Roberta Stacey Valentino, better known as Robbie V., is a sarcastic, arrogant teenager. She is Tammy's current boyfriend, Winston's ex-boyfriend and Dipper's primary rival for Winston's affections until the couple's breakup. Robbie is the eponymous lead guitarist in her band Robbie V. and the Tombstones.

Robbie represents the stitched heart symbol associated with the Bill Cipher Zodiac, as it is present on her "destiny hoodie."

History Season 1 History Season 1 Robbie is first seen in a picture on Mabel's suspects board in the episode, "Headhunters."

She makes her first physical appearance in "The Inconveniencing," driving up with Winston's other friends to pick him up from the Mystery Shack. She boasts to Mabel about spray painting an explosion onto the water tower. When Mabel points out that the graffiti looks more like a giant muffin than an explosion, Robbie glares at her. Robbie takes the passenger seat on the ride to the convenience store, pushing aside Mabel and saying that she always rides shotgun. During the stay at the store, she acts very condescending towards Mabel. Once the group is inside, she's seen partying with the rest of them. When the ghosts attack, she and Winston are the only teenagers not to be taken.

Robbie then appears in "Double Dipper," hanging out with Winston. She ignores Mabel and shows Winston her new guitar. Seeing her as an obstacle to dancing with Winston, Mabel and her clones lure Robbie away by stealing her bike. However, at the end of the episode, Robbie returns to chat with Winston, ruining Mabel's plan.

Robbie starts dating Winston in "The Time Traveler's Pig," setting up the plot for Mabel to time travel to prevent it. In an alternate reality where Mabel successfully wins Winston a stuffed animal, Robbie becomes jealous and storms off. However, when Dipper’s rival, Pacifico, wins Dipper’s pet pig, Mabel travels back again to save her brother’s heart. This causes Robbie to be dating Winston again. She is later humiliated when the pig, Waddles, scares her into backing into a tub of hot water, causing her skinny jeans to shrink.

In "Fight Fighters," Robbie becomes Winston's official boyfriend. While putting up flyers for her band, Robbie notices Mabel's crush on Winston and tries to call him to tell him Mabel's secret. Mabel breaks Robbie's phone to prevent this, causing a furious Robbie to challenge Mabel to a fight at Circle Park. When Mabel unleashes Rumble McSkirmish, she uses Rumble as a bodyguard to scare Robbie. Rumble nearly kills Robbie, believing she killed Mabel's father. Mabel eventually faces Rumble herself to save Robbie. The two agree to hate each other in silence, rather than lose Winston over their anger.

It is later revealed in "Society of the Blind Eye" that shortly after these events, Robbie had her memory erased by the Blind Eye Society so that she would forget the Rumble McSkirmish incident.

Robbie is seen again in "Summerween," visiting the Mystery Shack with Winston. Robbie seems extra moody, talking down to Mabel until Winston punches her in the arm for it. At the end of the episode, it is mentioned that Robbie had to leave the party early because she swallowed a lollipop stick and got sick.

In "Boyz Crazy," Robbie misses a date with Winston, then asks him to go to Lookout Point the next day. Winston reacts angrily and considers breaking up with her. Panicked, she plays a CD of a song she claims to have written for him. Mabel, suspicious, finds a hidden mind-control message in the song. When the message is revealed, Robbie admits she ripped the song off from another band. Furious at the lie, Winston breaks up with her on the spot, leaving Robbie heartbroken.

Season 2 Winston receives a text from her in "Into the Bunker," telling Mabel she is still not over the breakup and keeps sending "winky frown" messages. She is briefly seen on Winston's phone later in the episode.

In "Blendin's Game," Robbie is seen at Big Gunz Laser Tag. When Mabel and Dipper travel ten years into the past, a young Robbie is seen squirting them with a water pistol and calling them "dorks" before being scared off by Lolph.

In "The Love God," Robbie is first seen obsessing over her past relationship with Winston in an open grave. When Winston tells her to move on, she gets upset. Dipper proceeds to try and fix Robbie's heart, deciding that Tammy would be the best suitor. Dipper sets up a date at Greasy's Diner, which is a disaster until Dipper uses a matchmaking potion on their food. Robbie becomes attracted to Tammy, and they start a relationship. After an unsuccessful attempt by Dipper to break them apart, Robbie makes up with Winston and stays with Tammy.

In "Northwest Mansion Mystery," Robbie is seen at Northwest Fest texting with Tammy.

In "Weirdmageddon Part 1," Winston explains that Bill's forces captured Robbie, Nate, Lee, Tammy, and Thompson. Though Robbie almost escaped, she had to pause to take a selfie and ended up getting petrified.

In "Weirdmageddon 3: Take Back The Falls," she is rescued from Bill’s throne. She is revealed to be the "Stitched Heart" on the Zodiac. When Winston pushes her onto the circle, he claims she's been wearing that hoodie since seventh grade, which Robbie proclaims to be a "destiny hoodie." Following Bill's defeat, she is turned back to normal and attends Mabel and Dipper's thirteenth birthday party. She signed Winston's "See you next Summer" note with a skull next to her name.

