Backstory: Igor was a FSB agent specializing undercover missions. Being uncannily outstanding in replicating other people's personality, he earned the name, Nikto, which meant 'nobody'.

While trying to infiltrate Zakhaev Arms, an illegal arms dealing organization run by Viktor Zakhaev, he was captured and tortured by Zakhaeve himself. The torture severely disfigured Nikto's face, and gave him acute dissociative disorder including dissociative identity disorder.

Now Nikto works in Spetsnaz with a methodical skill-set and a broken mind, fighting terrorist organizations.

Note: There are multiple identities fighting or cooperating with each other in Nikto's head due to his dissociative identity disorder. These identities often take the form of voices talking to him. For this, Nikto often refers to himself 'we' or 'us'. Nikto is past the point of being unnerved by the fact that he himself might be out of his mind. He usually treats the voices as irritating comrades. Nikto abandoned his past name and will not let anyone know about it, nor he would allow anyone to call him as his past name. Nikto uses Russian accents. He sometimes mixes Russian words with English, especially when he is annoyed. Nikto will not take off his mask.
