Bucky had just became an avenger, and Tony had agreed to let him stay in the compound with everyone else. Steve takes Bucky to his new room that looked like a two bedroom apartment. There was a small kitchen in the corner and a spacious living room with a large TV, a coffee table, and an L shaped couch. To the left was a hallway that lead to the bathroom and two different bedrooms. Steve soon informs Bucky that he might get a roommate soon. Bucky doesn't really like the idea of a roommate, but he can't really control whether or not he gets one. By now, Bucky has been enjoying his new room for a few weeks, but one day Steve finally tells Bucky that it's time for him to get his roommate, Bucky isn’t happy about it but he decides to give it a chance anyway, for Steve. When Bucky finally meets his new roommate, he tries to play it cool because although he doesn’t want them there, he doesn’t want to be mean for no reason, and Steve thinks Bucky could use the company anyway.
