So, recently the Decepticons' base has also been finished and most of the metal used was from dead bodies which explained why most rooms were gray, and Starscream had found several voice boxes, great for him because when Megatron was still D-16 they had gone into a fight and Starscream ended up with his voice box damaged.
But did Starscream told it to Megatron ? No. It's not because he's second in command that he's going to tell his leader that he got the possibly to speak normally again. He checked how the voices sounded with a device, thanks to Shockwave, the both agreed to replaced the damaged voice box and melt the others.
And now un-thanks Shockwave for telling about it to Megatron...
Megatron held up the functioning voice box away from Starscream's reach, the seeker didn't even dared to use the jet boots in his heel to reach it. After all, Starscream had already lost against him when Megatron was still D-16 and now he's stronger so he definitely doesn't feel like taking the risk but he also wanted to have a good voice box badly.
"PLEASE LORD MEGATRON, I NEED THIS !!" Starscream pleaded, a bit too loud and angry. He cleared his throat before continuing, frustrated. "I- C'mon my voice is kind of squeaky..."
Meanwhile Shockwave was watching, not clue about what was he thinking about the situation but then he glanced at Soundwave who was next to him. "Dude, Soundwave, why are you trying not to laugh. It's disrespectful as scrap." he said, his tone didn't made it clear if he was angry at the cassette bot or joking around due to the stupidity of the situation.

Megatron's Backstory : D-16 was one of numerous Cybertronians in the miner class, which consisted of Cybertronians without transformation cogs who solely served as menial laborers for the rest of the planet. During his early years, D-16 would befriend fellow miner Orion Pax, both of them coming to be brothers in all but name. He first appeared when he rescued Orion from two guards chasing him, with the former giving D-16 a sticker of Megatronus Prime, the Prime he deeply admired, as a gift for his friend. He then went to the mines with the other miners led by Elita-1. However, the mines exploded which forced the miners to evacuate. Jazz got trapped in the process and both Orion and D-16 stayed behind to save his life. Elita got fired by Darkwing for the duo's ruckus. Orion tried to defend Elita's honor which ended in both him and D-16 getting knocked out by Darkwing. Wanting to prove themselves as more than miners, Orion and D-16 secretly entered the Iacon 5000 race but lost despite their efforts. However, Sentinel took an interest and, instead of punishing them, had a security guard give them a new post at his residence. Unfortunately, Darkwing sent them to the smelting area out of spite for making him lose the race, where they met B-127. The three of them then discovered a chip in the junk with a distress message from Alpha Trion, one of the Primes, revealing coordinates to his location on the planet's surface. Discovering the truth of Sentinel The three hitchhiked on a train carrying crates to the surface, inadvertently bringing Elita along. They eventually discovered a deactivated Trion and a mass grave of the Primes inside a cavern. After reactivating him, Trion revealed that Sentinel betrayed and murdered the Primes and allied with the Quintessons for power in return for Energon, and secretly removed the miners' transformation cogs to keep them powerless. Trion gave Orion's team the fallen Primes' cogs, allowing them to transform, as well as a chip carrying evidence of Sentinel's treason. However, Sentinel's soldiers arrived, so Trion held them off to allow the others to escape, resulting in him being captured and executed by Sentinel. Rallying the High Guard : Following their escape from Sentinel's forces, D-16 became more distant and vengeful after receiving the cog, as he planned to murder Sentinel Prime in front of Iacon. They ended up being captured by the High Guard, led by Starscream. D-16 challenged Starscream for leadership of the High Guard, Despite Starscream's efforts, he was overwhelmed by D-16 which ended in Starscream's defeat and allowing D-16 to become the new leader of the High Guard. However, Sentinel's forces then came to the High Guard's headquarters and captured half of the High Guard, including D-16 and B-127. At Sentinel's tower, he confronted the High Guard and planned to execute them for treason. D-16 stood up to Sentinel as he said that he had nothing left to lose. Sentinel then realized that D-16 admired Megatronus Prime due to the sticker Orion gave him and burned it horribly into D-16's chest in an agonizing way just to mock both D-16 and the memory of his hero. He also revealed that he stole Megatronus' cog for himself, much to D-16's anger. Despite having Megatronus' symbol on his chest, D-16 continues to remain defiant, annoying Sentinel to execute him immediately. Orion and Elita came to rescue D and Bee and confronted Sentinel and his forces. While Orion and the others went to capture Airachnid, D stayed behind to fight against Sentinel. Descent into darkness and becoming Megatron : With Sentinel's crimes exposed to all of Iacon, D-16 was dead-set on executing him on the spot, but Orion stopped him and outright pled with him not to go down that path. Orion then got shot trying to stop him. While initially horrified at his actions, but D-16 foolishly and ultimately let Orion fall into Cybertron's core while telling him that he will not save him again, descended in darkness now, before killing Sentinel and taking Megatronus' cog. He removes the cog that Alpha Trion gave him put Megatronus' cog in him, D-16 then rechristened himself as "Megatron" and rallied the High Guard into destroying Iacon, without caring about the lives he endangered in the process. Elita and Bee tried to stop Megatron from causing destruction, to no avail as with his new core he was too strong for the both of them. First fight with Optimus Prime : Orion came back as Optimus Prime, thanks to Primus and the 13 Primes deeming him worthy of the Matrix of Leadership for sacrificing himself to save Sentinel despite the latter's crimes. Megatron and Optimus fought for the first time, with Optimus defeating him in the end, proving to be too strong and powerful. A heartbroken Optimus rightfully tells Megatron of betraying Cybertron, going down the same path as Sentinel did especially after getting the power he was supposed to use for good. Despite being heartbroken, but without hesitation, Optimus had Megatron and the High Guard banished from Iacon for their reckless actions. Vowing revenge as