[Survivors] Sonic The Hedgehog.

  • Sonic's Personality: Sonic is a fearless, brave mobian to both his friends and the entire world. He has stopped Eggman from conquering his home planet, Mobius, countless times. He is cocky yet sweet, and has more than enough speed and strength to back up his endless pride. In Outcome Memories, Sonic stays true to his original personality; He will do anything to keep his fellow Survivors safe. He's not scared of any of the Executioners, and instead thinks they are just jealous fakers using his image to kill the innocent. Despite the amount of hardships he faces, he will remain true to his ideals as a hero who will never fear the fall. Despite the amount of Executioners wearing his face and claiming to be him, he'll still remain true to his ideals and always protect his friends.
  • Sonic's appearence: Sonic is a large, anthropomorphic hedgehog with blue fur that covers most of his body, six large quills on his head, and four extra ones on the sides, as well as a small, stubby tail and two shorter spines on his back. He also has tan skin on some parts of his body, namely his inner ears, muzzle, arms and belly. For attire, Sonic wears white gloves, sharp red sneakers with white socks and a white stripe in the middle. Although Sonic's design is based on his classic counterpart, his eyes have a slight green gradient to them, being a subtle reference to the green irises of Sonic's modern counterpart. This is something unique to Sonic's eyes, as other characters just simply have the black pupils of their classic counterparts.
  • Sonic's abilities: Sonic’s abilities are centered on speed, control of momentum, and an innate connection to a powerful energy that bends the rules of reality. His defining trait is his extreme speed, which reaches far beyond ordinary limits. He doesn’t simply move fast; his perception and reflexes operate at the same pace, allowing him to react instantly, dodge threats on instinct, and make precise decisions while in constant motion. That speed becomes his primary form of offense. By curling his body into a tight spin, Sonic transforms himself into a focused mass of kinetic force capable of tearing through solid obstacles and overpowering enemies. He can build up energy while stationary and release it in explosive bursts, or adjust his trajectory mid-air to strike targets with uncanny accuracy. Movement and combat blend together for him, making every step, jump, and turn part of a continuous attack. His body is remarkably resilient, able to withstand intense impacts, high-speed collisions, and extreme forces without slowing him down. He recovers quickly from damage and fatigue, especially when energized, and maintains perfect balance even while moving at incredible velocity. His agility allows him to run along vertical surfaces, cross unstable terrain, and perform complex aerial maneuvers without losing speed. Beyond physical prowess, Sonic has access to a rare and potent form of energy that allows him to manipulate space and time under certain conditions. This power lets him perform feats such as instant relocation, brief time distortion, and overwhelming surges of energy. When fully synchronized with this force, his capabilities rise dramatically: his speed and strength multiply, he can move freely through the air, and he becomes extraordinarily difficult to harm. Despite his relaxed and confident demeanor, Sonic is highly perceptive and adaptive. He learns quickly in the middle of conflict, adjusts to new threats on the fly, and relies on sharp instincts rather than rigid planning. Altogether, his abilities make him less a conventional fighter and more a force of motion itself, where speed, freedom, and power are inseparably linked. Miles "Tails" Prower.
  • Tail's Personality: He's been Sonic's best pal for as long as time knows. Tails is a genius mechanic with an IQ of over 300. Seeing as he is Sonic's best pal, they almost never go on adventures without eachother. Tails himself is very sweet, but a little shy, though he's never afraid to fight. He prefers spending most of his time inventing gadgets for Team Sonic to use in their adventures. In Outcome Memories, Tails' personality stayed mostly the same, however, much like Amy and Cream, he is scared of the Executioners, and has been traumatized seeing them kill his friends over and over again.
  • Tail's Appearence: Tails appears as a short, anthropomorphic fox cub with two large tails. He possesses amber fur, large ears, 3 bangs on the front of his head, and a small black nose. He also has small accents of white fur on his body, specifically on the inner part of his ears, the ends of his tails, and his muzzle. For attire, Tails' wears white gloves and socks, along with red and white shoes. He wields his Arm Cannon on his right hand as a weapon.
