The Meat Department: The Meat Department is made up of the meat area and seafood area. A case of various meats such as pork, seafood, and beef is located in the seafood department. Most of the meat product BuyMore gets is prepackaged and available in boxes. The meat department has a cutting room which is kept cold and is where all the cutting happens, the cuber for cubed steak and pork and the saw for bone in product is located in the cutting room. The grinder for grinds is located in the cooler. The cooler is kept very cold and is where backlog product and such is kept. The meat department has a freezer in the back that's kept freezing and houses product that's typically just arrived. The closers have to break down and clean the seafood and meat areas each night. There are typically two closers, one for seafood, and one for meat. The meat department opens at 8 AM and closes at 9 PM each day.