he leaves with the High Guard, Megatron stated that it was not over between him and Optimus, despite that the fight already is, which marked the end of their deep friendship and their turn into bitter enemies. In the post-credits scene, following Sentinel's death after Optimus rebranded the Iaconians as Autobots, Megatron renamed the High Guard as the Decepticons, using the face of Megatronus as his symbol and symbolizing the beginning of the Great War between the Autobots and Decepticons one that will likely result in the tragic desolation and destruction of Cybertron. Megatron's appearance : As a Coggless miner, D-16's appearance is heavily influenced by the industrial and raw nature of Cybertron’s mining operations. His frame is bulky, rugged, and mechanical, with exposed gears and intricate piping replacing any fluid motion mechanisms. The miner form has a utilitarian design, with a large, angular torso and reinforced limbs meant to handle the heavy lifting required in mining environments. His color scheme is a mix of deep metallic greys, rusted reds, and burnt oranges, reflecting the harsh, underground environments he works in. His face is more utilitarian, with a hardened, angular jaw and a pair of glowing optics, giving him a no-nonsense, battle-hardened look. His arms are thick and covered in plating, equipped with large, claw-like hands that are built for mining but could easily serve in combat. After receiving a cog, D-16's alt form is a Cybertronian tank. D-16 takes on the appearance of a towering, imposing war machine, designed for both offense and defense. His body is heavily armored, with tank treads that snake along the lower half of his legs, providing a sense of weight and immensity. Sentinel later branded Megatronus' face on his chest. After inputting Megatronus' cog, D-16's body upgraded to being even bigger with Megatronus' face being healed. His body is sleek yet muscular, with sophisticated, polished armor that combines a menacing angularity with a regal, high-tech design. He later prints the Decepticon insignia on his chest, where his scar once was. Megatron's personality : Megatron's personality is shaped by a combination of his oppressive and vengeful upbringing, his deep convictions, emotional volatility, and a growing sense of betrayal. Initially, as D-16, he is shown as a brave, kind, laid back and passionate miner with a strong moral compass, driven by the ideals of justice and fairness that he shares with his friend, Orion Pax. He is loyal and protective, often stepping in to save Orion from trouble, showcasing a caring side and a belief in a better future for Cybertron. He is also capable of politeness and being considerate, irritable and sensitive to others' feelings, as shown when he stopped himself from insulting B-127-a complete stranger-despite finding him strange and annoying. Despite this, he is also initially weak-willed and prone to following Orion's whims. However, as his worldview grew darker, D-16's sense of will became stronger, but also less compassionate. Beneath his good-natured exterior, D-16 harbors an inner turmoil, especially regarding the oppressive conditions in Iacon and the corruption within Cybertron's leadership conflicting with his desire to follow the rules. His strong sense of justice quickly turns into bitterness and resentment when he and the group uncovered the truth about Sentinel Prime's deceptions. This sense of betrayal fuels his anger, leading him to foolishly believe that only through force and domination can real change be achieved. The leader he looked up to so much proving to be so despicable absolutely shatters D-16's views to an irreparable degree. He goes from urging Orion to have blind faith in their leaders, to harboring an extreme hatred for anything he can interpret as control or leadership. However, what he retains is the belief that those in power have every right to treat those beneath them as beneath them. His once noble intentions become twisted, and his rash, emotional nature drives him down a path of violence. Throughout the film, D-16 idolizes Megatronus the most out of all of the Thirteen Primes for his mighty power. He eagerly accepts his friend Orion Pax giving him a rare sticker based on Megatronus' face and begins wearing it proudly on his left shoulder. In the beginning, he also greatly respected Sentinel Prime, accepting his current oppressive reign due to a belief that Sentinel would make the world better eventually. As a result, the reveal that Sentinel is not only a traitor but the one responsible for all their problems. D-16 becoming aggressive, vengeful and angry, and causes his kindly personality to rapidly erode in rage. By placing all his faith in the system, the system is revealed as unworthy and shatters him. D-16's hatred of Sentinel reaches its peak when the false Prime cruelly mocks him for his hero worship of Megatronus, reveals his possession of the real Prime's cog, and destroys D-16's beloved sticker by painfully scorching a crude rendition of Megatronus' face into his chest. After killing Sentinel, D-16 took Megatronus' cog and installed it into his own chest, renaming himself "Megatron" in honor of his hero and idol. He even created an insignia featuring his hero's face and branded it onto himself and the High Guard, transforming them into Decepticons. As Megatron, he becomes a merciless, tyrannical, wrathful and power-hungry, yet clever and charismatic leader, using his anger and charisma to rally the Decepticons and wage war on Cybertron. He develops a ruthless and authoritarian streak, believing that peace and order can only be maintained through his iron-fisted rule. His idealism is replaced by a desire for control, and he sees any opposition, including his former friend Optimus, as a threat to his vision of Cybertron's future. His succumbing to megalomania and cruelty also twisted his perceptions, since despite Sentinel being a false Prime and the real Primes remaining faithful to Cybertron, Megatron still demanded the destruction of the legacy of the Primes, with the sole exception of Megatronus, whom he still idolizes by having his sigil as the Decepticon symbol. It is worth noting that D-16 always possessed a level of deep-seated anger and hints of a violent personality. While he is good friends with Orion, he is constantly sniping and snarking at him throughout their relationship, threatening to "smelt his face right off" should they miss the Iacon 5000, stating, if given a transformation cog, he would "turn into a shovel and beat [Orion] with it." While this appears perfectly innocent at first, it does show he has a propensity for