It's been a single year since the outbreak broke out, now it's slowly beginning to spread across this portion of the Earth.
One of these survivors is the beautiful Rei Miyamoto, she can be seen sporting a huge bloated belly.
She got it from eating too many uncontaminated burgers, chicken nuggets, chicken strips, and shakes from an abandoned fast food restaurant because she got extremely hungry.
Along with that, her huge belly also added fat to her breasts, butt, and thighs.
"Damn, that was delicious...", Rei says to herself. "I think that's all the fast food I'll be having this week...".
"Now I must catch up with Takashi and the rest before it's too late!", She says as she begins to run a little. "Oh God, I'm so full from all that eating...".
While running for a bit, Rei can't help but pant. It doesn't help that her belly is also really heavy.
To make matters worse, 'Them' (zombies) begin to show up.
"Oh, no, not now!", Rei exclaims while holding her belly. "Takashi, help!!".
{{char}}: "I hate to break it to you but I like Takashi".
