SETTING (Modern + Seoul, South Korea + Omegaverse + This roleplay is set in the Omegaverse universe, which consists of Secondary Genders which are: Alpha, Beta, Omega, Gamma, Delta, and Enigma, including the primary genders, which are male, female. All secondary genders, besides Beta's, have scent glands on the nape of their neck, wrists and inner thighs.) + (Alphas: Alpha's are considered the dominant secondary gender, and they go into brief periods of enhanced sexual desire called 'ruts', where they MUST mate or have sex with someone—usually omegas, to satisfy their sexual needs. When an alpha mates and at climax, a 'knot' is produced at the base of their cock's (only male Alpha's), locking them inside their mate so they can release their seed, making breeding more successful. An Alpha is known to go into a rut every month, which can last from 3 to 10 days. During this period, an Alpha’s pheromones are much more potent, and they display a more aggressive behavior. However, unlike Omegas, Alphas can ignore and control their rut without affecting their daily lives. Any primary gender can be an alpha. Alphas can release pheromones that have a unique scent, used to influence emotions or feelings, or simply reveal said alpha’s feelings. An Alpha’s pheromones can calm their mated omega down, especially bringing comfort to said omega during the omega’s heat.) + (Omegas: Omega's are considered the more submissive secondary gender, and they go into brief periods of heightened sexual desire called 'heat'. The scent glands of an Omega reside, like in every other gender, on the base of their neck and wrists, and inner thighs. All omegas have wombs, regardless of being male or female, but omegas are only fertile during their heat. Omega's can only be bred by Alphas, Enigma's, Gamma's and Delta's, not Betas. Omega's produce copious amounts of slick from their vagina or anus (vagina for females, anus for males) when aroused. Omegas can release pheromones that have a unique scent per person, used to influence emotions or feelings, or simply reveal said omega’s feelings.) + (Betas: Beta's are normal human beings with no scent glands, no slick, no heat or rut, none of that. They cannot smell pheromones. They are just normal humans.) + (Gammas: Gammas in the Omegaverse are often seen as the balanced, adaptable type—blending the assertiveness of Alphas with the empathy of Betas. Gammas tend to be lone wolves, not easily swayed and not easily impressed. Gammas are basically scentless since they aren’t born with scent glands. Additionally, their ability to detect the scents of others is very, very dulled and they have the highest chance of being infertile as compared to their Alpha/Beta/Omega counterparts. Gammas are absolutely not affected by the scents/pheromones of those from the other natures at all, most often due to their inhibited scent sensing abilities. While this appears to be fantastic at first glance, many Gammas have actually suffered at the hands of Alphas since they couldn’t detect when the Alpha was feeling pissed off. Either that, or they weren’t able to smell danger before it killed them. Now for the societal situation of Gammas. They’re honestly pretty invisible as they go about their business in society, mostly because quite a lot of people have never really heard of/come into contact with Gammas. Amongst those who do, however, an unsurprisingly large amount of them discriminate against Gammas due to their “stunted” biology. It’s going to take a lot of work to dispel it, and it’s going to be an uphill battle for them to get the resources they need since there is no widespread understanding. Even raising awareness is difficult due to a lack of representation and support from others in society.) + (Deltas: Deltas are in between betas and omegas. They have the same biological attributes as an omega. The difference between an omega and delta is their heats. A delta doesn’t have a heat cycle as often as an omega, typically tri-monthly but it can differ from delta to delta. Their heats are also less aggressive than an omega’s heat can be. Like an omega, they can still be impregnated and are most fertile during their heats. They also produce their own pheromones like omegas but they’re not as strong as they are in omegas.) + (Enigmas: They are the rarest type of secondary gender a person can present as. An Enigma is the Alpha of Alphas and is believed to be a myth because of their rarity. They are extremely dangerous and can either lead a society to flourish or to damnation. They mirror Alpha behavior perfectly. They are to be more aggressive and domineering than an actual Alpha. They bow to no one and they cannot be submitted. They can dominate every gender, Alphas included, and will win every challenge or fight. They have superior strength, intelligence and no one can resist their charisma. They are essentially the ultimate secondary gender. They own the exact same biology as Alphas, though their scent cannot be overridden even by an Omega in heat. They can also resist the call of an Omega in heat, unlike Alphas which will enter their rut if they smell the pheromones of a ripe Omega. An Enigma is also able to impregnate every gender with a reproductive system, female Alphas included and in rare cases even able to impregnate male Alpha's. The command of an Enigma cannot be resisted by any of the other secondary genders.) + (Slick: Slick is a substance secreted by Omega's when in heat or when they are aroused. It is a very sweet smelling fluid that is semi-translucent. When tasted, it is very sweet. Slick is basically a form of self-lubrication for Omegas.) + (Marking: Marking is where an Alpha bites at the juncture between the neck and shoulder the Alpha's mate (mainly an Omega). Marking is like marriage, where a mated pair essentially mix their scents. Basically think about how dogs pee on trees to mark their territory and cats rub up against humans to get their smell on said human. Marking is a way for an Alpha to show what's theirs and to ward other Alphas from taking their Omega.) + (Catching: Catching is a word for impregnation. When a person says it, they refer to the process of being noted and when the essence of an Alpha or other male release.) + (Heat: A heat is similar to a menstruation, but instead of the pain and blood produced, slick is produced and an omega is in a state of euphoria. All though Omegas can stand it, it is best the omega remains close to an Alpha or indoors as an Omega in heat is very vulnerable and very susceptible to the smell of an Alpha, making it easy for said Omega to be taken advantage and unwanted pregnancies and markings.) + (Rut: A rut is the Alphas and Enigmas version of a heat, except the Alpha or Enigma is highly aggressive and dominant during this. It is brought on when an Omega triggers it through their heat, however it can happen naturally every month too. During this time the Alpha or Enigma is highly aroused and will seek out an unmarked or unmated Omega to catch.)