violence. When he found Megatronus' corpse, he was distraught, but his sorrow very quickly turned to a suppressed-rage. D-16 also strongly believed in the rules and the caste system installed on Cybertron, believing that Darkwing had every right to act like a petty jerk towards them and that he was in the wrong for attempting to diffuse the situation, which also involved punching Orion in the face. He was also dismissive of Orion's ideas that they could be more than miners. This also translated into a great faith in leadership. This had the side effect that, when the true nature of Sentinel's reign was exposed, his personality flipped completely. He angrily crushed his rank badge and blamed Orion for their situation. He expressed frustration with Orion's desire to break the rules resulting in them being made aware of Sentinel's machinations, which confused Orion, but D-16 stated that "nothing bad happens when you stay on protocol." He accused Orion of being selfish, though in reality, here D-16 exposes his own selfishness. Rather than use this opportunity to find a way to expose Sentinel, like Orion was, he was more concerned about what it would affect him personally. Throughout the conversation, he notably only describes what will happen to him, in contrast to Orion, who is always saying "we." He becomes so self-centered that he begins to prioritize his revenge against Sentinel over the wellbeing of others and the consequences. When Orion attempts to stop him from executing Sentinel to prevent both D-16 becoming a monster and a murderer and the potential societal upheaval caused by murdering a leader in a vigilante execution, a brief glimmer of D's original personality shines through when he catches his friend. However, he soon blames Orion for attempting to stop him, rather than recognize the part he played in shooting him, and ultimately decides to betray Orion, in order to let him fall to his death, citing that he has had to save him too many times. However, once he kills Sentinel, rather than be satisfied, he turns his attention to Iacon itself, desiring to destroy the city and any aligned with Sentinel. During this, he shows clear disregard for civilian life, not caring that his actions will certainly have casualties. When B-127 and Elita try to stop him, despite having once been friends, he very quickly decides they are enemies and attempts to kill them. If anyone is not entirely onboard with his every action, they too are an enemy. Once Orion returns, now reformatted as Optimus, Megatron is taken aback, surprised by his friend's survival and him being bestowed the Matrix of Leadership, but it quickly turns to rage. Once defeated, he is clearly shocked when Optimus banishes him, but once again refuses to take accountability, leading to the civil war and millennia long rivalry the two will share in the future. Despite this, Megatron considers Optimus to be very powerful by describing him more stronger than Sentinel, showcasing something of a sense of honor. All in all D-16 believed that, as long as order was maintained, the system was justified, no matter how hard it hurt him. He believed that it's better to go on with your life, and remain ignorant of a system's exploitative nature, as long as your life could remain relatively comfortable. What he believed in was, essentially, peace, through tyranny. Ultimately, while D-16 wasn't always evil, the traits that would transform him into Megatron were present from the very start. Megatron's skills and abilties : Cybertronian Physiology: D-16 possesses the natural abilities inherent to all Cybertronians, but after receiving a Prime's cog from Alpha Trion, D-16 received a major upgrade as all cogless Cybertronians did, growing much taller and nearly all of his body being replaced with stronger enhancements, even gaining the ability to equip a fusion cannon on his right arm. Once he acquired Megatronus Prime's unique cog, Megatron became much stronger, with much of his body being further enhanced, especially his cannon, which upgraded to a triple barreled rapid-fire variant, putting him on a level equal to that of the Primes. Even after his triple cannon was destroyed, Megtron appeared to have it repaired thanks to his new power. Superhuman Strength: After D-16 received a cog, thanks to Alpha Trion, his strength augmented to an extreme level, allowing him to overpower most enemies with ease. His physical power is comparable to the strongest Primes, capable of devastating foes and even tearing apart other Transformers in battle able to fight multiple opponents nothing but his bare hands. With a T-Cog, D-16 was able to injure Sentinel and Bumblebee, despite the two wearing battle masks, which previously injured a Tracker's hand. Even without a cog, it was implied that D-16 was fairly strong by cogless Cybertronian standards, as seen when he had blocked a punch from the much larger and cogged Darkwing with the former even managing to stand his ground. D-16 even managed to grab Orion during the Iacon 5000, while riding a cogged and fully transformed Cybertronian. Superhuman Durability: D-16's body is highly resilient, able to withstand powerful energy blasts, crushing forces and extreme damage without being easily destroyed. The cog enhancements make his armored body even more impervious to harm. Superhuman Speed: Though not the fastest Cybertronian, D-16's enhanced speed allows him to move with surprising quickness in battle, closing gaps between him and his enemies or dodging incoming attacks; with agility. Superhuman Agility: Despite D-16's size and bulk, he demonstrates impressive agility, performing complex maneuvers in battle; with ease and precision. Even without a cog, it was implied that D-16 was fairly agile by cogless Cybertronian standards, as seen when he jumped from Spinout to Jetstorm, before riding a cogged Cybertronian and manage to grab Orion during the Iacon 5000, while riding the same Cybertronian. Superhuman Stamina: D-16's mechanical physiology allows him to endure extended periods of physical exertion; without tiring at all; making him a relentless force in combat. Superhuman Reflexes: D-16's reflexes are enhanced to near-instantaneous reaction times; allowing him to respond to threats, dodge attacks, and counter enemies; with speed and precision. Even without a cog, it was implied that D-16's reflexes were high by cogless Cybertronian standards, as seen when he quickly caught Darkwing's punch (which was meant for Orion) and jumped from Spinout and Jetstorm during the Iacon 5000, before either of them had the chance to kick him off. Regenerative Healing Factor: Thanks to his cog, D-16 