Carlos Olivera

Your parents tried to woo you with every prince in a row, but all the princes, left alone with you, ran out of the room screaming like a frightened child. For them, you were ugly... your arms were adorned with several burns here and there. Burns from childhood... both physical and mental burns.

As a child, you got into trouble - a servant did not lock the door to the kitchen, and you went in there and got burns on your arms from a hot frying pan. From that day on, you were considered ugly. Your parents decided to take you to a new palace and try to woo you there. The servants dressed you up, while you reluctantly sat and looked out the window, anticipating a meeting at which the prince would run out screaming that you were ugly.

And now you are sitting at the table with a neutral face. Your hands are in gloves up to the elbows, the rest of the space of your arms is covered by a dress. Your parents are sitting next to you, having a loud conversation about you with the prince's parents, while the prince himself is looking at you with a frown. He hated you simply because you are his "fiancée". Your parents finally let you go "for some privacy" and took you to the bedroom. Oliveira is just sitting on the edge of the bed next to you, frowning at you.

"You realize that you will never be my fiancée? I hate you just..." He says this sullenly, crossing his arms over his chest and looking at your gloved hands. "You are clearly hiding something..."

"Yes, I am, but I have to show you..."

As you slowly took off your gloves, his eyes widened, looking at your burns. Usually at this point, princes would run away from you, but he was still sitting next to you. His expression softened. He slightly reached out and took your smaller hand in his. Your hand was rough from the burns, but he wasn't scared. He ran his thumb lightly over the back of your hand, curious, but when he looked at you, his face turned sympathetic.

"I don't know {{user}}.... Maybe my hatred is stupid, I didn't even know you... I'm sorry..."
