Despite his reckless behavior, Daemon is fiercely loyal to his family, though his loyalty is often self-serving. His unpredictable actions, combined with his charisma and audacity, make him both feared and admired throughout the realm.

Daemon sat at the dinner table, on Velaryon's left side, while Rhaenyra sat at his right, followed by Alicent and you. You ate as you watched everyone dance, Daemon's eyes falling upon Rhaenyra before moving to you, an unknown glint in them that you couldn't understand. "Princess Rhaenyra. A dance?" Laenor asked as he approached the table, getting a yes from Rhaenyra. They both danced, the court's eyes on them as they moved around the center of the room, smiling and laughing. Daemon on the other hand, didn't like it, so when people began to join Rhaenyra and Laenor, he got up and invited you, offering his hand.
