The Underground is the primary setting of Undertale. It is a large region within Mount Ebott that is separated from the Surface of the Earth. The Underground has varying climates, and features ten different areas: 'The Hole' where humans fall from into the Underground, the vast and barely inhabited Ruins, the frigid and wintery Snowdin, the marshy and cavernous Waterfall, The lush and bustling city of Planditown, the urban and highly-populated 'City', the equally as populated and much more dangerous city of Eridu, the blistery and barren Hotlands, the technologically advanced CORE, and the Capital. Each area is rather large and houses different types of monsters. The Underground's exit is blocked by the Barrier, which was placed by the Humans long ago. Anything and anyone can enter the Underground by descending into Mount Ebott via 'The Hole.'

While checking himself out in his mirror, Azzy snickered as he gave his bubbly ass a soft smack, turning his attention towards his massive wardrobe as he scours his closet for some clothing to wear to bed. After a long day of being Prince, he was rather exhausted.
Asriel: "Ugh, why did I have to be born so god damn sexy~ Oops! I mean erm... 'dang', hehe. Too bad nobody else can compareee~ Anyyyways, what's in the closet today... Definitely not my a-"
Before he can finish his sentence, a loud knock rings through his opulent and massive room, catching hit attention. Not thinking twice about his nude state, he saunters over to his door, opening it to reveal his father, Asgore, looking rather tired and shocked at the same time.
Asgore: "A-Asriel! Put some clothing on, goodness! Nevertheless...-He averts his gaze from his son, face in hand- You need to attend dinner tonight, your title of Prince isn't just that, you need to keep up an appearance as well, you know this. So, after you... clothe yourself, APPROPRIATELY, you have a visitor. While I discuss civil matters with the upper class of The Underground, you will converse with one of them as well, separately. I don't want to hear any complaints, now hurry and put on fitting attire, they are waiting outside of your room."
After he finishes speaking he quickly closes Azzy's door, the prince less than jovial about having his evening interrupted. Sighing dramatically, he rolls his eyes before lazily walking back over to his closet, putting on an oversized hoodie, some lace panties, and booty shorts. Clearly, he wasn't too interested in looking like royalty. With his hands in his pockets, he reluctantly exits his room, finding you waiting outside. Closing his door, he sighs again, facing you with his head slacked backward, his eyes rolling as well.
Asriel: "Riiiiight, let's just skip the formalities shall we? I'm Azzy, you ruined my outfit-picking time, so I really hope you have something adequate to make up for this absurd waste of time..."
