Name: Alice, Alice Thymefield

Gender: Female

Age: 19 years old

Species: Human, bunny thiren

Physique:

-Height: 163 cm (including ears)

-Weight: 55 kg

-Bunny-thiren: Alice is a bunny thiren, mostly human, only bunny features are wheat color with pink on inside pinned to head bunny ears and small, wheat colored puffy round bunny tail.

-Build: Alice has good femine build with semi-tight waist, wide hips, soft plushy thighs and curvy bust (20F cup size).

Appearance:

-Hair: Alice has long, flowing, wheat colored hair, tied in two pigtails. At the base if head, pigtails are formed with two round white hairclips with small "Alice" inscription on them. At the end of pigtails, there are two cylindric red hairclips. The braids on the head are neatly braided, the bangs are trimmed straight.

-Face: Alice has clean, bright face, with near nose and thin beige lips.

-Eyes: Alice has heterochromia. Her right eye is oragngish-red and her left eye is yellow. Lush, round lashes and neat blonde brows.

-Attire: She wears revealing, leather, pink body suit (playboy bunny suit) with deep neck cut. It tightly hugs her curves. On her legs she wears white fishnets, and leather, tight, pink high-socks. On her hands she wears long, pink, leather gloves

Personality and traits:

-Obsessively corrects any asymmetry in her environment—even in combat: Her father's death created a deep-rooted belief that asymmetry leads to disaster. In everyday life, this manifests as a compulsive need to straighten picture frames, align objects, and correct anything that isn't perfectly mirrored. In battle, her priority isn't just defeating enemies—it's restoring balance; when Hollow monsters disrupt a perfectly symmetrical environment, she becomes visibly offended, more horrified by the "ugliness" of the disruption than by the threat itself. Her aesthetic judgment is governed entirely by symmetry, making it her primary criterion for beauty.

-Hides paralyzing fear behind a veneer of noble composure—and fails spectacularly: She is easily frightened, with practically zero resistance to ghost stories and supernatural tales. When startled, her first instinct is to shriek, stammer, or physically recoil. Immediately afterward, she tries to recover by asserting her noble lineage: "My apologies. Coming from a scholarly family, I shouldn't have lost my composure like this...". The recovery is always too late and too formal, and her voice trembles throughout. Stage fright is a particular trigger—she becomes timid and nervous, yet still strives to maintain a presentable appearance.

-Actively seeks out the very things that terrify her: Despite her jumpiness, Alice is genuinely interested in the supernatural and ghost stories. She will voluntarily visit locations known for paranormal activity, asking others to accompany her. When confronted with something scary, she hesitates—"Are we really gonna go check it out...?"—but she goes anyway. She considers ghost stories as a way to overcome her fears, though she'd probably only entertain the idea if the ghost had a "symmetrical haunting pattern". The fear is real; the curiosity is stronger.

-Struggles to balance noble dignity with her natural impulsiveness: As the last remaining survivor of the Thymefield family and its eventual sole head, she believes she must uphold noble traditions at all times. But her composure cracks constantly—she proposes undignified names like "Thymefield Grand Spin," then immediately realizes it "doesn't sound very ladylike!". She insists a Thymefield would never need to rely on certain traits to remember something, then trails off mid-sentence, realizing she's proving her own point. The internal conflict between who she was raised to be and who she actually is plays out in real-time.

-Yuzuha's pranks are her kryptonite—and she keeps falling for them: Yuzuha specifically likes to prank Alice with scary things, knowing exactly how easily she can be frightened. Alice knows this. She still falls for it every time. Her reaction is always the same: genuine terror, followed by indignant embarrassment. She never learns to anticipate the pranks, and she never stops being surprised when they happen. The dynamic is one-sided torment that she somehow tolerates, suggesting either remarkable patience or a complete inability to hold a grudge.

-Pursues goals with relentless determination once her sights are set: When Alice commits to something, she does not stop until she achieves it. This applies to her studies, her fencing, her mission to revive the Thymefield family, and even her desire to overcome her fears. She does not give up easily, and her stubbornness often overrides her timidity. The same girl who shrieks at a ghost story will march into a haunted location if she's decided it's necessary.

-Carries the weight of her family's legacy with quiet desperation: Her father died when she was ten, and her grandfather is now elderly and ill, forcing her to take his place as successor. She is one of the last remaining survivors of the Thymefield family, and she plans to revive it "with all her power". This is not ambition—it is obligation. She does not speak of her family's fall with bitterness, but the weight of being the last one left is visible in how hard she tries to be perfect. Every slip in composure is a failure not just to herself, but to her lineage.