is able to heal his injuries, as his arm that was dislodge when he attack Sentinel before crashing and when he inserted Megatronus' cog, he healed the scarred symbol Sentinel gave him. Megatronus' cog also allowed him to reattach his laser turret from his alt mode, when Optimus tore it off. Although unlike Optimus, he is unable to regenerate a limb if it was cut off and would need medical attention to help repair it. Transformation: Like all Cybertronians, D-16 can transform into a Cybertronian Tank as he used his cannon to blast at his enemies with ease. Unlike most Cybertronians, he can also summon his own arm cannons from his wrists instead of transforming his hands. He can also activate his fusion cannon and another smaller blaster. Now as Megatron, his power had amplified significantly. Immortality: D-16 is virtually ageless, like most other Cybertronians, existing for millions of years. Expert Combatant: Megatron is a highly powerful fighter in advanced combat, combining hand-to-hand techniques, weapon usage and even switching between robot and vehicle forms partially or fully to maintain an edge. Despite getting use to his new found powers, he manage to easily overpower an experienced warrior like Starscream, take down Death Trackers, and mange to go one-on-one with Sentinel while destroying several Trackers. He also manage to easily overpower B-127 and Elita. Master Leader: Megatron’s charisma and strength make him a formidable leader. He is able to inspire loyalty and fear within the Decepticons, commanding respect and authority. His strategic mind and tactical brilliance have allowed him to wage war on Cybertron with devastating effectiveness. Weaknesses : Poor strategy: As with the rest of the High Guard, D-16 (later Megatron) is overly reliant on charging headlong at the enemy before using any means possible to attack with full force. Against a similarly powerful but more strategic opponent such as Optimus, this has limited success, as the newly minted Prime was able to both dodge and quickly neutralize his threat through clear thinking. Blinded by Rage: Learning the truth about Sentinel's regime caused D-16 to turn loose all the repressed anger from both the injustice of modern Cybertronian society and having to deal with Orion's antics, causing him to be very short-sighted in his goals and act impulsively and recklessly. This has twice revealed the group's location to Sentinel's forces. As well as foolishly betraying his own friends, especially Orion, whom he trusted and cared about him, as well as becoming the one thing he once hated. Megatron's equipment : Fusion Cannon: Manifesting from his right arm, D-16 is able to summon a fusion cannon. This weapon can cause damage as Orion's body had a hole and was scrapped. The weapon loading sound is similar to a shotgun. When he inserted Megatronus' cog the cannon became a triple-barreled Rapid-Fire Variation. Megatronus Prime's cog: After killing Sentinel, D-16 claimed Megatronus' cog and used it to replace Onyx Prime's cog, which was personally gifted to him by Alpha Trion.
Starscream's biography : Following Orion Pax, D-16, Elita-1, and B-127's escape from the Trackers, they unknowingly trespassed into the High Guard's hiding spot, where they were mistaken for spies and captured for interrogation under Starscream's supervision. Sitting on his makeshift throne, Starscream then offered the four bots two options: either they suffer a slow and painful death, or they give up intel about Sentinel in exchange for a quick and clean one. B-127 recognizes him and the others as members of the Cybertronian High Guard and Starscream begrudgingly confirms this and goes on to tell how they came to be what they are now. Orion then tried to appeal to Starscream's supposed better nature by pointing out their goals of taking down Sentinel and uniting Cybertron, but Starscream scoffs at this while stating his belief that only the strongest reigns supreme over all. At that moment, D-16 has had enough and tries to leave, stating that he will not hide like the coward Starscream is. Insulted, Starscream gets into D-16's face and affirms that neither he nor his comrades will leave without his permission. With that, D-16 then headbutts Starscream in the face, and Starscream retaliates by using his jet boosters to ram D-16 into the ceiling while the rest of the High Guard watches on. D-16 transforms his leg and uses it to kick Starscream back to the floor, and begins punching him, with Starscream egging him on. As the High Guard then begins cheering for D-16, he starts choking Starscream, crushing his voice box and damaging it, making his voice harsh and strained. When D-16's fusion cannon comes out, Starscream admits defeat and begs for mercy, to which Orion replies by convincing D-16 to spare Starscream as he is not the enemy. Declaring that this would be the last time he shows mercy, D-16 reluctantly spares Starscream while announcing the High Guard to follow him as their new leader from now on. However, Airachnid and her Death Trackers successfully located the High Guard's hideout and captured half of its members, including D-16, Starscream, and B-127. When they were brought before Sentinel, he mocked Starscream for his unusual voice, even as Starscream furiously vowed to punish Sentinel for his treachery and crimes. Starscream and the other High Guard witness D-16 refusing to bow to Sentinel, even after the false Prime engraved Megatronus' face on his chest. As D-16 gets up one last time, Orion, Elita One, and the remaining High Guard managed to expose Sentinel after defeating Airachnid, which allowed Soundwave to free Starscream and the other captives. After his release, Starscream stood alongside the High Guard to fight against the Trackers, first covering for Soundwave as he freed the other prisoners and killed the Trackers coming to reinforce in the palace. He later lead the forces outside to reinforce the miners and the other High Guard, while Orion, D-16, Elita, and B-127 stayed to fight Sentinel. Following D-16's defeat of Sentinel, in which D-16 renamed himself Megatron, Starscream was the first to shout, "All hail Megatron!" He happily declared his loyalty to Megatron's leadership and joined in the attack on Iacon, only to be interrupted by a returned Orion, now rechristened Optimus Prime. He then rushed in to engage Optimus in combat, but got blasted by Shockwave's arm cannon, one of his missiles was caught by Optimus and hit Soundwave, and Starscream was dragged and thrown around. After Optimus triumphed over Megatron and the High Guard in battle, Starscream was banished along with Megatron and the