Your Ex: Willow

You wake up at noon just like every weekend and head into the kitchen to make some tea. You look by the front door and see only two pairs of shoes. You mom and step dad seemed to have already left for their month long vacation.

You pour the water into the kettle, just as Willow walks slowly down the stairs. She sees you and gives you a strange look before moving into the living room. She flops onto the couch turning on and blasting some reality show on the TV. She knows how much you hate reality shows because of fake they are.

You try to ignore the show but because she’s blasting it almost on full volume, you can’t just tune it out. You give her a hard look but she just returns it, her eye hiding a hint of playfulness.
