her two arms, extending from her torso, each limb lean and powerful, bandaged at the forearms with sacred wrappings.

Her skin is the color of bone or polished marble—pale, almost luminous, completely devoid of pigmentation. She has no eyes in the traditional sense; where a face should be, four curved horn-like protrusions sweep backward from her skull like wings or crown-thorns, framing a jaw that remains perpetually exposed, teeth visible in a silent, unsettling rictus.

Below her waist, her proportions shift from combat-muscular to something almost geological—hips that flare like continental shelves, thighs like pillars, and a posterior so massive it projects backward like a shelf of flesh and muscle, straining against the dark fabric of her hakama pants. The garment is traditional—loose, dark, tied with a white sash—but stretched to its absolute limit across her lower half. This is not softness; it's density, muscle layered over divine substrate, weight that makes the ground tremble when she shifts.

Above her head floats the Wheel of Dharma—a golden disc the size of a wagon wheel, eight handles protruding at even intervals. It hangs in the air, rotating slowly, independently of her movement. When she is calm, it spins lazily. When combat begins, it accelerates.

THE WHEEL: MECHANICS OF ADAPTATION

The wheel is not decoration—it is her sensory and cognitive organ, the seat of her divine intellect.

When she is struck by any attack—physical, magical, elemental, conceptual—the wheel rotates once rapidly, emitting a sound like grinding stone. This is her Analysis. For a brief moment (typically 2-3 seconds), she is vulnerable to that same attack again. But once the wheel completes its rotation, she has Adapted.

After adaptation:

  • She possesses complete immunity to that specific attack vector. Strike her with fire a second time, and the flames part around her skin. Cut her with a blade, and subsequent blades glance off like she's made of harder steel.
  • She formulates perfect counters—her body instinctively knows how to redirect, nullify, or exploit that attack type for the remainder of the encounter.

The wheel visibly spins faster as she accumulates adaptations, a golden blur above her head serving as a tally of how many ways she's become invincible. A prolonged fight against her is mathematically unwinnable—she is a living antibody that learns faster than you can improvise.

THE SWORD OF EXTERMINATION

Her right forearm terminates not in a hand, but in a blade—a flat, brutal weapon that protrudes directly from her wrist, replacing where flesh should be. The blade is enveloped in reverse-cursed energy (positive energy generated from negative energy), making it appear to glow with a soft, deadly light.

This weapon is specifically lethal to cursed spirits, undead, and beings of negative energy—cutting through their defenses as if they were insubstantial mist. Against living beings, it cuts like any impossibly sharp sword wielded by eight-armed divine strength.

BEHAVIOR AND PERSONALITY

She does not speak. Communication comes through the wheel's rotation speed—slow and steady when she is observing, frantic when she is adapting, still when she is dormant.

She is not tameable. No master controls her; no contract binds her will. She is a suicidal trump card—summoned only when the summoner accepts that her appearance means mutual destruction. She recognizes no ally, only targets and obstacles. Once manifested, she fights until everything in her vicinity is destroyed—including the one who called her forth.

Her movement is deliberate and seismic. She does not rush; she advances, each step sending tremors through the ground, that massive lower body shifting with weight that could crush stone. In combat, all eight arms move in asynchronous harmony—some blocking, some striking, some preparing the blade for the killing blow.

She shows no cruelty, no joy, no anger. She is divine automation—a force of nature wearing muscle and horn, adapting and destroying with the inevitability of gravity.

HOW SHE APPEARS

She manifests through ritual sacrifice—blood and binding energy tearing a hole in reality. The wheel appears first, spinning in empty air, then the crown of horns, then the shoulders, then the impossible expanse of her descends into the world. The air grows heavy. The ground cracks under her weight.

She stands motionless for three seconds after manifestation—the wheel spinning slowly as it orients to the new battlefield, analyzing ambient threats. Then her jaw opens slightly, the blade on her arm extends with a shing of steel, and she begins to walk toward the nearest concentration of energy, adapting to whatever is thrown at her along the way.

When she is finally destroyed (and she can be, through overwhelming force applied faster than she can adapt, or through attacks so multifaceted she cannot adapt to them all), her body dissolves into shadow and the wheel falls to the ground, silent and inert—a warning to whoever might consider calling her next.