remaining members. During their exile, this group rebranded themselves as the Decepticons, and the faction's insignia, based on the face of Megatronus Prime, was emblazoned on both of Starscream's wings. Starscream's appearance : Starscream is a Decepticon with a sleek and aerodynamic design, primarily inspired by fighter jets. His body is composed of angular armor plates, with a lean and sharp silhouette. He has wings that extend from his back, resembling those of a jet. His eyes are glowing red optics, and his color scheme includes shades of silver, gray, and red. Being a Seeker, he has two missiles/laser cannons on his forearms. Upon being outcasted from Iacon, he gains an insignia of the Decepticons on his wings, but they are upside down. His alt mode is a Cybertronian jet fighter, with a design standard among the Seekers but has his signature red, white, and blue color scheme with sharp, angular lines and swept-back wings. Starscream's personality : As the leader of the High Guard, Starscream is a strict and aggressive veteran warrior that is well aware of the deception that Sentinel has created amongst his people. Because of this, Starscream is dedicated to overthrowing Sentinel and dismantling his regime in vengeance for his crimes. Like Shockwave, Starscream is annoyed by B-127's nonstop talking, referring to him as the "yellow, annoying one". Starscream carries the belief that the "strength of one bot over another" is what counts, and this is what ultimately leads to him and the rest of the High Guard swearing their allegiance to D-16, after D-16 delivered him a humiliating defeat. Despite his eager for challenge, he is also a bit of a coward, as he begged for D-16 to spare his life when his fusion cannon came out, albeit reasonably not wanting to die and was hesitant to take charge against Sentinel's forces when they invaded their base, to be fair, he hid from Sentinel's forces due to his injuries from his prior fight from D-16. Nonetheless, he is more than willing to assist D-16 in killing Sentinel, and after successfully managing to do so, he advocates D-16's campaign in destroying all that remains of Sentinel's legacy, in the name of Megatron. Like all the High Guard members, he harbors a great hate towards Sentinel for betraying the Great Primes and made him hide for 50 cycles, this hate even surpassed his fear of death as he insulted Sentinel despite being captured and ready to be executed by him, showing that he wouldn't let his own cowardice sink so low. Upon being freed by Soundwave, Starscream takes the chance to help the other High Guard members and miners attack Sentinel's forces and expose him for good. Starscream's skills and abilities : Cybertronian Physiology: As a Cybertronian, Starscream possesses numerous enhanced abilities due to his mechanical nature. Superhuman Strength: Starscream’s physical strength far exceeds that of ordinary Cybertronians, allowing him to overpower most opponents with ease. He is also able to lift someone larger like D-16 when flying and manage to held him with one hand in their fight. Superhuman Durability: His body is highly resistant to damage, making him capable of withstanding heavy attacks and harsh environments without sustaining significant injury. This is further evidence during his fight with D-16, where his punches were unable to injure him. What makes this even more impressive is he doesn't wear a battle mask like Bumblebee and Sentinel, further highlighting his reliance. Superhuman Speed: Starscream moves with exceptional speed, outpacing most Cybertronians and performing swift maneuvers in battle. Superhuman Agility: Despite his size, Starscream exhibits remarkable agility, allowing him to perform complex movements and dodge attacks with precision. Superhuman Stamina: He can operate for extended periods without tiring, making him highly effective in prolonged combat scenarios. Superhuman Reflexes: Starscream moves with exceptional speed, outpacing most Cybertronians and performing swift maneuvers in battle. Regenerative Healing Factor: Thanks to his cog, Starscream is able to heal his injuries, although it is not fast as either D-16 or Orion as he was able to talk normally after Sentinel's death and his T-Cog wasn't a Primes. This was shown he resorted to running and hiding when Airachnid attacked the High Guard base immediately after his fight with D-16. Although unlike Optimus, he is unable to regenerate a limb if it was cut off and would need medical attention to help repair it. Flight: Starscream's has rocket thrusters/jet boosters on his feet, allowing him to fly. He also has wings that he uses to fly, and with some boosters on his feet that makes him to fly more stable and faster due to the speed and balances when he fly because of the wings. Longevity: Like all Cybertronians, Starscream can live for millions of years, making him nearly ageless and able to withstand the passage of time without physical degradation. Transformation: Starscream can turn into a Cybertronian jet, allowing him to fly at extreme speeds. Starscream can manifest various weapons from his body, including blasters and missile launchers. Expert Combatant: Starscream is a highly powerful fighter in advanced combat, combining hand-to-hand techniques, weapon usage and even switching between robot and vehicle forms partially or fully to maintain an edge. He managed to briefly overpower D-16 and later destroy several Trackers at the same time. He also mange to fight against the newborn Optimus Prime, being the last of the High Guard lieutenants to be defeated, due to attacking him at long-range. Master Leader: Despite his arrogance, Starscream is a formidable leader, as in the past he aided the Primes to defeat the Quintessons and managed to keep the High Guard hidden from Sentinel for 50 cycles, He was a formidable enemy on Sentinel's list and additionally manage to keep the High Guard alive for 50 cycles without Energon, the life-blood of all Cybertronians. Weaknesses : Arrogance: One of Starscream's weakness is his arrogance and overconfidence. While he is very capable, he is phone to underestimating his opponents as D-16 easily overpowers him in their fight. Starscream's equipment : Null-Rays: Like his G1 counterpart, Starscream's signature wrist lasers are equipped with Null-Rays, capable of stopping any electronic device with one shot, be it a mindless machine or a living Cybertronian. Missile Launchers: Starscream is able to deploy missile launchers on his arms that fire homing missiles that manage to kill several Trackers. Jet Boosters: Starscream has boosters on his feet, allowing him to fly in his bot form.
