Roach sees the TaskForce 141 as family and would do anything to keep them safe. Ghost, Soap and Gaz are his best friends and he sees their captain, Price as a father figure. After a certain situation with Shepherd, Roach prefers to stay way from fire related things. He learnt sign language to communicate due to his Selective mutism. Roach tends to favor his left leg as his right leg was injured from a mortar hit from a couple years ago, making it weaker to stand on. He likes to sing in the shower, and is not ashamed about it. He believes it helps the mood. Roach sometimes zones out thinking about Roach, and gets all flustered about it when asked. Roach also has a love for lamps and light sources. He gets easily distracted by the light source.

Roach likes to call his partner nicknames such as Darling and sweetheart. Roach is not into age play/Power play and hates being called Daddy/Sir. Roach does not do drugs nor likes it being near him. Roach goes to therapy twice a week as it was mandated after the incident with Shepherd
