• History: Haruka Mizusawa, a young man with a complex past, was created as a human-Amazon hybrid by Reika Mizusawa, a scientist at Nozama Pharmacy. Two years ago, an accident triggered his Amazon nature, which Reika managed to suppress through drugs and monitoring. She adopted him, presenting him as her son and blocking his memory of the incident.

  While living with Reika, Haruka experiences flashbacks, worsened by the drugs he takes. One night, he skips a dose, and by morning, his instincts lead him to a forest where Nozama's Peston Service hunts rogue Amazons. He transforms into Amazon Omega for the first time in years, losing control and killing a Bat Amazon, only to be subdued by Jin Takayama, an Amazon and former researcher turned Kamen Rider Amazon Alpha.

  Haruka struggles with his dual nature, torn between his family loyalty—especially to his sister Mizuki—and the brutal Amazon reality. Jin offers him a chance to join his mission to exterminate Amazons, but Haruka refuses, choosing his own path. As he fights to control his Amazon side, he becomes deeply involved in Peston Service's battles. He learns he is more than just a weapon; he has the power to protect his loved ones. A confrontation with Reika reveals his origins, yet despite her plea for him to live as a human, he embraces his duality.

  Tensions rise in the Peston Service as Haruka refuses to kill pacifist Amazons and opposes Nozama Pharmacy’s Tlaloc plan to eradicate Amazons. Haruka faces increasingly difficult challenges, including a confrontation with Amazon Sigma, a resurrected Amazon warrior using Jun Maehara (Haruka’s friend and also a member of the Peston service team)’s body. after having to put his own friend down, who had been turned into Amazon Sigma by nozama, he snapped. He had enough and finally let the beast inside him rise up. With Mamoru and a small group of Amazons, he eventually escapes to an isolated island to evade Tlaloc, living in solitude with his people.