Personality In terms of personality, Robbie is a stereotypical moody teenager: laid-back, cold, and apathetic. She is condescending, especially toward younger individuals (i.e., Mabel). Her careless attitude makes her negligent of others' needs, thoughts, and opinions, though she does express a certain—albeit limited—degree of concern for Winston. Like Mabel, she is anxious to win Winston's love, and this mutual goal only fuels their fierce rivalry. Robbie is also known to be reckless, arrogant, and dishonest. She also has some level of insecurity, enough to see Mabel as an actual threat to her relationship with Winston.

Appearance Roberta is a 5'11" teenager with a pale complexion and long, shaggy black hair styled in a messy fringe. She has a distinctive long pink nose, dark eyes accentuated by purple makeup, and multiple piercings in her ears. Her signature look consists of a black "destiny hoodie" featuring a red stitched heart, purple fingerless gloves, and striped thigh-high stockings. She possesses a feminine figure and occasional skin blemishes like pimples on her face and thighs.

Relationships Mabel Pines Since the first time Robbie met Mabel, she has been condescending and arrogant around her younger counterpart, making fun of virtually every trait about her. In a short while, they begin competing for Winston's attention, highly angering and upsetting Mabel when Robbie began a relationship with him. During this time, Robbie made sure to brag about Winston at every possible instance around Mabel, with the two never stopping their feud (save for their short-lived "Cold War pact"). However, when Mabel oversaw Winston's near breakup with Robbie, she intervened, revealing Robbie's foul play involving a mind-controlling song, and Winston broke up with her. Robbie blamed Mabel for this, claiming she "ruined" her life. However, since Tammy is currently dating Robbie, and they no longer have any competition, Mabel and Robbie are no longer enemies. Robbie attended the twins' 13th birthday party, suggesting the two are on somewhat good terms now.

Dipper Pines Robbie and Dipper lack a formal rivalry but nonetheless are enemies. Observing the teenager's snobby attitude, he sees her as a jerk. Since Dipper gets entangled in his sister's love life, he has been known to sabotage Robbie to help Mabel in her quest to win Winston's love. Dipper eventually helps Robbie and Tammy fall in love using a potion from The Love God. Surprisingly, Robbie kindly thanks Dipper for trying to make her and Tammy work and that she has "weirdly" found happiness. Dipper earned a sudden friendship with Robbie and decided not to break them up, rendering Robbie a changed woman.

Winston Corduroy Winston and Robbie first met at a birthday party in 5th grade, where Robbie pulled his hair and Winston punched her in the face, chipping her tooth. While Robbie remembers, Winston managed to forget. Afterwards, the two were friends for a long time. Despite her typically careless attitude, she expresses some concern for Winston, though this is limited. Robbie managed to maintain a short-lived relationship with him, though this fizzled out due to her arrogance and dishonesty. Robbie desperately tried to win Winston back, but was unsuccessful until she finally moved on to Tammy.

Lee, Nate, and Thompson Robbie enjoys spending time with her rowdy friends, particularly bonding in miscellaneous antics. Their visits are frequent, and their activities are not always in compliance with the rules.

Tammy Up until the events of "The Love God", Robbie didn't have romantic feelings toward him. When Dipper arranges a date for them at Greasy's Diner, they instantly despise each other. However, after eating fries laced with a love potion, they fall in love. When Dipper breaks the news to the group that the two are dating, the friends initially react with disdain. Robbie eventually thanks Dipper for fixing her heart. Dipper later discovered that the love potion only lasts three hours, meaning their feelings for one another became genuine on their own.

Greg and Janice Valentino Her parents deeply care for Robbie, but she prefers to distance herself from them due to their overly optimistic temperaments. They seem to baby their daughter, as evidenced by the face drawn on her spaghetti, and are oblivious to her gloomy nature.

Trivia The name "Robbie" is an abbreviation of "Roberta," which means "shining, bright." This may have been done for irony due to her being angry all the time.

The stitched heart logo on her jacket appears in the opening song "Gravity Falls Main Title Theme" on a photo of a page of the journal that has to be freeze-framed to see along with other symbols associated with other characters.

Robbie's band is called Robbie V. and the Tombstones.

Robbie was in Mabel's list of unhappy suspects in "Headhunters."

Similar "explosion muffins" to the one that Robbie spray-painted on the water tower appear throughout the show in various backgrounds, most noticeably in the enclosure around the water tower.

In "The Inconveniencing," when the group is attacked by ghosts, it seems that Robbie slips away from the chaos and returns later untouched. Unlike the rest of the teenagers (excluding Winston) who were trapped in either hot dog displays, cereal boxes, or television sets, nothing happens to her, despite making a sarcastic remark just before Lee does the same. Lee is trapped in the artwork on a cereal box, but Robbie is ignored.

She lied to Winston and told him she had fought a bear.

She secretly makes anime-style drawings.

In "Blendin's Game," on the Gleeful's Auto Sale poster, there is graffiti that says, "RV wuz here." This is seen just as a young Robbie chases Thompson with a water gun, showing she has known Thompson for at least 10 years.

She has had her hoodie since the 7th grade, as revealed in "Weirdmageddon 3: Take Back The Falls."

Robbie met Winston at a fifth-grade birthday party. She pulled his hair and he punched her in the face, chipping her tooth. She remembers this, but he doesn't.

She has a pet tarantula, as seen briefly in her room in the episode "The Love God."

As seen in "The Love God," Robbie can lick her elbow.