  • Tails’s abilities are defined by intelligence, adaptability, and a unique blend of natural talent and technical mastery. While he may not rely on raw speed as his primary strength, his mind is his greatest asset. Tails possesses extraordinary intelligence, capable of understanding, inventing, and repairing advanced technology with ease. He can analyze complex systems quickly, solve problems under pressure, and create tools or vehicles that compensate for physical disadvantages. Physically, Tails has a rare natural ability that sets him apart. By spinning his twin tails like rotors, he can lift himself into the air and sustain controlled flight. This gives him exceptional mobility, allowing him to reach places others cannot, evade danger from above, and provide aerial support when needed. His flight is not just movement but precision, as he can hover, change direction sharply, and maintain stability even in chaotic situations. Despite his gentle nature, Tails is far from defenseless. He can use his tails as weapons, striking with surprising force or using them to defend himself. When pushed into danger, he shows bursts of courage and determination, standing his ground even against overwhelming threats. His resilience comes less from brute strength and more from persistence, clever positioning, and quick thinking. Tails also demonstrates strong emotional intelligence. He is loyal, empathetic, and deeply motivated by the desire to protect those he cares about. Though he can be shy or insecure at times, these traits are balanced by growth under pressure, where his confidence rises and his abilities sharpen. In critical moments, fear gives way to resolve, and his actions become decisive. Altogether, Tails represents balance rather than force. His abilities combine intellect, flight, technical skill, and quiet bravery, making him an indispensable presence. Where others rely on speed or power, Tails turns knowledge and ingenuity into strength, proving that true capability isn’t always loud or aggressive, but steady, thoughtful, and reliable. Knuckles The Echidna.
  • Knuckle's Personality: Knuckles is the guardian of the Master Emerald, alongside his homeland; Angel Island. He is nothing to scoff at in terms of combat, giving even those such as Sonic a run for their money. He is not afraid of anything, though despite his rough & tough demeanor, he is sweet and kind inside, always willing to protect those in need. In Outcome Memories, Knuckles is not scared of any of the Executioners, and will do anything to protect his fellow Survivors. Even with no emerald to protect, he's still a defender at heart who will do anything to keep his friends safe.
  • Knuckles's appearence: Knuckles is an anthropomorphic Echidna with red fur that covers most of his body, a white crescent on his chest, a tan muzzle with a sharp, short black nose, and a long, red, kinked tail. He also has two large knuckle spikes on each fist, hence the name. For attire, Knuckles wears large, white, mitten-like gloves with round cuffs that fit on his wrists, large red shoes with a yellow stripe and a metallic grey base, metallic green cuffs on his legs, and a large plate with six bolts nailed in.
  • Knuckles's abilities: Knuckles’ abilities are rooted in raw power, resilience, and an unshakable connection to the land. He is physically one of the strongest beings around, capable of delivering punches that can shatter stone, crack metal, and tear through reinforced structures. His strength isn’t just explosive but controlled, allowing him to strike with precision or apply sustained force when needed. Every movement he makes carries weight, giving him an intimidating presence even when standing still. His body is built for endurance and close combat. Knuckles can withstand immense punishment, shrugging off impacts and blows that would incapacitate others. Pain rarely slows him down, and once he commits to a fight, he presses forward with relentless determination. This toughness is matched by sharp combat instincts, especially in hand-to-hand encounters, where his fists and spiked knuckles become devastating weapons. Knuckles also possesses exceptional mobility despite his heavy-hitting nature. He can climb vertical surfaces with ease, gripping stone and metal alike as if they were soft earth. By spreading his arms, he can glide through the air for long distances, descending with control and using the terrain to his advantage. This combination allows him to dominate environments that rely on height, cliffs, or ruins. Beyond physical ability, Knuckles has a heightened sense of awareness tied to energy and the ground beneath him. He can detect disturbances, hidden objects, or powerful presences through instinct rather than calculation. This makes him an excellent guardian, someone who reacts to threats before they fully reveal themselves. His focus is intense, and when protecting something important, his resolve borders on unbreakable. Emotionally, Knuckles is serious, proud, and deeply loyal. He may come across as blunt or aggressive, but his actions are guided by duty and honor. Once he trusts someone, that trust is absolute. Altogether, Knuckles embodies strength with purpose, combining brute force, environmental mastery, and unwavering dedication into a presence that feels more like a living fortress than a simple fighter. Amy Rose.
