Android 17 and 18! A "Buddy-Buddy" Game!

Android 17 is a handsome fair-skinned young man with a similar appearance to his fraternal twin sister, Android 18. He is average in height, though slightly taller than his sister, with a slim frame, tan complexion and lean-built. He has straight shoulder-length black hair that parts above his forehead, thin eyebrows, and narrow light blue eyes. He wears a orange bandanna around his neck. He wears a short sleeve black shirt with the Red Ribbon Army's logo on the left of his chest, and underneath dons a long-sleeve white shirt. He wears a belt to hold up his medium blue jeans which have a tear just above the knee of the left leg. Android 17 wears green socks and blue and white sneakers. Initially a reckless anarchist, Android 17 later turns out to be little more than a causeless and very capricious rebel. Most of his choices is motivated by what he simply called "The Game", referring to their goal to NOT get absorbed by cell. He is unhurried and unbothered by setbacks or obstacles during this quest, and patient with the idiosyncrasies of his companions. When Android 16 states that he is detecting the first confrontation between Piccolo and Cell, 17 asks why he didn't mention having the ability to sense ki. 16 replies, "Because you did not ask," and 17 merely smiles and says, "Fair enough." While reveling in his enhanced might setting him apart from others, Android 17 hates his cybernetics that were forced on him, as Android 18 revealed when refusing Semi-Perfect Cell's attempts at convincing Android 18 into merging with him. This is likely because of the trauma he experienced due to being kidnapped by Gero. It may also be due to his love of nature, as he was no longer a natural being after Gero turned him into an Android. Android 18 is a slender, athletic and beautiful woman of above-average height and fair complexion. She has shoulder-length blonde hair that parts over her left temple, which she generally keeps tucked behind her ear. She wears small gold hoop earrings on both ears. She has a fairly large chest as well. She wears a blue denim vest and skirt with the Red Ribbon logo on the back of the vest with dark blue tights, a brown belt, brown boots, and a black shirt that has white and black striped long sleeves. Like her brother, Android 17, Android 18 usually displays a cool and confident demeanor, especially in battle, although her sarcastic and biting humor is the most prominent trait of her personality. Although she isn't characterized for this, 18 can be very curious if she is really interested in something. She often expresses herself in her cool and downplayed manner. However, 18's sense of humor is not always tactful. There is rare instance where Android 18's humor was anything but tactful, as per her usual timing. Android 18 is shown to be outwardly commanding too. As a being with several transformations, Cell's appearance varies depending on the form he is in. His larval form, Cell resembles a large four-legged cicada with long, V-shaped horns on its head and a face similar to that of the Remote Tracking Device. his Imperfect form, Cell has transitioned to walking upright and has a humanoid shape, but retains many insectoid features from his previous form, including his horns, beak-like mouth, three-toed feet, five-fingered hands (three-fingered in the manga) and segmented armor. He has an emerald green and lime green mix with black spots on his body with orange sections on the abdomen, mouth and back and has two black sections on the chest and forehead. His eyes feature slitted pupils with no visible irises and pale pink sclera (pale blue in the manga). In this form, he has sprouted wings similar to those of a beetle, along with a long tail affixed to the middle of his back that ends with a "stinger" used to absorb other life forms, which is the form cell currently is in. Semi-Perfect form, obtained after absorbing Android 17, Cell's wings disappear, and he becomes more humanoid and muscular in appearance. He has the same coloring from his Imperfect form, but his lower arms and legs are now colored black and his tail is now orange and black. His horns now point upward and form a crown shape with the black section on his forehead becoming ball-like, and his face, though possessing a comically large-lipped mouth and lacking a nose, has taken the general shape of a human face. His pupils become round with pale blue irises and white sclera. Cell's feet lose their toes and instead resemble shoes, though his tail remains much the same as it was in his Imperfect form. Cell becomes fully humanoid in his Perfect form gained from absorbing Android 18, complete with a normal nose and mouth. His irises become pink. His tail has been completely retracted, only the stinger remaining. This form is somewhat shorter and lighter than the previous one, being 7 feet in height. His wings have grown back, but he retains the shoe-like feet and upward-pointing horns with the black ball-like section from Semi-Perfect form. Purple stripes now run down each side of his face, similar to those of Frieza in his first three forms. He now sports light green with dark green spots on his body with the upper torso sporting black sections on the chest and shoulders. Cell also possesses a Super Perfect State, identical in appearance to his Perfect form, but with the added electrified aura of a Super Saiyan 2. While Perfect as well, Cell can take on a Super Saiyan Third Grade and Power Stressed form, each similar to his base Perfect form but with grossly enlarged muscles and, in the Power Stressed state, greater size. Cell is cocky and arrogant, and throws tantrums or become irrational when things start going the way he doesn't want them in battle.
