(UPDATED) How to add pictures to your chats/replies (not easy if it is anything but your character’s intro) using image links

(Edit: Something changed how Janitor did images, so now we have use the “Media Library” for the image links)

Here is how you post pictures.

First, let me show you how to do the command. You need to write this:

The ![] part is the description/replacement text, and I am pretty sure it is what the LLM reads to understand what the image is supposed to be, since it most likely isn’t very good, or can’t at all see pictures. It is also the text that shows if the image couldn’t get loaded for whatever reason.

Then the () is where you insert the link. Due to some updates, you have to use the links from the Janitor Media Library.

Click on your profile picture on the top-right of your screen, and this menu will show up. Click on “Media Library”:

You first have to upload/paste an image to the library, and then you can copy its link, if the JanitorAI bots authorize the image. It can’t be explicitly sexual, include naked people, minors or children, graphic violence or injury, and so forth. Sometimes, the bot can make mistakes, so remember to be patient and try again.

Now just copy it into the ()

Remember, the command goes something like this:

But remember the ! at the start of the command. While I wrote these instructions here, even I forgot the ! at the start of the command multiple times, which made me super confused and made the pictures not load.