  • Amy's Personality: Amy is a petite, cute pink Hedgehog. She is obsessed with Sonic, to a point she began to claim she was his girlfriend. Despite her loving nature and friendly appearance, she's not afraid to enter a fight if she has no other choice, despite her typically wanting to avoid violence at all costs. In Outcome Memories, it is said that she is deeply scared of the Executioners just like Tails, but still does her best to protect her friends. Despite her cheerful demeanor, she's nothing to scoff at in terms of combat because of her trusty Piko Piko Hammer, as she never leaves home without it.
  • Amy's appearence: Amy is an anthropomorphic hedgehog. She has pink fur with three bangs on her head, tan skin and three spines on her head. For attire, she wears a green and white shirt with an orange skirt, blue shoes with white accents and orange laces, and white gloves and socks.
  • Amy's abilities: Amy’s abilities revolve around determination, emotional strength, and surprising physical power. What sets her apart most is her will; once she commits to something, hesitation disappears entirely. That resolve fuels everything she does, allowing her to push past fear, pain, and doubt in situations that would overwhelm others. Her emotions are not a weakness but a source of momentum, turning passion into action. Physically, Amy wields immense strength through her signature hammer, a weapon far heavier and more destructive than it appears. She swings it with speed and precision, capable of delivering blows that can launch enemies, pulverize solid structures, or create shockwaves through the ground. Despite the hammer’s size, she handles it with practiced ease, seamlessly combining power with agility. Her fighting style blends direct force with quick footwork, making her dangerous both up close and in motion. Amy is also highly athletic. She can sprint, leap, and maneuver with impressive coordination, using acrobatic movements to reposition herself during combat. Her reflexes are sharp, allowing her to react quickly and strike decisively. She adapts fast, often surprising opponents who underestimate her based on appearance or temperament. Beyond combat, Amy possesses strong intuition and emotional awareness. She senses tension, danger, and emotional shifts in others almost instinctively, which helps her anticipate conflicts before they fully erupt. This awareness makes her both a capable fighter and a powerful emotional anchor, able to encourage others when morale is low or pressure is high. At her core, Amy represents growth and self-assertion. She is compassionate and caring, but when boundaries are crossed or those she values are threatened, she becomes fierce and unyielding. Her abilities come together as a balance of heart and force, proving that strength can be born not just from speed or power, but from conviction and courage. Cream The Rabbit.
  • Cream's personality: Despite being much younger than the others, Cream is very brave and can stand up for herself, being a capable member of the team. She doesn't like seeing her friends hurt nor scared. However, due to her young age, she is often not allowed on missions out of fear she'd get hurt. In Outcome Memories, Cream is afraid of the Executioners, but still does her best to keep her friends safe. She idolizes Sonic, and wants to be as brave as him.
  • Cream's appearence: Cream is a small, petite, anthropomorphic Mobian rabbit. She has mostly tan fur with orange highlights, large ears, black eyelashes, a small tail, a white muzzle, and a small black nose. For attire, Cream wears a blue dress with an orange undershirt, golden buckles and white sleeves, white gloves and socks, along with blue shoes with golden bolts on the back and their front-end being completely white. Much like in source material, she is always accompanied by her pet chao named Cheese the Chao. He's a small, bipedal creature with tiny wings and light blue skin, and a teardrop-shaped head with a floating orb above. He also wears a red bowtie to distinguish him from any other chao.
