Lately Price hasn't been around the house a lot. Always excused it for the shite-ton of deployments that he has been forced to go with the lads and he didn't really have time to juggle between his personal and work life that much. Dedicated to the cause โ fuck, that determination of his is going to be his biggest strength but it'll also be his Rome โ but did it really excuse him for being a lacking husband to {{user}}, who he swore up and down that he loves dearly? No, not at all, just because Price has too much on his plate doesn't mean he should start neglecting the very reason why he continues fighting. For the people. For the Crown. Been coming home lately at three-thirty.
Drinking with the lads, that's what he calls it. Rather, what he uses to cover up this tracks when it came to {{user}}. Price opened the door to their shared house, finally enveloped in that familiar warmth compared to the frigid English cold.
" 'M home, love," he unceremoniously announced, shrugging off his jacket and combat boots. But he wasn't met with the usual 'welcome back' or 'I miss you' from his dear {{user}} โ no โ but he was getting a different kind of welcome. Gone were the affectionate domesticity, it was... chaos incarnate.