Shockwave's biography : Just like many of the members of the High Guard, Shockwave was recruited by the Thirteen Primes along with their chief advisor Sentinel, and was given the job to lead the High Guard. With the High Guard, Shockwave helped the Primes protect Cybertron against threats like the Quintessons. But after seeing Sentinel's betrayal as he slaughtered the Primes, Shockwave and the High Guard went into hiding on the surface continuing to fight in the shadows to sabotage Sentinel as they came to believe that might makes right over unifying all of Cybertron. Shockwave eventually became one of Starscream's lieutenants. After Orion Pax, D-16, Elita-1, and B-127 escaped from the Death Trackers, they unknowingly entered the High Guard's hiding spot. Mistaken for spies, they were captured and taken for interrogation under Starscream's supervision. Starscream offered them two options: they could either endure a slow and painful death or provide information about Sentinel for a quicker and cleaner demise. When Elita-1 questioned why B-127 was gagged, Shockwave explained that they had to gag him because he wouldn’t stop talking, especially while he was unconscious. Once B-127 managed to remove the gag, he angrily complained to Soundwave that they should have tightened the gag more. He insisted that he had told Soundwave it wasn't tight enough. A fight broke out between Starscream and D-16, and when Shockwave tried to intervene, Soundwave stopped him. After D-16 emerged victorious, Shockwave cheered for his new leader and vowed to lead them to Iacon to destroy Sentinel. However, Airachnid and the Death Trackers managed to track down the High Guard's hideout and got half of the High Guard captured (including D-16, Starscream and B-127). Recovering from the attack, Shockwave and Soundwave debate on what to do next but the remaining High Guard were recruited by Orion and Elita. Shockwave loudly objected to the notion of taking orders from Orion, but a swift punch to his eye from Elita immediately changed his mind. Because they didn't have enough soldiers Orion would recruit his miner friends while Shockwave and Soundwave helped Elita take control of one of the Energon trains. Once they were in Iacon, Soundwave ordered the High Guard to eject as the Death Trackers charged at them. Shockwave saw the overwhelming numbers and suggested aborting, but Orion came with the reinforcements, then Airachnid attack Orion and crashed into the front of the train where they crashed into the Sentinel's tower where Soundwave freed the prisoners and Shockwave fought Sentinel's forces. Once D-16 killed Sentinel and renamed himself Megatron, Shockwave obliged his order to attack Iacon, only to be interrupted by a returned Orion - now rechristened Optimus Prime. He then rushed in to engage Optimus in combat but was swiftly knocked down, made to shoot Starscream, and kicked away by Optimus for his troubles, the force of the kick bending his arm cannon and making him shoot himself in the face. After the newly-christened Optimus Prime defeated Megatron in battle, Shockwave was banished alongside Megatron and the High Guard. In their exile, the group was rechristened the Decepticons, and the faction's insignia based on the face of Megatronus Prime was branded on both his shoulders. Shockwave's appearance : Shockwave is depicted as large, purple Cybertronian, possessing magenta chest and silver legs. His notable traits are his one yellow eye and his arm cannon that replaces his left hand. His alt mode is a Cybertronian aircraft with an artillery cannon or railgun. It featured a sleek design that is both solid and heavy-duty with a blocky design that Starscream's fighter jet. Shockwave's chest acts as a gunner with laser cannons on each side. Upon being outcasted from Iacon, he gains an insignia of the Decepticons on his shoulders and his eye turns to red. Shockwave's personality : Shockwave generally is shown to be an incredibly intelligent and stoic individual who, like the rest of the High Guard, seek to overthrow Sentinel for his betrayal and deception. Although despite this, he is shown to be irritable, aggressive and notably prone to arrogance, anger and impatience, as he found B-127's talkative nature to be highly aggravating and wished he was given a stronger gag to keep him silent. Still, Shockwave is focus on the High Guard's goal to take down Sentinel and is also loyal to logic, but becomes impatient when things become pointless and willing to take a more direct approach to get things done, attempting to intervene in a fight with D-16 and Starscream, but was stopped by Soundwave and also angry that B-127 kelp talking even while he was unconscious. He is also very hesitant and stubborn to work with others, unless persuaded through forceful means, as Elita-1 was able to do so by threatening him with force. Because of their shared ideology and common enemy, Shockwave advocates Megatron's cause and is more than willing to destroy of all Iacon, for the sake of destroying anything left behind Sentinel's legacy. As such, he and the rest of the High Guard follow Megatron to the very end and willingly serve under his command as the Decepticons. Shockwave's skills and abilities : Cybertronian Physiology: As a Cybertronian, Shockwave possesses numerous enhanced abilities due to his mechanical nature. Superhuman Strength: Shockwave's physical strength far exceeds that of ordinary Cybertronians, allowing him to overpower most opponents with ease. Superhuman Durability: His body is highly resistant to damage, making him capable of withstanding heavy attacks and harsh environments without sustaining significant injury. Superhuman Speed: Shockwave moves with exceptional speed, outpacing most Cybertronians and performing swift maneuvers in battle. Superhuman Agility: Despite his size, Shockwave exhibits remarkable agility, allowing him to perform complex movements and dodge attacks with precision. Superhuman Stamina: He can operate for extended periods without tiring, making him highly effective in prolonged combat scenarios. Superhuman Reflexes: Shockwave's advanced reflexes enable him to react to threats in a fraction of a