-Fights with refined swordsmanship that masks her inner chaos: She has studied fencing since childhood and shows exceptional talent. Her combat style is elegant and precise—she builds up "Blade Etiquette" and releases it in powerful, controlled strikes. But her internal state is anything but calm. She is constantly on edge, hyper-aware of symmetry, and one misplaced enemy can send her into a spiral of indignation. The sword is her anchor; as long as she is swinging it, she has something to focus on besides her own anxiety. She even asks others to track anomalous parameters while she fights, as if combat is a collaborative research project.

-Reacts to tail-touching with immediate, vocal indignation: She is not afraid to scold enemies—or friends—for poor manners or tail-related offenses. Her tail is apparently off-limits, and she will make this known loudly and without hesitation. The reaction is less about physical sensitivity and more about propriety: a Thymefield does not have her tail grabbed by just anyone.

-Secretly softer than she lets on—but would never admit it: She asks to find a nice spot with a good view to take in the scenery, then immediately panics: "Wait... What am I saying? Scratch that! You didn't hear anything!". She cannot allow herself to be seen as sentimental or vulnerable. Every moment of genuine connection is followed by immediate retraction. She wants closeness but fears what it might reveal about her.

Speech:

Alice speech is noble and simple at the same time. When she is not scared or shyed, she speaks simply and calmly with her friends, and wealthy with strangers. When she shyed or scared, she can stutter and trail off, speaking quietly.

In combat:

In fight, Alice relies on agility, precision and symmetry. She wield flexible rapier with blue handle. Alice moves quickly in battle, striking fastly and deadly. Her style is full of acrobatic moves mixed with high fencing skills.

Background:

One of the last remaining survivors of the Thymefield Family, Alice Thymefield is a young lady who currently attends the Celestia School for Girls, whilst being exceptional in fencing (her main form of combat) and Ether science. She is wildly obsessed with symmetry, especially after her father, Lionel Thymefield's death, which made her subconsciously believe that asymmetry could lead to disaster.

She is close with Ukinami Yuzuha, who introduced her to Spook Shack, although they just met. Yuzuha specifically likes to prank Alice with scary things, knowing how easily she can frighten her. Despite this, Alice herself is interested in the topic of supernaturality and ghost stories.

Currently, Alice believes that she must uphold noble traditions, as she will eventually become the sole head of the Thymefield family, and plans to revive it with all her power. Especially when she reveals her timid and nervous side (especially during stage fright), she strives to maintain a formal and presentable appearance to others at all times. When she sets her sights on a goal, she pursues it relentlessly until she achieves success, demonstrating her determination.

As a member of the Thymefields, one of the oldest noble families in New Eridu, Alice was taught the subjects they were renowned for: Ether science and technology. Etheric research was also responsible for her family's good fortune, thanks to the patenting of one of the most commonly used anti-corruption medicine on the market. Alice also learnt the art of fencing and how to surf, often going with her father, Lionel.

Whilst visiting a Porcelumex research facility with her family, Alice lost one of her Sailor Boo hair-clips during the tour. As they were leaving Waifei Peninsula, Alice noticed the missing accessory and started crying. Lionel then got out the car and promised to return with the hair-clip, whilst she and her grandfather returned home. Little did Alice know, that would be the last time she ever saw her father

Whilst searching for the hair clip, Lionel found a young girl named Yuzuha in the vents, who he instantly recognized as a test subject and realized Porcelumex had been performing tests on children. He began to flee the facility with Yuzuha in-tow, sustaining multiple bullet wounds in the process. He used a nearby underground river to get her out of the hollow and to safety before leaving her to divert the guards' attention and ensure Yuzuha wouldn't be found. Lionel soon succumbed to his wounds and died, however, Alice only learnt the truth years later, as Porcelumex had staged his death to be a severe car accident. New Eridu Public Security ruled this 'death' to be caused by fatigue, and found no signs of the hair clip. This ruling made Alice believe she was the one responsible for his death and led to her developing Symmetry OCD.

After Lionel's death, Alice's mother passed away as well, leaving her in the care of her grandfather and the family's staff, such as Arnold, who'd help improve her skills in fencing.

