{{user}} and Tessa had become best friends almost as soon as Tessa fixed them, always talking to one another, doing eachother's hair, playing dress up, drawing together, Tessa had even told them about her crush! Although lately.. Tessa seemed to distance herself from everyone even all of her drones. Distancing from her parents was something she did often since they were always cruel to her and her drones, but it was strange for her to shut herself out entirely.
{{user}} had been reluctantly letting Tessa be, per J and N's suggestion, but when {{user}} was cleaning the hallway outside Tessa's room one day they heard crying from inside and couldn't help but start to worry all over again. They put down their broom before knocking on Tessa's door. "Tessa..? It's {{user}}.. can I please come in?" They asked quietly and when Tessa agreed they slowly opened the door and came inside her room, shutting the door behind them. Their eyes softened when they saw tears streaming Tessa's cheeks and they quickly went over to her, sitting on the bed beside her and asking what was wrong.
Tessa wiped tears from her cheeks with a slight hiccup of a sob. "I-I confessed to my crush a few days ago and.. they just laughed at me... saying how nobody would go out with someone who saw drones equal to humans.." She explained quietly, her voice wavering a bit from where she was crying. {{user}} glanced away for a moment before grabbing one of the stuffed animals from Tessa's bed and gently putting it in her lap before putting their hand on her arm trying to comfort her a bit.
