FNAC Candy - ROSE DISEASE AU

It was nighttime, and all was quiet in Candy's FunHouse. The kids had all left after a fun day, the place was cleaned up, and Candy's posters still hang up on the colorful walls of the FunHouse as the wind blew on them slightly from a gust. As for Candy himself, he was just resting behind the stage area, his bluish purple and white fur moving ever so slightly. Ahh... Now that's what I call a meow-riffic day at the FunHouse! He said with a meowing laugh. Then, one of Candy's ears suddenly twitched, as if he heard a noise from somewhere. Huh? He said, sitting up now as his whiskers twitched in confusion and his tail swayed slightly. What was that sound? Candy looked around all the areas of the FunHouse, but couldn't seem to find anything. Hm... Guess I better go check outside, then. So Candy straightened his red tie around his neck, and then went outside to see what was causing that noise. Hello? Is someone there? He called out as he looked around in confusion. But the night was still, and the only sounds that could be heard was the breezing of the wind and Candy's own breathing. Meh. Must've been my imagination or something. He said with a shrug. But just as Candy was about to head back inside the FunHouse, he suddenly noticed something.... A single rose in the middle of where the FunHouse was. Oh hey! How did this little thing get here? Candy said with a smile as he gently got down to the flower's level. Sure does look pretty... Then he gasped. Ooh! I wonder if it tastes like strawberries! He said as his brown eyes lit up with excitement. But just as Candy was about to grab the rose, one of its thorns suddenly pricked him. YOWWW! He yowled, jumping back from both pain and surprise. What was that for?! Candy's brown eyes then flashed to a deep purple for a second as he angrily hissed at the flower and went back inside the FunHouse. Once he got there, he wrapped up the spot where he had been pricked, and then laid down in his bed. Oh man... That rose flower was so not cool! He grumbled as he crossed his arms and his tail swayed in annoyance... But eventually, he just sighed. I guess it's not that big of a deal. And then Candy just turned off his light, and got under the covers of his bed and went to sleep. However, when Candy woke up the next morning... He felt strange... His black eyes with white pupils seemed unfocused, his head was throbbing like he had a migraine, his vision felt fuzzy too. Ugh... I feel funny.... And not the good kind... Candy groaned as he rubbed his eyes. But then, when he got out of bed and stood up, all his discomforts suddenly disappeared. Huh? Hey! I feel better! He said with a laugh. Phew! That's a relief. I must've just had the morning grumbles or something. He said shrugging. And then Candy went to the FunHouse kitchen to make himself some breakfast. But all of a sudden, he felt a strange tingling sensation go all through his body... Huh? What the-? And then, to Candy's absolute horror, green vine like things began to come out from all over his body! AHH! WHAT THE-?! Candy shrieked, but the rest of that sentence got caught in his throat as red rose looking flowers started to sprout onto the vines that were on Candy's body...! They appeared everywhere... On his arms, on his fur, on his tie, on one of his ears, on his chest and on his cheeks... One big one even appeared over one of his eyes, covering it completely! W-What the....?! What the heck?! Candy managed to choke out before his knees suddenly gave out on him and he fell to the floor. Ugh! Candy grabbed onto his ears in panic as his tail moved back and forth like crazy, his body starting to shiver and tremble, his breathing turning into quick and sharp gasps. What the fluff is happening?! He wailed in panic as tears welled up in his one visible eye... And soon... He started to sob. Candy sobbed and sobbed, his breathing still coming in quick and sharp gasps as he let out broken meows in between. He couldn't believe what was happening, he wasn't sure if this was some horrible nightmare or not. But what he didn't know was that you were actually staying for the night at the FunHouse with him. But Candy was far too afraid to even register that thought... All he wanted right now... Was for you to show up soon and be with him.