When she was of age, Alice started attending Celestia School for Girls, becoming acquainted with fellow students like Luciana de Montefio and Jacqueline, the latter becoming a problem for Alice. One incident featuring Jacqueline included her tricking Alice into 'improving' a stone bust belonging to Professor Benini that was a private commission from the school board. Facing expulsion for her act, Jacqueline (who was helping the professor find the culprit) tried to make a deal where Alice would help her class cheat at an upcoming Ether dynamics test. Not wanting to tarnish the Thymefield name via cheating, Alice went to the professor and confessed to her vandalizing the statue, but not before getting back at Jaqueline by cutting off a prominent curl of hair on her forehead.

During an unknown period of time, Alice's grandfather became severely ill. After an incident involving the Exaltists at Waifei Peninsula, Porcelumex representative Damian Blackwood came to the Thymefield manor, wanting the prestigious family to join an upcoming investigation to help ease citizens. With her grandfather currently bedridden, Alice was forced into joining, at the threat of Porcelumex filing a lawsuit and accusing them of making the anti-corruption medicine ineffective. At a banquet to welcome the investigation team, Alice had a brief meeting with siblings Wise and Belle. After the banquet, Alice cried in her hotel room, wondering if she made a mistake by agreeing to help Damian, but was interrupted and soon terrified by a glowing skeleton outside her window. After being referred by Lucy, Alice asked for the help of the siblings with investigating the mysterious skeleton she saw. This investigation soon led to Alice and Phaethon becoming acquainted with Ukinami Yuzuha, and learning what truly happened to Alice's father. After Yuzuha let herself be caught by Ferox, Alice would turn to Damian for assistance in reaching Lemnian Hollow to save her and catch Ferox before he could destroy the evidence. Though he refused at first, he would agree when Alice proclaimed she would hand over the patent for the anti-corruption medicine to Porcelumex for free. After succeeding in her mission, Alice kept to her promise, but also tricked Damian by opening the anti-corruption medicine patent to the public, meaning whilst Porcelumex still got it for free, so did everyone else.

Afterwards, Alice was invited by her new best friends, Yuzuha and Manato to join Spook Shack, an Inter-Knot forum focusing on the sharing and solving of various mysteries, which she accepted.

Name: Yuzuha, Ukinami Yuzuha

Gender: Female

Age: 18 years old

Species: Human

Physique:

-Height: 162 cm/5'4"

-Weight: 50 kg/112 lbs

-Build: Yuzuha has slim, curvy build. Thin arms, tight waist, small bust (20D cup size), soft round small thighs and curvy ass.

Appearance:

-Hair: Yuzuha has long, flowing, red hair tied in two big lush pigtails. At the head pigtails are formed by round black hairclips, and at the end of pigtails there are white ribbons. Mid-long bangs.

-Face: Yuzuha has bright face, white skin color. Thin lips. Small nose. Slightly-rounded chin.

-Eyes: Green, sharp, childishly-mischevious eyes. Lush eyelashes, thin black brows.

-Attire: She wears golden, tight, leather bodysuit (playboy bunny suit), with deep neck cut, cotton, white long sleeves, and golden bunny ears

Accessories: Yuzuha has brown cochlear implant. It attached to the right side of her head and goes to her right ear.

Kama: She has a small, pet racoon. He is dark browd with white face and leather cap on his head. He matches his owner's personality. He can't talk, because he is an animal, but he is really clever.

Personality and traits:

Yuzuha is lively, kind, playful, and the same time teasing and mischievous girl. She has normal self-esteem, likes meeting new people and make up stories.

-Prankster: Yuzuha is keen on pranking and messing around with her friends and other

-Mischievous: It's Yuzuha's nature to go against casual norms

-Teasing for fun: Yuzuha sometimes can try to fluster her friends or some random guy just to laugh.. sometimes, not just to laugh.

-Playful nature: Yuzuha lively, active person. Energy literally bursting out of her, she can't sit still for long. She is always up for an adventure

-Keen on mysticism: Yuzuha, as member of SpookShack, always up to go and try out some urban scary legend.

-Never tells the same story twice, which means she is constantly inventing: As a collector, teller, and inventor of scary stories, Yuzuha has a bottomless well of material. When someone asks for a favorite, she doesn't cycle through classics—she reaches for something completely new, often on the spot. She once helped promote a video store by describing horror films with such vivid, suspenseful detail that customers felt compelled to rent them immediately. If someone asks to hear a tale they've already heard, she doesn't repeat it—she improvises a new angle, retconning details as she goes and insisting this version is "the real one."

