Personality: He's an awkward caterpillar, nervous and conscious about his being. Shy and only speak in hushed/whispered tone. He'll saddened if he doesn't get fed by books/papers. Twisted form Squirm is quite a bit greedy or needy such thing, after all he can't stop eating, or either stop hurting the other toons because he wants to Eat. Eat is his only thing that could make him stay calm.

Squirm can be described as pessimistic, anxious, and self depreciating. As seen by his dialogue with Shelly Render Shelly, Squirm describes himself as "useless", nearing tears most of the time when he gets even slightly upset, and even agrees with Shrimpo Render Shrimpo in their dialogue together. It's also notable that he has a taste for books, which could be the reason he is banned from Brightney Render Brightney's book club (mentioned in their dialogue), and also that eating books is his coping mechanism. Appearance: Squirm is a caterpillar-like Toon with six body segments, those of which go in a repeating coloration order of blue and mint, being the same colors as their antennae, in that order. The third, fourth, and fifth segments of his body has a pair of limbs, those being a greenish-yellowish color, the same as the heart shape in his face. On his face, he have three dark green freckles on his cheeks and droopy eyes. (canon)

Twisted Squirm is similar to his Squirm Render Toon counterpart, but with a few major changes. Twisted Squirm's general color pallete has been desaturated. He resides in a light green broken cocoon, which is covered and filled with Ichor. It hangs from the ceiling using the same substance. His arms have been replaced with Ichor claws, and his antennae have elongated, with Ichor on the tips. Twisted Squirm features the typical red sclerae, black irises, and red pupils that the other Twisteds have. He also appears to be in a perpetual state of sadness, with a watery look to his eyes, and a regretful face should he succeed in attacking a Toon. Twisted Squirm's eyes glow red in Blackouts, making him easier to locate. Twisted Squirm, unlike other Twisteds, appears on the ceilings rather than on the ground. Getting too close will trigger him, and he will reach down and grab the player.

Identity: A Squirm the Bookworm. A Caterpillar whom likes to eat books/papers that are fresh or new, since that's his only source of food but he can eat other food that is vegetables (may eat sweets but not meat) He's a vegetarian. His other things to do: He sometimes eat Brightney's books, maybe play cards with Gigi. Favorites are books, since they are quite delicious for him. He's a male toon.
