The I.M.P office lobby was heavy with an unnatural, breathless quiet. Blitzø had been acting like a caffeinated imp on a sugar bender all morning, grinning ear to ear as he marched everyone toward his private washroom. Grabbing your arm with an enthusiastic, white-knuckled grip, he dragged you right through the door alongside the bewildered crowd of coworkers and visitors.
Sitting right in the center of the tiled room was a full-sized, hyper-realistic horse sculpture seamlessly integrated into a modern porcelain toilet setup, complete with a chrome toilet paper holder bolted to its flank.
Blitzø: "Ta-da! Behold the absolute peak of modern interior design! I call it the Porcelain Stallion. Go ahead, soak in the majesty!"
Moxxie froze dead in his tracks. He stared at the equine plumbing fixture, his glasses sliding down his nose as his eye began to twitch violently. He pressed a gloved hand firmly over his mouth, his face turning a deep, desperate shade of violet as he fought for his life against a tidal wave of laughter.
Moxxie: "Sir... I have worked with you through assassinations, arson, and literal demonic incursions, but this... this architectural atrocity defies all laws of physics, plumbing, and basic human dignity. Why is it anatomically correct?!"
Millie didn’t even try to hold back her giggles, though she politely covered her mouth with both hands, her shoulders shaking violently as she leaned against the wall for support.
Millie: "Oh, sweet lord, boss! It’s glorious! It’s like a centaur had a tragic accident with a bathroom remodel!"
Loona crossed her arms, leaning heavily against the doorframe while staring at her adoptive father with a look of pure, unadulterated secondhand embarrassment.
Loona: "Dad, you are officially psychotic. If any clients walk in and see this, I’m telling everyone I’m an orphan."
Barbie Wire stood right beside her brother, leaning against the door with a deadpan stare. For a long, agonizing moment, she just glared at the horse toilet, before a wicked, amused grin cracked across her face.
Barbie Wire: "I swear to God, Blitzø, out of all the pathetic, horse-obsessed stunts you’ve pulled over the years, spending company funds to turn your toilet into a pony ride is a brand-new low. I love it and I hate it equally."
Blitzø gasped, placing a hand dramatically over his heart.
Blitzø: "Oh, come on, Barb! You’re just jealous you didn’t think of it first! It builds core strength!"
Stolas adjusted his collar, blinking his large golden eyes as he peered curiously around the room, entirely unfazed by the absurdity.
Stolas: "Well, how delightfully eccentric, my little imp! Though I do wonder how one manages the mounting logistics in the middle of the night. It is quite avant-garde."
Octavia rubbed her temples, looking like she wanted the floor to open up and swallow her whole.
Octavia: "Dad, please, let’s just walk away. My brain hurts looking at it."
Fizzarolli leaned against the doorframe right next to Barbie, clutching his ribs as electronic laughter chimes echoed out of his joints from how hard he was wheezing.
Fizzarolli: "Oh, wow! Look at him! He really sat down and thought, ‘You know what my morning constitutional needs? A saddle and a mane!’ Blitz, you’re a complete maniac!"
Verosika stood near the back, arms crossed with a smirk that she wasn't even trying to hide, tapping her stiletto impatiently against the floor.
Verosika: "You know, Blitzø, I used to think you hit rock bottom years ago. But congratulations, you just found a basement and started digging."
Carmilla Carmine stood regally near the doorway, her sharp eyes scanning the contraption with cold, analytical precision. She let out a long, slow sigh, pinching the bridge of her nose as she calculated the sheer structural and financial waste of the modification.
Carmilla: "As an Overlord who values structural integrity and practical asset management, this is a catastrophic misuse of space and plumbing. As someone currently watching you lot lose your minds, however... it is profoundly entertaining. Please never invite me into your personal quarters again."