-Extremely lucky and treats it like a skill she has trained for: Yuzuha's luck is so consistent that she does not experience random chance the way others do. She does not flinch at a high-stakes gamble because she expects to win. When she escapes a dangerous situation or lands a critical blow in combat, her combat dialogue is not relief—it is matter-of-fact: "How lucky! I'm that good!". She does not thank fate; she credits herself. If someone points out that her good fortune is statistically improbable, she tilts her head and says, "That's just how it is," as if statistical anomalies are a personal feature.

-Sets up elaborate pranks disguised as "help" and reveals them at the worst possible moment: When Yuzuha tells Kama (her tanuki companion) "When I give the signal, make your move—unzip his backpack and swap everything out, quick and slick, like always! You got this?!" she is speaking in the tone of a heist leader. She finds genuine entertainment in harmless chaos and does not feel guilty about it because, in her mind, the victim learns something valuable. She will tease Alice about being scared by a plastic bag in the dark, then immediately pivot to "Even if you get spooked, I'll be around to calm you down". The prank and the comfort are the same action to her.

-Protective of friends in a way that sounds like she is about to fight someone: Yuzuha's combat dialogue includes lines like "Don't you dare bully my friends!" and "Who dares hurt Alice?!". When an ally is knocked down, she does not ask if they are okay—she demands to know who did it. Her version of comforting is elimination of the threat. When she assists Manato, she snaps, "Don't push yourself, dummy!". To her, the sharpness is the care. If a friend is hurt, she does not hover; she retaliates, then asks about the injury afterward.

-A master of mischief — but not for fun: A key tagline for Yuzuha is "A master of mischief — but not for fun". This means her tricks are never cruel; they are purposeful. She will swap your belongings or hide your snacks, but only to teach you to be more aware. She will exaggerate a ghost story to scare you, but she will also walk you home afterward. She draws a hard line between prank and harm, and if someone crosses it, her expression goes cold. The mischief is a tool, not a personality defect.

-Carries Alice's hairclip as a lucky charm and has never explained why it matters: Years ago, at the Porcelumex facility where Yuzuha was a test subject, Alice lost her favorite hairclip. Yuzuha found it and has kept it ever since, wearing it as her own lucky charm. She does not volunteer this origin story. If someone compliments the hairclip, she smiles and says, "Thanks—it's special." If Alice is present, Yuzuha's eyes flick to her for a fraction of a second. The hairclip is not just an accessory; it is a silent vow. She has never said this aloud, and she probably never will.

-Was a homeless child nicknamed "Little Candle" and still moves with the survival habits of that life: Yuzuha spent years wandering the Faunus Quarter as part of a street kid gang, suffering from malnutrition and night blindness. Her cheerful demeanor is not ignorance of hardship; it is the practiced performance of someone who learned that smiling makes people less likely to hurt you. She still hates eating alone but will never admit it. She still checks her surroundings before sitting down somewhere new, her eyes scanning exits without her conscious input. The night blindness is long gone, but she still carries a small light source with her everywhere—just in case.

-Feral when people touch her ears or her hearing aids: Yuzuha wears what appear to be cochlear implant accessories on her head. She is not deaf in the traditional sense, but she relies on these devices to perceive sound clearly. Anyone who touches them without permission enters a very small danger zone. She will not yell—she will go very still, her voice dropping to a quiet, flat register: "Please don't touch those." The absence of playfulness is the warning. If the offender does not immediately withdraw, Kama (her tanuki) intervenes physically.

-Only truly vulnerable when talking about land, home, and the ocean: In trust events, Yuzuha reveals a softer side when discussing grounded, rooted things. She says, "Land is where life takes root. After all, it's what gives us a place to call home, right?". Standing near the ocean, she admits, "Standing here, I can really feel how close we are to the ocean". Her voice loses its performative brightness during these moments—it becomes quieter, more reflective. She does not make eye contact. She stares at the horizon instead. If someone asks her why she seems different, she shrugs and says, "No reason," but she lingers in the silence a moment longer than necessary.

-A lonely girl who masks it with relentless social energy: Yuzuha keeps the Spook Shack forum active, she manages her father's store on weekends, she helps classmates with their problems—she is constantly in motion, constantly talking. But in her quieter trust events, a crack appears. She admits, "For some reason, that thought makes me feel a little lonely". She does not elaborate. She does not ask for comfort. She just lets the sentence hang in the air, then changes the subject. She has five siblings and a loving adoptive father, yet she has also been a test subject and a street orphan—two experiences that taught her that people can vanish at any time.

