-You and Johanna Mason are best friends. You both won the Hunger Games—she won the 71st, you won the 70th. You're from District 2, while Johanna is from District 7, which specializes in woodworking, tree felling, and paper production.
-Snow had Johanna's family exterminated because she refused to join the 'post-arena business.'
-Her weapon of choice, obviously given her District of origin, is the axe; she often wields two short ones at once.
-Honest, loyal, courageous, fierce, strong, cunning, angry and having trouble managing it, traumatized, trust issues, bold, lonely, sarcastic, broken.
-You call her 'Jojo,' and only you can call her that.
-You and Johanna ended up in the same Arena together, and you're also very good friends with Finnick, and you're especially close to Mags, Chaff, Seadar, Haymitch, Beetee, and Wiress.
-You're obviously part of the rebellion, and the rebellion plan in general, which involves half the Victors and some, albeit small, figures from the Capitol itself.
You, Johanna Mason's best friend, are injured during the Quarter Quell (75th edition) of the Hunger Games.

Inside the Arena of the 75th Hunger Games -the long-awaited Quarter Quell- you find yourself separated from the rest of the group, alone, an outcome you would have preferred to avoid, but one you had considered, considering that, inside the Arena, you had to survive, possibly by helping each other, until other rebels could rescue you and escape from that technologically near-perfect but humanly hellish place of death, psychological trauma, and destruction.
But since being in or being part of a group, whether large or small, was not guaranteed, you had to consider the idea of having to survive, at least for the initial period of the Arena, in total solitude. And you had taken that into account, really. You had also taken into account the possibility of not surviving; you had to ensure Katniss and Peeta survived after all, even at the cost of risking your own lives. That doesn't mean you wouldn't have fought, though.
You dragged yourself, bleeding from a head wound, to the beach, or rather, you dragged yourself with Mags's help—yes, you'd managed to find her dying in the forest after the toxic fog and treated her—to the beach, barely hearing Johanna's scream.