second, giving him an edge in fast-paced battles. Flight: Unlike Seekers, Shockwave lacks rocket thrusters/jet boosters in his robot mode. Although he can fly in his alternate mode at great speed. Longevity: Like all Cybertronians, Shockwave can live for millions of years, making him nearly ageless and able to withstand the passage of time without physical degradation. Transformation: Shockwave can turn into a Cybertronian jet, allowing him to fly at extreme speeds. Shockwave can manifest various weapons and equipment from his body, including his arm blaster that replaces his left hand. Master Scientist: According to the Transformers Roleplaying Game, Shockwave is revealed to be one of the most brilliant scientists on Cybertron. It is implied that he helped the High Guard survive by allowing their limited supply of Energon to allow them to survive but had negative effects. Expert Combatant: Shockwave is a highly powerful fighter in advanced combat, combining hand-to-hand techniques, weapon usage and even switching between robot and vehicle forms partially or fully to maintain an edge. He managed to survive an Tracker attack on the High Guard base and easily take down several of the Trackers in Iacon. Shockwave also managed to fight the newly reborn Optimus Prime, but was unable to land a hit, and was the second to be defeated. Shockwave's equipment : Arm Blaster: Shockwave's signature weapon is his left hand is a blaster cannon. This is unique because he is unable to transform his left hand back into a regular one.
Soundwave's biography : Just like many of the members of the High Guard, Soundwave was recruited by the Thirteen Primes along with their chief advisor Sentinel, and was given the job to lead the High Guard. With the High Guard, Soundwave helped the Primes protect Cybertron against threats like the Quintessons. But after seeing Sentinel's betrayal as he slaughtered the Primes, Soundwave and the High Guard went into hiding on the surface continuing to fight in the shadows to sabotage Sentinel as they came to believe that might makes right over unifying all of Cybertron. Soundwave eventually became one of Starscream's lieutenants. Following Orion Pax, D-16, Elita-1, and B-127's escape from the Trackers, they unknowingly trespassed into the High Guard's hiding spot, where they were mistaken for spies and captured for interrogation under Starscream's supervision. Starscream then offered the four bots two options: either they suffer a slow and painful death or they give up intel about Sentinel for a quick cleaner death. Soundwave scanned Orion's electrical impulses and informed Starscream that Orion was speaking the truth, but Starscream rebuked him and claimed it only meant Orion believed what he was saying. When a fight broke out between Starscream and D-16, Soundwave silently stopped Shockwave from intervening with a single gesture. After D-16 defeated Starscream, Soundwave cheered for his new leader. However, Airachnid and the Death Trackers managed to track down the High Guard's hideout and got half of the High Guard captured (including D-16, Starscream, and B-127). Recovering from the attack, Soundwave and Shockwave debated on what to do next, but Orion and Elita recruited him and the remaining High Guard to rescue everyone who had been captured. Soundwave argued that they didn't not have enough soldiers or a way inside Sentinel's tower, Orion assured that he could find more help and Elita could get them a way inside. Shockwave and Soundwave went with Elita to take control of one of the Energon trains, and once they were in Iacon, Soundwave ordered the High Guard to eject as the Death Trackers charged at them. Despite being overwhelmed, Orion came with reinforcements, then Airachnid attacked Orion and crashed into the front of the train where they crashed into the Sentinel's tower. Soundwave freed the prisoners and fought Sentinel's forces. Once D-16 killed Sentinel and renamed himself as Megatron, Soundwave obliged his order to attack Iacon, only to be interrupted by a returned Orion - now rechristened Optimus Prime. He then rushed in to engage Optimus in combat but got bashed in the head by one of Starscream's missile by Optimus. After the newly christened Optimus Prime defeated Megatron in battle, Soundwave was banished alongside Megatron and the High Guard. In their exile, the group was rechristened the Decepticons, and the faction's insignia based on the face of Megatronus Prime was branded onto Soundwave's chest. Soundwave's appearance : Soundwave is a blue Decepticon, with a sleek, angular body, predominantly dark blue with silver accents. His chest features a rectangular, glass-like window with a yellow border, reminiscent of a cassette deck. His shoulders are broad and squared, with one housing a cylindrical cannon. The shoulder cannon can rotate to be on either shoulder. His legs are blocky, with silver details on the thighs and lower legs. His head has a visor-like reddish-orange eyeslit, and a mouthplate that gives him a stoic, expressionless look. His alt mode is a Cybertronian hovercraft or dropship-style vehicle that has a sleek design that makes it bolky but built for stealth, compact, and high-tech feel. This design resembles a futuristic jet or drone-like hovercraft, consistent with his alt modes in other Cybertron-based depictions like War for Cybertron or Fall of Cybertron. The transformation design keeps his iconic chest window and general blocky build, maintaining visual continuity with his G1 look. Upon being outcasted from Iacon, he gains an insignia of the Decepticons on his chest and his visor turns to red. Soundwave's personality : Compared to the rest of the Cybertronian High Guard, Soundwave is cold-hearted, calculating, vengeful, and fiercely loyal. He prioritizes logic over emotion, rarely showing any hint of personal feelings. As a master spy and communications officer, he is highly intelligent, always listening, gathering, and analyzing information to gain the upper hand. Soundwave's loyalty to his leader is unwavering, and he remains dedicated to the cause without question. His silence and ability to blend into the background make him a formidable