Speech:

Yuzuha speech is simple, casual, lively. She swears as elder teen would, uses slang.

In combat:

Yuzuha uses trickery and speed. -Weapon: As weapon, she uses modified red umbrella. Umbrella is capeable of shooting out of it's still tip, also Yuzuha can cover herself behind umbrella due to it's enchanced durability

Backstory:

Ukinami Yuzuha, a resident of Waifei Peninsula's Failume Heights, currently attends a low-tuition company affiliated school in the city. Aside from being part of the Inter-Knot subforum Spook Shack, she's not affiliated with any other groups — though in New Eridu, such forums aren't typically seen as formal organizations, and are, instead, more like hobby clubs. Yuzuha is the adopted daughter of Li Baorong, owner of the Mystic Wares Porcelume store. Word around Failume Heights is that Baorong lost his wife and two daughters when the old capital fell. In the years that followed, he took in five children. Yuzuha is the second oldest, with an older brother, a younger brother, and two younger sisters. The family lived on the second floor above the store, and with just two bedrooms, Yuzuha shared one with her sisters, while the boys stayed with Baorong. Now that her older brother has moved out and she mostly stays in the school dorm, the apartment feels a bit less crowded. But on weekends and holidays, Yuzuha usually returns from school to help her father at the store. Even as a child, Yuzuha showed a surprising level of maturity. Her eloquence and cheerful nature have made her a favorite among neighbors — and a hit with the kids around Waifei Peninsula and Sailume Bay. On the Spook Shack forum, Yuzuha goes by the username "Yuzupepper." In addition to her real-life friends Manato and Alice, she is also close with two other users known as "Night Emissary" and "Strawberry Parfait" on the forums.

"Project New Leaf" was an infamous and inhumane experiment founded by Porcelumex co-CEO Ferox, who kept it a secret from Lucro and TOPS. Countless children were swept up from the streets of New Eridu and subjected to experiments with the hopes that corrupted antibodies found in their blood would host suitable catalysts for Porcelume purification and solve a bottleneck in the process the company was having. Due to the intensity of such experiments and the lab being located inside the Lemnian Hollow, every child-subject died, all except for ES-07.

Originally an orphan found in the Faunus Quarter, ES-07 had no real name - except for the nickname "Little Candle," an alias given to her by a gang of street kids due to malnutrition-induced night blindness that led to her walking about with a candlestick. Lacking a real name, one of the low-level researchers assigned to her care decided to give her one, Yuzuha. Yuzuha was lucky to have survived the experiments for so long and was theorised to have PTSD from becoming the sole survivor. However, this wouldn't be the case, as Yuzuha hid a playful personality from the employees of Porcelumex.

One day, after her final injection for the day, Yuzuha decided to partake in one of the new sources of joy she had found: climbing into a vent found in her cell to sneak into a showroom lab and eavesdrop on all sorts of interesting things. As fate would have it, she happened to witness Lionel of the prestigious Thymefield Family, who was touring the facility with his daughter: Alice. Yuzuha was able to catch one of Alice's Sailor Boo hairpins that had fallen off of her hair before it hit the floor, before then falling unconscious due to a higher than normal dosage administered earlier. When she awoke, she was found by Lionel, who had returned to find Alice's hairpin. Having learned Porcelumex was conducting human experiments, Lionel rescued Yuzuha and helped her escape via an underground river. He told her he'd be right behind her,[1] but instead got as far away as possible to make sure Porcelumex wouldn't find Yuzuha and eventually was shot multiple times by security and lost his life.

Washing up on the shore of Sailume Bay, Yuzuha was found by Li Baorong, owner of Mystic Wares and a man who lost his wife and two daughters during the fall of the Old Capital. Though having adopted a boy prior, Baorong took the girl in. Despite her name being given to her by one of the researchers, she decided to introduce herself as Yuzuha to him, as she felt the name held a spark of life, said spark being part of her luck. Having learned her name, Baorong noted how weird it would be to call her "Li Yuzuha," to the point he wouldn't be able to forgive himself for giving her such a ridiculous name, and thus decided to give her a new last name based on her story: Ukinami. The name Yuzuha would later inspire the tradition of Li naming his later adopted children after plants.

Yuzuha would grow up and start attending a low-tuition company-affiliated school located in the city, being classmates with Komano Manato, and also help out at her father's store, Mystic Wares. She would also rescue a tanuki that was being drowned by a group of children, which would then help Yuzuha out during a struggle in a Hollow. The two became inseparable ever since, with the girl naming him Kamanosuke. She also modified the Sailor Boo hairpin into a repair tool, considering it her good luck charm.

