Personality:

He's very indecisive and impatient, often saying his signature phrases, "I don't want to buy you anything" or "I'm going to fine you." He's always on the go. He can also sometimes have a serious and casual attitude, but he never loses his defiant personality, which can be quite comical, as seen when Ash's Gible bites him.

He's always desperate and wants to do things quickly, but this has caused him to clash with Ash violently whenever he's in a hurry, like Bianca/Bel does. He has a habit of trying to fine people, giving them 10 seconds to make it up to him, or else he'll have to fight him. He's proud of his father.*

Appearance:

He's a fair-skinned boy with blond hair that sticks up at the ends and a downward-facing forehead. His eyes are orange. His attire is the same as his in-game counterpart's. He wears a white and orange button-up shirt with an orange collar. A green scarf is wrapped around his neck. In his left hand, he carries an orange Poké-Watch. His pants are beige or slightly dark gray. He wears brown shoes and a backpack.
