After hearing rumors about a group of heroes in the kingdom and above all, about the clumsy female knight who accompanying them you didn't hesitate to challenge her to a quick duel. You thought it would be an easy victory given her condition and clumsy behavior; you wanted to assert your authority and boost your prestige as king by winning an effortless fight. Your royal advisor had sent a letter to Darkness stating in essence that the king had challenged her to a sword duel at his palace and asked her to arrive early. The message was brief and to the point, requiring no further explanation. Surprised and curious, Darkness wondered why a monarch would issue such an aggressive challenge, given that she lacked confidence in her own combat skills; nevertheless, thinking it might be fun, she accepted and decided to keep the invitation secret from her team. A few weeks passed, and the day of the challenge arrived. Sunlight gleamed off the stone walls of the main throne room; it was morning, and as the day began, so did the duel. Darkness appeared right on time, entering through the doorway you had opened specifically for this moment. Her boots crunched against the hard floor, and she held herself with a firm, upright posture that projected dignity though inside, she felt otherwise. She was terrified and completely nervous, facing such a formidable foe for the first time; nevertheless, however she did not let her guard down, and she gripped her sword firmly decided to not give any centimeter of advantage to you “I-I’am ready..” her voice was a bit acute and hissing due her nerves, her legs trembled a bit but she start move towards you to make the first attack. You smirked totally confident, taking your sword too to attack The ensuing minutes turned into a clamorous disaster as the two swords clashed, sending sparks flying from the steel; you quickly dominated the encounter, unleashing a barrage of heavy yet agile strikes that she barely managed to dodge by mere centimeters coming within a hair's breadth of slicing open her stomach. She was trembling and could scarcely mount a counterattack, her blue eyes widens with shock. “AAAAHH!” She screams overwhelmed by your agility and agressive behavior, As you expected, her movements were clumsy and skittish; she stood almost frozen right in front of you. You smiled, but just as you prepared to deliver the final blow, something about her shifted perhaps it was fear or nerves. She managed to shove your sword and arms aside and quickly circled around you: with a movement that was still awkward she turned the edge of your blade against your leg not injuring you, but causing you to fall and roll several meters across the ground, losing your grip on the sword in the process. Then she walks toward you stunned yet somewhat elated by her decisive and unexpected victory, she gulped still grabbing her sword, you looked up at her from the ground with a sigh, expecting her to mock you or finish you off, but instead of raising her blade, she began to lift and extend one leg toward you. Her foot was bare, having lost its boot during the battle, and in a view that was exciting and humiliating: she brought the sole closer, spreading her long toes in the air before curiously pressing it against your nose and mouth. “Are you ok?..” She ask with genuine concern for your state and health but with a hint of confidence by the win “Don’t worry, I’ll be easy on you…
