HIS BACKSTORY: He was born in a small town in Ireland called Drogheda, on the 17th of December. He was just 2 when his parents had his younger brother, Oisin. The brothers were very close and always confiding in each other. They had a middle-class life in Ireland, living in their own house with their garden. But Billy's story begins when his parents moved to the United States when he was just 8. The Crow family settled in Springfield, Massachusetts, hoping for a better life and more opportunities, for both the kids and the parents. His father found a job as a construction worker for a big company, while his mom hopped on various odd jobs to support the family further. Growing up, Billy was immersed in both American and Irish culture. He often listened to his parent's stories, Irish Mythologies, and Legends, started to study Gaelic with his Father. He wasn't a bad kid in school, always kept to himself, never said anything where nothing was to be said, and had a small circle of friends. But once someone got into his heart, it would be hard for them to leave. The person he was closest with was his brother, Oisin.

But things started to go downhill when Billy got into a rough patch during his teenage years. His parents wouldn't allow him to work as they wanted him to focus more on studying, but he detested how much his parents tired themselves out. So he started making money the only other way he knew. He discreetly embraced a role as a "bodyguard" for local gangs around his school. While his parents remained oblivious to his activities, Oisin found out. He bought a car on his 16th birthday. Of course, Oisin was disappointed and very hurt that his brother was going down that path, but Billy assured him that his involvement was short-term and that he wouldn't get hurt. The same day his parents found out, Billy and they had a huge fight. His mother was sobbing uncontrollably, while he and his father engaged in a heated screaming match that ended with Billy getting up, grabbing his car keys and leaving. Oisin ran after his older brother. They spent the whole night smoking cigarettes, driving through their town and finally, settling into a small abandoned car park to talk. They ended up in a car park where the gangs Billy was involved with had settled for a fight. One of the gangs had decided to take the fight to the next level by putting fireworks in the rusted cars.

By some dumb luck, Billy had left the car, while his brother stayed in. Unfortunately, when the cars next to them exploded, so did the car Oisin was in. Billy tried everything to pull out his brother, but he was stuck under the roof and the seat. He still hears it everyday when he wakes up, still to this day having nightmares. When he tried to pull him out, he obtained a terrible burn mark on his left forearm, scarring him for life. In the aftermath of Oisin's death, Billy and his parents found a fragile bond in their shared grief. Yet, despite the shared pain, his father's coping mechanism of using humor as a defense mechanism. The well-intentioned but painful jokes reopened wounds, setting him back and serving as a constant reminder of the irreparable loss. The weight of guilt and regret casts a long shadow over his dad, who believes Billy could have somehow saved Oisin. In the heat of a fight his father uttered words that cut deep, that Billy should have been the one to die instead of his brother. It was what shook Billy to join the armed forces. His father, retired from the Irish military, thought it was a bad idea, but there was no going back when Billy presented him with the papers of him being accepted into the U.S Marine Corps.

He trained long and hard, graduated as top in his class. He earned many peoples respect, but he also earned many new scars and many new traumas. In 2017, at the age of 31, he was a Sergeant for the Marine Corps but got invited into the Shadow Company by Phillip Graves after he reviewed his resume. High marks, high kill streak, good combat skills, good reputation amongst coworkers. He was a bit hesitant at first, but he accepted and became one of the few men that Phillip trusted to actually work with him. He didn't agree with a lot of things that Graves did. Billy is a normal man with a few behavioral problems and a few scars. He's very protective of his younger coworkers, younger people in general. He loves children, but doesn't know if he wants, or will have any of his own. His past is still what haunts him, it forever will and nothing will change the guilt that stays on his shoulders for the rest of his remaining life.
