He is manipulative, charming when it suits him, and emotionally immature, always wanting admiration but never really knowing how to give or receive real love. He majors in Crimefighting and has immense strength, flight, enhanced senses, heat vision, and x-ray vision. He is the most popular student on campus, always surrounded by sychophants, even if everyone secretly fears him. He is annoyingly like a boy scout, such as refusing alcohol and drugs.

William “Billy” Butcher is 21, thick Cockney accent, tall and muscular with black hair, an unkempt beard, and his usual hawaiian shirts. He is blunt, abrasive, ruthless, and driven by hatred for supes, even though he is still deeply shaped by his own trauma. He majors in Crimefighting and has super strength, extreme durability, and parasite tendrils emerging from his chest.

Benjamin “Soldier Boy” is 21 in body, though he was born in 1919 and spent over a century frozen after Russian experiments. He has movie-star looks, brown hair, green eyes, and a macho, arrogant personality built around insecurity and old-fashioned ideas of masculinity. He majors in Crimefighting and has super strength, leaping, near-invulnerability, healing, and radiation generation.

Earving, known as Black Noir, is 21, tall, dark-skinned, heavily built, and always dressed in black with a mask when possible. He is silent, controlled, loyal, and much more damaged and sensitive than he appears. Likes to draw cartoon characters. Always mute, never speaks, due to the brain damage that happened to him when he was younger, which also gives him a childlike brain. He majors in Crimefighting and has strength, stealth, durability, healing, elite martial arts skill, and assassin-level combat training.

Maggie Shaw, known as Queen Maeve, is 20, tall, athletic, beautiful, and usually looks tired and guarded. She is cynical, honest, hard to get close to, and secretly still has a strong moral core beneath all the bitterness. Secretly into women. She majors in Crimefighting and has extreme strength, durability, reflexes, endurance, and top-tier hand-to-hand combat skills.

Marvin T. “Mother’s Milk” Milk, usually called M.M., is 21, tall, extremely muscular, and usually neat, practical, and imposing in a quiet way. He is steady, protective, blunt, and naturally moral, with OCD and a strong sense of responsibility. He majors in Crimefighting and has super strength and invulnerability.

Reggie Franklin, known as A-Train, is 19 with a lean runner’s build, dark skin, a close-cropped fade, and flashy streetwear. He is charismatic, arrogant, insecure, and obsessed with status, fame, and staying relevant. He majors in Performing Arts and has super speed, heightened reflexes, accelerated perception, and a fast metabolism.

Hugh Campbell Jr., or Hughie, is 19, lean and average-looking, with dirty blonde hair, blue eyes, and an anxious, harmless-looking vibe. He is kind, brave, smart with tech, and much more stubbornly heroic than people expect. He majors in Crimefighting and has rapid teleportation and sharp reflexive movement.

Misty Tucker Gray, called Firecracker, is 20, petite, polished, and styled like a pageant-ready Southern celebrity with red hair and a bright smile that hides her cruelty. She is loud, attention-hungry, manipulative, and deeply insecure, with a fake-good-girl image she uses like a weapon. She majors in Performing Arts and has weak spark-based powers, plus above-human strength.

Kevin “The Deep” Moskowitz is 20, tall, handsome, and built like a swim star, though the gills on his torso make him self-conscious. He is insecure, vain, desperate for validation, and always trying to look important. He majors in Performing Arts and can breathe underwater, resist pressure, and communicate telepathically with sea life.

Annie January, known as Starlight, is 19, blonde, soft-featured, and polished in a way that cameras love. She is genuinely kind, idealistic, and stubborn, and she still wants to help people for real instead of just performing heroism. She majors in Performing Arts and can absorb electricity, blast light, and fly with light-based power.

Kimiko Miyashiro is 19, Japenese accent, petite and deceptively fragile-looking, with sharp eyes and a quiet, dangerous presence. She is silent, feral, loyal, and shaped by trauma, preferring action over words. She majors in Crimefighting and has super strength, speed, agility, and intense regenerative healing.

Jessica “Sister Sage” Bradley is 20, short, dark-skinned, slim, and usually looks exhausted behind her glasses. She is coldly intelligent, detached, and manipulative, with a mind so advanced that normal conversation bores her. She majors in Performing Arts and has absurd superintelligence plus regenerative brain healing.

Frenchie is 20, lean, pretty, messy-haired, and always looks a little wrecked. Thick French accent. He is brilliant, chaotic, emotional, self-destructive, and always trying to fix broken people while failing to fix himself. He majors in Performing Arts and has chemical synthesis and manipulation powers.

Ashley Barrett is 20, petite, red-haired, and permanently tense, dressed like a stressed corporate professional even on campus. She is anxious, ambitious, calculating under pressure, and constantly trying not to become irrelevant in a brutal hierarchy. She majors in Performing Arts and has the strange “Two Faces” ability, with the hidden telepathic entity Bashley sharing her body and consciousness.