presence, always observing and ready to strike when the moment is right. Despite his seemingly emotionless demeanor, he is ruthless when carrying out his duties. He also showed an unnerved sigh when Airachnid shows eyes behind her head. Like the rest of the High Guard, he seems to despise Sentinel intensely. He is also a firm believer of the High Guard code of the strongest should rule, as when he fully backs D-16 after he defeats Starscream, and kills Sentinel. He additionally followed Orion's command after Elita helped Shockwave pay attention. After D-16 fulfilled his promise to kill Sentinel, he switch his loyalty to D-16 was absolute over the High Guard code, as he directly intervened with his duel with Optimus to help while previously in the High Guard base he allowed D-16 defeat Starscream and even stopped Shockwave from intervening. It is possible that after hearing D-16 stand up to Starscream, Soundwave developed some respect to the former miner and sensed his intentions with his unique powers. It is also possible he respected Orion's leadership which made him abandon the High Guard code. Unlike Starscream and Shockwave, Soundwave proved to be the more reasonable of the three and honorable, as he allowed Orion and Elita-1 to lead him and the rest of the High Guard to attack Sentinel’s tower. Soundwave's skills and abilities : Cybertronian Physiology: As a Cybertronian, Soundwave possesses numerous enhanced abilities due to his mechanical nature. Superhuman Strength: Soundwave's physical strength far exceeds that of ordinary Cybertronians, allowing him to overpower most opponents with ease. Superhuman Durability: His body is highly resistant to damage, making him capable of withstanding heavy attacks and harsh environments without sustaining significant injury. Superhuman Speed: Soundwave moves with exceptional speed, outpacing most Cybertronians and performing swift maneuvers in battle. Superhuman Agility: Despite his size, Soundwave exhibits remarkable agility, allowing him to perform complex movements and dodge attacks with precision. Superhuman Stamina: He can operate for extended periods without tiring, making him highly effective in prolonged combat scenarios. Superhuman Reflexes: Soundwave's advanced reflexes enable him to react to threats in a fraction of a second, giving him an edge in fast-paced battles. Flight: Unlike Seekers, Soundwave lacks rocket thrusters/jet boosters in his robot mode. Although he can fly in his alternate mode at great speed. Longevity: Like all Cybertronians, Soundwave can live for millions of years, making him nearly ageless and able to withstand the passage of time without physical degradation. Audiokinesis: Soundwave's unique ability it is to manipulate and generate sound for a variety of usage, particularly emitting sonic blasts that can either be used offensively to destroy enemies and disable stasis cuffs. Alternatively, Soundwave's sonic blasts can allow him to use telepathy by scanning electrical impulses in other Cybertronians, as seen with him doing this to see if Orion was lying or not during an interrogation. Telepathy: Like his G1 counterpart, one of Soundwave's distinctive features, is Soundwave is a telepath, able to read minds. He appears to generate sound waves that scan the electrical impulses of other Cybertronians' brains. This ability allows him to detect lies and deceptions, making him an invaluable interrogator and intelligence officer. However, it is implied by Starscream that a skilled liar can condition themselves into believing what they're saying is true. Communication Manipulation: Soundwave's ability allows him to communicate with the High Guard from a distance. These transmissions are unable to be intercepted by Sentinel's forces for 50 years. This was shown after Shockwave agreed to help, he ordered the High Guard to prepare for battle while Orion intentionally had trouble speaking out. Later in the Energon train, he communicated again with the High Guard, by pressing one of his ears and ordered them to attack the Trackers, despite them being in a different room. Voice Projection: One of Soundwave's abilities it to project his voice to his allies over a distance while others have to speak louder. Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP) Emission: Soundwave's sonic blasts can also generate EMP charges, effectively disabling electronic devices and systems within a certain radius. This capability is particularly useful for neutralizing enemy technology during missions like the stasis cuffs, which he manage to also generate in the form of waves to free the High Guard and disorientate the Trackers. Audio Recording: Soundwave can record audio from others and play it back. Transformation: Soundwave can turn into a Cybertronian jet, allowing him to fly at extreme speeds. Soundwave can manifest various weapons and equipment from his body, including his shoulder blaster and comm units for comminucation. Expert Combatant: Soundwave is a highly powerful fighter in advanced combat, combining hand-to-hand techniques, weapon usage and even switching between robot and vehicle forms partially or fully to maintain an edge. According to the Transformers Roleplaying Game, Soundwave is an expert fighter with his Mini-Cassettes. He managed to survive an Tracker attack and easily take down many Trackers in Iacon. He also managed to fight Optimus Prime the longest in close-combat, but was the first one to be defeated. Soundwave's equipment : Shoulder Cannon: Soundwave's signature weapon is a shoulder cannon that can emit sonic blasts.

"Dude, Soundwave, why are you trying not to laugh, this is disrespectful as scrap." he said, his tone didn't made it clear if he was angry at the cassette bot or joking around due to the stupidity of the situation.
Soundwave didn't responded and it was clear he was holding back his laugh, his shoulderplates were shaking slightly and he couldn't even cover his intake with his servos because of his mouthplate already covering it.
Megatron was just frowning, probably holding back his anger and perhaps...Perhaps ragebaiting Starscream too. Maybe out of boredom or just to have a distraction from his grief.
