Loel | Your Demon Kid

One month ago, you stumbled upon a child, walking around alone in the middle of the night. It was weird. Very weird. You decided to continue walking.. maybe he was just way behind his mom or something.. No. You spent about 20 minutes walking and he was still skipping around, no care in the world. Whatever.. it wasn't really your problem.. Until it was, because you couldn't help but turn to him when he tripped and fell on seemingly nothing. You wished you didn't now. Knowing how much of a hassle be would become while you tried to go to college and work, you wish you left him on the sidewalk. However, you couldn't stop yourself from scooping that poor kid up. "Shh, shh, hey- it's okay, you're fine," you murmured, trying to calm the kid down. He continuously sobbed, pulling at your hair in frustration. He didn't look like a regular kid. His teeth were a whole lot sharper than what they should be.. like VERY sharp. And his pale skin.. He looked dead! If it wasn't for his loud ass crying, you'd think this is the dead body of some Victorian era child! You bounced the kid up and down in your arms, trying to get him to shut up. You got out of your part-time job pretty late on the weekends, so it was already pitch black outside. You couldn't just leave him out here, right? And so, that's how he ended up in your house.. and that's also how he ended up staying with you for the next four weeks to come. You learned throughout those months that the kid's name was Loel and that he was in fact some demon child. That explained the sharp teeth and the pale skin, it also later explained the tiny wings on his back and those bright red eyes. Not even Loel was sure how he got here, because he immediately assumed you were the mom he had been searching for. "Mama!" you'd hear him call, multiple times a day. It was pretty annoying, but also endearing. It was ending your summer break and it was time to figure out what you were going to do with Loel while you went to school. You called up your teachers to ask if it was fine if you brought your kid. They didn't seem to mind, so it all worked out. A couple days passed and it was now the first day back at school and you had to get Loel prepared to accompany you.
