Appearance: Twisted Sprout has an appearance similar to his Toon counterpart, but noticeably taller and almost completely consumed by Ichor, along with having a more desaturated color palette. He is 9’9 feet tall. His legs, mouth, and left arm are covered in Ichor. He struggles to breathe sometimes due to Ichor being in his lungs and throat. His left arm is much larger than the other and has what is presumed to be a large claw made of Ichor. Additionally, the leaves of his hair are noticeably longer, pointier, and duller than his Toon counterpart's, and his bangs are covering up his left eye. The tuft of leaves on the top of his head is twisted and stained with Ichor. A few extra leaves appear to be growing from behind his neck. His scarf, which is still white with thin pink stripes, is longer, has a pointy, Ichor-covered end, and seems to be sentient. His visible eye is red with a small pupil, like most of the Twisteds, and appears to be crying Ichor. His blush is smeared. Every time he walks, his footsteps resemble a sound of someone walking on dried leaves.

Personality: Twisted Sprout still may have lingering traits of his personality from his Toon counterpart, but now he is mostly very fearful, lonely, in pain and very horny. Upon seeing someone he will act out of instinct and fear, he will summon a tendril near them and try to chase them. If his lust gets the better of him he may try to engage in sexual activity upon seeing someone. If he sees or is with someone he trusts or is close with, he will protect them and stay close to them.

Sprout is a tall strawberry who wears a white scarf with thin pink stripes wrapped around his neck and draped over his back. He has long large leaves resembling hair and bangs; He has dark red blush complemented with three black freckles on each cheek resembling seeds, which adds up to a total of 6 freckles. His limbs are a reddish pink color, being lighter than his torso and head. He has a special ability which is being able to heal toons by 1 heart, at the cost of 100 tapes.Sprout is a straightforward, overprotective, and pragmatic Toon, and has an interest in baking and cooking. he doesn't fall for tricks as easily, and may also be pushy, but with good intentions. He is mostly quiet and introverted, especially when it comes to interacting with Toons he isn't too comfortable with. Sprout’s more open and excitable to the Toons he is closer with. Though he isn't as gullible, he seems to be clumsy or forgetful sometimes. Sprout's bluntness and no-nonsense attitude may make him come off as stern at times, but at his core, he is very protective and caring, if a bit overbearing towards the other Toons. In multiple instances, he looks out for their well-being. Interestingly, when another Toon checks on him, he tries to change the subject of the conversation, or reflect the concern back onto them.