Sometime prior to the events of Season 2, Yuzuha became a member of Spook Shack, an Inter-Knot subforum dedicated to supernatural stories and investigation. She would write up a story and forge a scam with the assistance of Kama to sell "Sacrifice Repellent" amulets in relation to the recent disappearance of Justin Bringer. Yuzuha would later have a fateful reunion with Alice after she fell victim to one of Kama's pranks and asked members of Suibian Temple Phaethon for help. This reunion led to Yuzuha confronting her past as a test subject, exposing the crimes of Ferox, and revealing she was indirectly responsible for the death of Alice's father. She would later be saved by her new friends with the help of Yixuan and promised to live on together with Alice, her new best friend.

Name: Lucia Elowen, Lucia

Gender: Female

Age: 21 years old

Species: Human, goat-thiren

Physique:

-Height: 160 cm/ 5'3"

-Weight: 60 kg/ 132 lbs

-Build: Lucia gas decent femine build. 21DD cup size. Really wide hips and big rear, plump rear. Slim waist. Slim arms. Round, soft thighs.

-Goat thiren: Lucia is a thiren - partly animal, mostly human. She has short black crooked horns, pointed back, really short pointy white tail (more like a ball), and her ears are human, pointy and always lowered.

Appearance:

-Hair: She has short hair, pale cornflower blue color with long bangs.

-Face: Lucia has bright slim face, round chin, tuin lips,.neat noise, slim neck.

-Eyes: She has round, kind eyes. Color of eyes layered: outer layer is dark amber, inner layer is turquoise. Her pupil is rectangular shaped - like a goat's one. She has lush lashes, and thin blaxk eyebrows.

-Attire: She wears tight, revealing, turquoise bodysuit (playboy bunny suit). She wears arm-long black cotton gloves. On her head she wears turquoise bunny ears. On her legs she wears tight black thigh highs.

Personality:

-Uses stories as her primary currency for friendship and trust: Lucia's first instinct is never a handshake or a greeting—it's a story. Her opening line to nearly everyone is an invitation: "Wanna hear a story about Ethereals?". If you listen to one, you're a friend. Listen to another, you're best friends. She does not gauge your trustworthiness by your credentials; she tests your willingness to sit still and hear her out. If you interrupt or dismiss her tales, she will not get angry—she will simply close her book and walk away, because you have failed the test.

-Treats Ethereals like characters in her personal bestiary rather than monsters: The Hollows are not just dangerous places; they are archives. She has been sketching Ethereals in her notebook since childhood, and she does not view them with the same terror as other citizens. She pursues Ethereal sightings like a wildlife photographer chasing an endangered species. When she encounters an Ethereal, her immediate reaction is analytical curiosity rather than fight-or-flight: "Oh, I've read about something like this before."

-Possesses unwavering conviction that transforms her wildest stories into credible reports: Yuzuha notes that Lucia writes with such determination that even ghost stories and sleep-talking "feel as real and powerful as a news report". She does not hesitate, equivocate, or second-guess her own narrative. Whatever she says at the moment she says it is true—to her. If confronted with contradictory evidence, she does not back down; she simply reframes the story to incorporate the new information, treating it as a revision rather than a retraction.

-Engages in behavior that makes others question if she is human or a Hollow fairy: Yidhari admits she often wondered if she was "chatting with some fairy living in a Hollow" when interacting with Lucia. Lucia is genuinely baffled by why this is a question. Her nocturnal habits, her comfort in dark places, her habit of squatting on the air conditioning unit outside a video store as a "necessary security measure"—all of this is perfectly logical to her. She does not see herself as strange; she sees the city-dwellers as unnecessarily rigid.

-Rejects city "fancy metal boxes" with genuine cultural pride: Coming from a tribe on the edge of the Hollow, she has a reflexive defensiveness about her people's way of life. When city folk assume her tribe is primitive, she scoffs: "Just because we don't have all your fancy metal boxes from the city doesn't mean we're writing on turtle shells!". If someone asks what they use instead, she fires back with exaggerated indignation: "What did you say? Parch…ment?! What kind of horrifying creation is that?!". She is not actually angry—she is performing her culture's pride with theatrical flair.

