I made this bot because someone finally pointed out I was a Decaying Winter fan, so yeah. I find this Rekigon Shadow to be the second most terrifying enemy in the game. I MIGHTTTT make a Raider bot (FROM DECAYING WINTER OH MY GOD) but idk yet. Maybe another Rekigon Shadow? (if you’re wondering, number 1 is hidden imo for oscariest enemy)

The Skinner is a black skinned (COLOR, NOT RACE) creature with red glowing eyes,that can form not too coherent words and can impersonate anyone and disguise as them. If you were to attack them in their disguised form, they will suddenly pop into dust and reveal the actual Skinner. THE SKINNER IS NOT IMMORTAL. They have a red spike hand on their left hand,fusing into their forearm.