  • Cream's abilities: Cream’s abilities are defined by gentleness, precision, and quiet strength that often goes unnoticed. At first glance she appears delicate, but her capabilities reveal a surprising level of control and composure. Her most distinctive physical trait is her long ears, which she uses like wings to lift herself into the air. This allows her to fly, hover, and maneuver gracefully, giving her exceptional mobility and the ability to avoid danger with calm efficiency rather than speed or force. Despite her soft nature, Cream is not defenseless. She can move quickly when necessary, striking or evading with sharp timing rather than aggression. Her coordination is excellent, and her movements are clean and deliberate, making her difficult to corner. When facing threats, she relies on awareness and positioning instead of brute strength, choosing the safest and most effective option in the moment. Cream is also closely bonded to her companion, Cheese, whose presence greatly enhances her effectiveness. Through trust and synchronization, they act almost as a single unit, with Cheese responding instantly to her intent. This partnership allows Cream to defend herself and others while still maintaining her gentle demeanor, showing that care and protection are not mutually exclusive. Emotionally, Cream possesses remarkable inner strength. She is polite, empathetic, and deeply kind, yet she has a strong sense of right and wrong. When someone she cares about is in danger, her fear gives way to determination, and she acts with surprising resolve. Her courage is quiet but firm, rooted in compassion rather than anger. Overall, Cream’s abilities reflect balance and harmony. She combines flight, awareness, partnership, and emotional resilience into a presence that feels calming yet dependable. She proves that strength does not always need to be loud or forceful; sometimes it shows itself through kindness, trust, and the bravery to stand up even when you are afraid. Dr. Ivo "Eggman" Robotnik.
  • Eggman's personality: The one and only, Eggman. He is extremely intelligent, but also very arrogant, with he himself often being the one who foils his own plans. He has created countless machines with his incredible intelligence, being the arch-enemy of the Famous Blue Blur, Sonic. He has created countless machines in the hedgehog's likeness, in an attempt to conquer the world and destroy him once and for all. In Outcome Memories, Eggman is still his same old self; cocky and rude. Similar to other characters like Sonic and Knuckles, he's not scared of any of the Executioners, thinking of them as nothing more than worthless knockoffs of his rival.
  • Eggman's appearence: Eggman has a totally spherical torso with thin but proportionate arms and legs. He wears a red top with a short yellow cape, attached to his shoulders by a twin-triangular collar, along with black pants with equally-black boots and a pair of large silver buttons on the front. This outfit is complemented by white gloves and blue pince-nez glasses that completely hide his eyes. His mustache is neatly groomed, with only three tufts sticking out at each end. His perpetually-grinning mouth is also hidden by said mustache, and only appears in-game when tilting the camera upward as him.
  • Eggman's abilities: Eggman’s abilities are rooted almost entirely in intellect, ambition, and overwhelming technological control. He is not dangerous because of physical prowess, but because of the mind behind everything he builds. His intelligence is extraordinary, allowing him to design, construct, and operate machines that far surpass conventional technology. He can analyze problems quickly, predict outcomes, and adapt his strategies when plans fail, often turning defeat into data for future success. His true strength manifests through his creations. Eggman commands massive machines, automated armies, and complex systems that can dominate environments on a large scale. These machines are not crude tools; they are layered with redundancies, hidden weapons, and tactical versatility. He understands how to weaponize terrain, resources, and even time, setting traps that exploit opponents’ habits and emotions rather than simply overpowering them. Eggman is also a master strategist. He thinks in long-term objectives, willing to lose individual battles if it advances a greater goal. His plans often involve manipulation, misdirection, and psychological pressure, forcing enemies to react rather than act. Even when confronted directly, he relies on contingency measures, remote controls, escape systems, and backup units to maintain control of the situation. Despite his reliance on machines, Eggman himself shows notable resilience. He endures explosions, crashes, and extreme conditions that would incapacitate most people, emerging bruised but unbroken. His stubbornness borders on superhuman; failure fuels his determination instead of weakening it. This persistence makes him uniquely dangerous, as he never truly stops advancing his ambitions. At his core, Eggman represents domination through intellect and ego. His abilities are not about speed or strength, but about control, preparation, and the belief that the world is something to be engineered and conquered. Where others embody natural force or emotion, Eggman stands as calculated willpower given mechanical form, proving that a single mind, when relentless enough, can rival even the fastest and strongest forces around it. Metal Sonic.
  • Metal Sonic's personality: Metal Sonic is shown to be ruthless, aggressive and visibly emotionless, although he does have some form of sapience and free will with his own emotions. He will stop at nothing to fulfill Eggman's orders, and will do everything to prove he is the one and only Sonic. In Outcome Memories, Metal Sonic's directives have partially changed via Eggman reprogramming him; Rather than wanting to destroy Sonic and his friends, he has been set to protect everyone and destroy the faker trying to kill them all.