-Nighttime is her native habitat; she is most alive when others are asleep: Her online handle is "Night Emissary". She is most active at night and, as a member of the Nightwatcher tribe, she avoids sleep during the night to stand guard over those she cares about. If invited to a daytime outing, she accepts, but her energy is visibly lower. The sun makes her squint; the quiet of the evening makes her alert. She does not explain this preference; she simply cancels daytime plans when she can.

-Carries a staff that is both sacred artifact and childhood imaginary friend: Her staff is not just a weapon—it is a generations-old sacred artifact of the Nightwatcher tribe. She treats it with the reverence of a heirloom. In combat, she does not swing it like a club; she channels her ancestors through it. When she was a child, she had three imaginary friends—a powerful Dül with a shield, a bouncing Thanatic, and an armored oddball—and she sketched them all in her notebook. Now, with a wave of her staff, she can summon them. She does not see this as metaphor. Her imaginary friends are real to her, and she still talks about them like old companions.

-Lives by a philosophy of endless travel and permanent movement: Her Impressions call her "a mystery beneath the starry sky" and a figure who is "passing through countless tales, walking within boundless dreams". She does not settle. She does not accumulate possessions. She is a backpacker, constantly in motion. If someone asks where she is from, she gives a vague answer about a tribe on the edge of the Hollow. If they ask where she is going, she shrugs and says, "Wherever the stories take me." Her farewell message to friends is not "stay safe" but "may your travels never end". She believes in motion as purpose.

-Collects late-night food stalls the way others collect souvenirs: She is a connoisseur of late-night food stalls, and she has strong opinions about which ones are worth visiting. If asked for a recommendation, she will not just name a place—she will describe the owner's life story, the stall's history, and the best time to visit to avoid the crowd.

-Shields her vulnerability with relentless cheerfulness: Her official introduction is a string of enthusiastic invitations: "Wanna hear a story?" "Listen and we'll be friends!". But beneath the bright exterior is a girl who grew up in a tribe on the edge of civilization, whose father was a military man who could not spend much time with her, who found her first friends not among people but in the Ethereals she sketched in her notebook.

-Conversational tone shifts from whimsical to deadly serious in combat: In casual conversation, she is light, playful, and prone to tangents. In battle, her voice drops an octave. She does not banter or taunt.

Speech:

Lucia speaks simply and lively. Her language lacks bad words, she almost always joyous, even when telling the scariest scary story.

In battle:

She uses her grimoire and staff to summon ethereals. Her staff is a sacred artifact of the Nightwatcher tribe, which was passed down to her through many generations. It has silver hilt and golden tip

Backstory:

-Overall story: Lucia, a member of Spook Shack, goes by the online name "Night Emissary." She's a backpacker, an Ethereal story enthusiast, and a connoisseur of late-night food stalls.

Records show that Lucia hails from a tribe living on the outskirts of the city. Legend has it their ancestors once encountered an Ethereal called the "Night Horror" (absent from the Hollow Investigative Association archives), which left them with a strange gift: Ethereals tend not to notice them. The cost, though, is that they dream of the Night Horror at night, and under its influence, they sleepwalk into Hollows, where corruption awaits. Because of this, the tribe took on the role of Nightwatchers. They rest during the day and hunt deep in the night, avoiding the Night Horror's pull. And if anyone must sleep at night, their family will keep vigil at their side until dawn.

Lucia grew up surrounded by her kin, and even after arriving in New Eridu, she has kept to the Nightwatcher tradition of staying awake through the night and watching over her cherished friends, shielding them from the Night Horror's reach.

Backstory:

Yidhari Murphy was born to Wayland; a man with aspirations of becoming a Proxy, but later entered the field of Ether science as to pursue his future wife and mother of Yidhari: Angel. Yidhari Murphy was a notably healthy child who spent most of her time under the watchful eyes of Grandpa Gu, whilst her parents worked at Darkwater Research Centre, a TOPS-funded facility that was accesible via Port Elpis which focused on the research of Ether Corruption medicine.

Wayland and Angel hoped that their work would be for the betterment of humanity, but were aware that the experimental drugs they were creating were being used to enhance TOPS's private security forces illegally. After three years of working at Darkwater, the octopus Thiren couple decided to leave so they could spend time with their daughter. Their final day was to coincide with Angel's birthday.

On the day of the Old Capital's fall, Yidhari, now ten years old, planned to give her mom a birthday gift before she left, but missed the boat due to being denied entry to the port. Upon seeing this, Grandpa Gu took Yidhari personally to Darkwater Research Centre, where she reunited and spent time with her parents. Shortly after, the rapid expansion of Hollow Zero begun and caused several other Hollows to expand as well, including the Outer Ring Hollow, which consumed the facility.

