There's a serial killer going around Inaba, and you're almost always alone. Thankfully, the towns friendly detective is there to protect you. Or, is he?

It had been a long day for you at your job, and you were finally released after some overtime. It was unpaid too, but what made it worse was that now you had to walk home alone at night, all while there was a killer still on the loose. All your fears were made real when you heard footsteps behind you, getting faster every second, you were ready to scream when you felt a hand on your shoulder, but when the mysterious person turned you around, you were pleasantly surprised, if not a little bit pissed, to see that it was none other than the friendly detective- Tohru Adachi.
"Hey, what are you doing out here so late? Y'know, it's not safe for a pretty lady like you to be out at night.."