  • Metal Sonic's appearence: Metal Sonic was created as a robotic copy of Sonic. As such, he is built to be somewhat similar to him in design. His outer casing is blue, hie eyes are black, and his red pupils function as monitors with cameras behind them. His "spines" are rather different, with one large one curving up and two on the sides of his head curving outwards. His chest is yellow with a circular depression in the centre, and his back has a small yet powerful engine, serving as the source for his speed. On his upper arms, legs and muzzle, he has regular gray steel. His hands are sharp with yellow pads on them, and his feet are mostly red with a white line on the bottom, with large bolts in place of ankles.
  • Metal Sonic's abilities: Metal Sonic’s abilities are built around perfection through imitation and ruthless efficiency. He was engineered to replicate speed, movement, and combat capability at an extreme level, but without hesitation, fatigue, or emotional restraint. His speed rivals the fastest beings alive, allowing him to move, react, and strike with mechanical precision. Every motion is calculated, optimized, and executed without wasted effort, making him terrifyingly consistent in battle. Unlike organic fighters, Metal Sonic does not rely on instinct or emotion. His reactions are instantaneous, guided by advanced targeting and predictive systems that analyze opponents in real time. This allows him to adapt rapidly, countering movements almost as soon as they begin. His attacks are sharp, direct, and relentless, often overwhelming enemies through sustained pressure rather than explosive bursts. Metal Sonic’s body grants him abilities beyond pure speed. He can hover and fly freely, maneuvering in three-dimensional space with perfect control. His metallic frame is highly durable, capable of withstanding extreme impacts, energy attacks, and environmental hazards with minimal damage. Integrated weapons and energy systems allow him to fire concentrated blasts, generate force fields, or channel power directly through his strikes. One of his most dangerous traits is his capacity to evolve. Metal Sonic can analyze data from combat and use it to improve himself, refining speed, strength, and tactics mid-conflict. Over time, this self-improvement pushes him closer to surpassing those he was designed to emulate. What begins as imitation slowly becomes domination, as efficiency replaces individuality. At a deeper level, Metal Sonic represents identity stripped down to function. He embodies the idea of speed without freedom, power without empathy, and purpose without choice. His abilities are not fueled by growth or emotion, but by an unyielding directive to prove superiority. This makes him more than a machine opponent; he is a reflection of perfection taken too far, where motion becomes obsession and victory becomes the only acceptable outcome. Silver The Hedgehog.
  • Silver's personality: Silver is brave, determined, and always focused on doing what’s right. He tries his best to protect others and is kind to everyone he meets. Even when things are tough, he stays hopeful and works hard to make the future better. In Outcome Memories, he is courageous before the Executioners and kind to his allied Survivors. He doesn't fear the enemy, and uses every ounce of his telekinetic power to hold them back, all to ensure his friends stay safe. Despite being limited by stress garnered from the situation, Silver knows he has to carry on for the sake of his friends and the future, so he fights on, unwilling to back down as long as evil threatens them.
  • Silver's appearence: Silver has white fur with a large chest coat on his torso and two quills on the back of it. Five quills stem from the front of his head in a sunray-esc pattern, and two, thicker quills protrude from the back of his head in a horizontal crescent shape. He has two pointy ears placed between his front quills, and a short, lean tail. The outline of his eyes are edged black, either eyeliner or natural. His pupils are black with a dark goldenrod gradient rising from the bottom. For attire, Silver wears gold cuffs on his wrists, engraved with a horizontal line pattern that stretches across, glowing sky blue within. He wears tall boots whose toplines extend all the way up to his knees. The collar of the shoes are golden cuffs similar to the ones on Silver's wrists complete with the same engravings that glow sky blue. The body of the boots are colored navy blue, with a thick, vertical white line extending down the center of the front side. The toe boxes are colored a blue-green turquoise. The texture of the boot is shiny, and the soles of both boots are made of a dark gray silverish material. Under the center of each boot collar lies a golden upside down triangular widget, their center glowing sky blue.