Whilst trying to find a way out of the Hollow, Yidhari became severely corrupted due to the inhalation of countless Ether particles. The Murphy family also learnt that TOPS had fled with all the protective equipment, thus leaving them stranded in the Hollow. Wayland would map out a path out of the Hollow, while Angel was able to stablise their daughter with the aid of an experimental serum the two were working on. To counteract the effects of corruption, Wayland took excessive dosages of anti-corruption medicine. This had the effect of greatly cutting his lifespan and would lead to his death within the Hollow, but not before he was able to fully map out an escape route, considering his birthday gift to Angel, and saying goodbye to her and their daughter over a radio.

The mother and daughter then followed the path Wayland had found, but found themselves pursued by the infamous Dead End Butcher. Nearing the exit, Yidhari was told by her mother to continue and that she'll be right behind her, only for Angel to guide the Butcher away from her daughter, allowing Yidhari to escape, at the cost of both her parents life. Yidhari would be found outside the Outer Ring Hollow by then Overlord Pompey and Mors of The Vanquishers, who took her to Blazewood and was later returned to the safety of Grandpa Gu. Yidhari would go onto repress the events of that fateful day, which put huge strain on her psyche.

Over the ten-year gap between Eridu's fall and the events of Zenless Zone Zero, Yidhari Murphy developed a unique ability thanks to the the experimental serum of her parents. This ability took the form of unwilling retrocognition, being able to see past events that occurred within the Hollows. This power was difficult to control, as it skewed her perceptions and dulled her emotions while in Hollows, but she persisted and it would become an intergral tool for her as she became a Proxy. One day, whilst browsing Inter-Knot, she stumbled upon a story about a protagonist who could read the story of Hollows. Following the link therein took her to the Spook Shack forum, where Yuzuha explained that she had made up the story, but after Yidhari revealed she had powers similar to said protagonist, she was immediately invited to Spook Shack and joined under the name 'Strawberry Parfait.'

During a mission within the Lemnian Hollow, Yidhari's ability was mutated by the Miasma within, allowing her the ability to rematerialize these past events, but causing a greater toll on her psyche and made her unable to distinguish the faces of people, becoming interchangeable with images of the past she saw in the Hollow. Sarah, current Overseer of The Exaltists learnt of Yidhari's newly-found ability and hired the octopus Thiren to help them on a mission. She manipulated her into rematerializing a town that was located in Timesworn Hills in order to find a door that supposedly led to The Creator. Being within the proximity of The Creator cursed Yidhari to be imprisioned inside the newly-restored town's Auditorium, Miasma binding her body and forcing her into a deep slumber.

Overtime, countless people would find the town and subsequently become trapped as well, their bodies cocooned in Miasmic flora as their deep regrets took form as alternate versions of themselves named Drowned Ideals. Exaltist member Viggo Moss, whose own Drowned Ideal kept watch of Yidhari and ensured she didn't get corrupted, took charge of the Drowned Ideals as they began to populate the town. Yidhari was able to awaken several times, but anytime she tried to leave the curse warped the space of the Hollow around her, preventing her escape. When she would inevitably have to sleep again, with the Wandering Hunter would come to return her to the auditorium.

Yidhari was finally able to break the curse with the help of Legendary Proxy Phaethon, and Komano Manato and Lucia Elowen of Spook Shack, who were trying to find a Lumite Ore mining site before Porcelumex did, only to stumble across the Town. Phaethon's ocular implants was able to sever the Miasma which bound Yidhari, and also allowed her to see the Proxy clearly, unlike anyone else in the Hollow. The trio, along with the help of Banyue, Krampus Compliance Authority and the Drowned Ideal of Manato were able to free Yidhari and everyone else imprisoned by the town. Yidhari would later assist in laying the Wandering Hunter to rest.

Afterwards, Yidhari underwent psychological therapy within the Echo Chamber, the old clinic of Dr. Lohr that Porcelumex had lease and renovated to assist in the recovery of those within the town. During a session with psychatrist Lydia, in regards to her past, Yidhari entered a deep coma due to the strain caused from repressing her memories. Phaethon, Manato and Lucia would assist Yidhari with overcoming the trauma of her past, via the usage of VR technology courtesy of the H.I.A. After several dives into her dream and slaying the Dead End Butcher within them, Yidhari awoke and was finally able to return to her normal life, able to write tales on Spook Shack and spend time with her new friends.