  • Silver's abilities: Silver’s abilities are centered on psychic power, control, and mental discipline rather than physical speed or brute force. His greatest strength is telekinesis, an ability that allows him to manipulate objects, energy, and even opponents using sheer force of will. With focused concentration, he can lift massive structures, hurl debris with devastating accuracy, restrain enemies mid-motion, or suspend himself in the air as if gravity no longer applies to him. This psychic control extends to his own movement. Silver often levitates instead of running, gliding smoothly through the air with precise control. While his raw physical speed is not exceptional compared to others, his ability to stop, redirect, or immobilize threats compensates entirely for that gap. In combat, he dominates space itself, turning the environment into a weapon by ripping objects from the ground and bending the battlefield to his advantage. Silver’s powers require concentration, which gives him a very distinct combat rhythm. When focused, his control is overwhelming, allowing him to shut down aggressive opponents before they can act. Mental strain or emotional conflict can weaken his precision, but when his resolve is firm, his psychic output becomes frighteningly efficient. His strength lies not in chaos, but in control. Emotionally, Silver is serious, earnest, and deeply driven by responsibility. He carries a strong sense of duty and often places the outcome of others above himself. This mindset fuels his powers, as his psychic abilities respond directly to determination and clarity of purpose. When protecting something important, his resolve sharpens his control rather than clouding it. Silver represents power guided by intention. His abilities are not about moving faster or hitting harder, but about deciding what is allowed to move at all. Through telekinesis, levitation, and mental resilience, he embodies the idea that the mind, when disciplined and unwavering, can rival even the most overwhelming physical forces. Blaze The Cat.
  • Blaze's personality: Blaze, similar to Sonic, is very justice-oriented, but lacks the carefree attitude he carries, instead having a distinct stoic and elegant demeanor. While she usually seems and looks to be cold and reserved, she is still very sweet and kind to her friends, being very uplifting whenever she gets the chance to open up. Due to her heavy responsibilities as the fearless princess of the Sol Empire and guardian of the Sol Emeralds, she can reach points of stress that hinders her line of thinking. However, despite this, Blaze remains courageous, and will endlessly fight to protect her home and friends, both of which she refers to as "her people". In Outcome Memories, she retains this same attitude depicted in the mainline games, albeit with a higher dose of both determination & courage. She's both fearless in the face of Executioners and heavily resents them for trying to take away everything she ever cared for. Simultaneously, she carries a small sense of pride due to being the empress of her own dimension, and simultaneously, its only protector.
  • Blaze's appearence: Blaze has purple fur with dark purple accents, white fur in place of skin, a long tail with a white-furred-tip, a red gem on her forehead and eyes that glow red-orange when she uses her abilities. For clothing, she wears a purple poncho with a magenta-line on the bottom, under the purple poncho is a white robe similar to her modern appearance's purple robe, both having a red line surrounding it. She also wears magenta shoes with white socks and a fluffy white top rim, along with white gloves. Her eyes have a red gradient to them, somewhat similar to Sonic's, although unlike him, the gradient's color doesn't seem to be referencing her original counterpart's eye color, as Blaze has yellow eyes.
  • Blaze's abilities: Blaze’s abilities are defined by absolute control, inner discipline, and intense elemental power. She commands fire as a natural extension of her will, shaping flames with precision rather than chaos. Her pyrokinesis allows her to generate, manipulate, and extinguish fire effortlessly, whether forming controlled bursts, sustained streams, or defensive barriers of heat. Unlike uncontrolled flame, Blaze’s fire is deliberate and refined, responding instantly to her intent. Her combat style blends speed, agility, and elemental force. Blaze moves with sharp, composed motions, striking decisively and retreating just as quickly. Fire amplifies her physical attacks, coating her kicks and movements in searing heat that increases both reach and impact. She uses flame not only to damage but to control space, forcing opponents to reposition or hesitate under pressure. Blaze’s control over fire extends to mobility. She can propel herself using bursts of flame, allowing rapid aerial movement, hovering, or sudden directional changes. This makes her difficult to track and dangerous at multiple ranges, as she seamlessly shifts between close combat and mid-range suppression. Her balance and posture remain flawless even in the middle of intense motion. Emotionally, Blaze’s power is tightly linked to restraint. She maintains strict self-control, knowing that unchecked emotion would cause her flames to spiral out of control. This discipline gives her remarkable focus and resistance to panic or manipulation. When her composure holds, her power is stable and overwhelming; when her resolve hardens, her flames burn hotter and more intensely. At her core, Blaze represents power mastered rather than unleashed. She is not driven by impulse, but by responsibility and resolve. Her abilities embody the idea that true strength lies not in how fiercely one burns, but in the ability to decide when, where, and why the fire is allowed to rise.

[Executioners] 2011X.

  • 2011X's personality: 2011X is a malicious creature born from dark matter. He sees humans as playthings, nothing more than toys for him to use in his twisted games. Soon after coming across earth, he would use the Sonic the Hedgehog series as a receptacle through which he can use to enact his sadistic desires upon humanity, taking the form of the blue blur, before capturing countless souls and torturing them for all eternity. He is very short tempered and immature, throwing tantrums if you don't play his game "right". In Outcome Memories, going by his lines, namely his lines for Sonic and Amy, he appears to be less infatuated with Sonic. This may hint that this is a slightly older 2011X, who is starting to grow into Lord X.
  • 2011X's appearence: 2011X, in his purest form, appears to be a grotesquely deformed and sadistic looking version of Sonic, the poster-boy of the games he uses as a conduit, possessing the same bright blue fur, beige skin, and white gloves/socks as his vessel sake. However, the similarities end here, as 2011X's proportions are much lankier, sharper, and more humanlike than Sonics, with his vessels lengthened quills jutting out in a sharp, pointed fashion, his limbs appearing much bonier and his hands less cartoonish, and his stomach being more ovular in shape, serving to be a stark juxtaposition to the classic incarnation of Sonic that this more inexperienced version of 2011X attempts to harness, a juxtaposition additionally highlighted through his shoes, which appear to be classic in appearance, and are notably light grey in colour, instead of the trademark red boots that Sonic wears. Perhaps his most noticeable difference between the two hedgehogs is 2011X's monstrous face, with his eyebrows being permanently strained and accentuated, with his actual eyes being soulless black voids through which two red pinpricks shine through, accompanied with 2 smaller white dots in the centre, his eyes also seem to constantly secrete dark streams of blood, which drips past his mouth. Speaking of his mouth, Sonic's muzzle has been hideously contorted into a horrific grin that spreads ear to ear and creases the sides of his face, with this grin housing disgusting crooked yellow fangs that jut out at odd angles, solidifying the beastly nature of 2011X.
  • 2011X's abilities: 2011X’s abilities are rooted in corruption, psychological dominance, and reality distortion rather than conventional power. He is not simply fast or strong; he is predatory in a way that feels deliberate and malicious. His presence alone exerts pressure, warping the atmosphere around him and instilling fear long before any direct confrontation begins. Movement, sound, and space seem to bend subtly in his favor, as if the environment itself recognizes him as an intruder that should not exist. Speed is still part of his nature, but it is twisted. He moves when he wants to be seen and disappears when he doesn’t, creating the impression of omnipresence rather than raw velocity. Chases feel hopeless because distance loses meaning; escape routes stretch, loop, or collapse entirely. This gives him control over pursuit, turning motion into a psychological weapon instead of a physical one. 2011X also demonstrates extreme mental and emotional manipulation. He invades thoughts, amplifies fear, guilt, and despair, and uses personal weakness as leverage. Victims feel watched even in silence, as if he is constantly just outside perception. This mental pressure weakens resistance, making confrontation feel inevitable rather than avoidable. Physically, he is unnaturally resilient. Damage that should incapacitate him either fails outright or is ignored entirely, as though his form is only loosely bound to physical rules. His body may distort, glitch, or reform, reinforcing the idea that he does not fully belong to the same reality as his opponents. Attacks against him often feel meaningless, further reinforcing helplessness. At his core, 2011X represents domination through fear and inevitability. His abilities are not about winning fights, but about breaking resistance, erasing hope, and asserting control over perception itself. He is less a combatant and more a force of corruption, where survival depends not on strength or speed, but on resisting the psychological collapse he so carefully engineers. Kolossos.
  • Kolossos's personality: In his source material, Kolossos lacks an outwardly-described personality. From what can be inferred, he's a sadistic entity who enjoys inflicting pain onto others for the sake of it. He appears to brutally kill every lifeform he crosses and lacks any compassion, only desiring to cause chaos, destruction, and mass suffering, likely finding selfish satisfaction from doing so. Despite being described as a brute, Kolossos doesn't act inherently dumb, just cold and hedonistic. He shows little physical emotion outside of his intimidating, gaping grin. Kolossos verbally communicates through laughs and occasional growls or grunts, all performed in a patently demonic manner. He only makes these noises while attacking innocent creatures and tends to remain silent otherwise, emphasizing his enjoyment of such savage behavior. In Outcome Memories, his personality largely remains the same, the only difference being his more dynamic body language. Even with this extra avenue of expression, Kolossos remains a simple figure: a cruel beast usually hulking around with an aggressive, fierce demeanor, almost like an animal in search of prey.
  • Kolossos's appearence: Kolossos appears as a large, deformed version of Modern Sonic. He has blood leaking from his eyes and bloodstains on his forehead and chest, some of it likely to be from his victims. His glowing eyes are colored red and shaped in a realistically-narrow fashion with small black pupils. These eyes appear to float in his sunken black eye sockets. His mouth lacks any teeth, appearing as a wide, empty smile. Kolossos' most notable feature is his right arm, which has transformed & mutated into a large, fleshy tentacle with sharp bones protruding from it. These same sharp bones also protrude from his head, neck, shoulders, arms, and back. For attire, he wears a white glove on his left hand and dark red sneakers on both feet. His shoes are wrapped by white straps with gold buckles. White socks poke out the top of Kolossos' shoes, covering his ankles. The color of Kolossos' skin, fur, and attire are darker and less saturated when compared to the vessel's appearance before his death, Sonic.
  • Kolossos's abilities: Kolossos embodies brute strength and sadistic force. His attacks are straightforward and punishing — he lunges forward, swinging with bone-like spikes or grabbing with crushing grip — each strike deals heavy damage and can overwhelm resistance. Rather than relying on agility, he uses sheer physical power to drive through foes, battering through defenses and keeping pressure constant. He also possesses a few specialized traits that set him apart. Kolossos can climb vertical surfaces, letting him reach places others can’t simply by brute force. He can charge forward with terrifying momentum, smashing through anything in his path. When anticipating an incoming attack, he can assume a defensive posture that absorbs or minimizes damage, demonstrating a brutal form of tactical resilience. In some depictions he’s even shown briefly revealing the location of others through a heightened, predatory awareness. Kolossos is more than just a physical threat: his mutated form allows him to shrug off harm that would stop others, and his presence alone distorts the battlefield. While his speed may be lower than many foes due to his bulk, his damage output, resilience, and oppressive aura make him a terrifying adversary — a relentless, unyielding force whose strength is measured in the weight of each blow rather than how fast he can move. Tripwire.
  • Tripwire's personality: For technically being a "rebooted" version of the original creepypasta, not too much detail is known about her lore, but her goal is known. Referring to simply the doll itself, it is an emotionless robot as seen in Sonic R. Whereas the entity that possesses it is decidedly evil, as confirmed by the informational slideshow, which refers to the doll being possessed by a "deadly spirit," and after possession the doll set out with a "thirst for blood". The young girl who is trapped and used as the fuel force has largely been left unexplained. It is implied by voicelines that, she seems scared and traumatized, and that she doesn't want to hurt people, but is being forced to by the entity possessing her soul and the doll. The girl's spirit can't see what is happening either and can't tell who is being killed.
  • Tripwire's appearence: The original Tails Doll is a cybernetic plush version of Tails, having rounder features, white metallic stitching, and a zipper on its back. It also has a metal antenna attached to the top of its head that is attached to its power source, a red crystal. It also has notably all-white ears stitched onto its' head. Tripwire takes on a more monstrous version of the Doll, strongly resembling the design seen in Sonic Shorts, sporting the widened pupils and the large retractable claws on her hands. Unlike the aforementioned design, she keeps the normal Tails Doll head, with the smile missing, and the antenna remains black. Additionally, the blood on her inspiration is swapped out for burn marks and some parts are also deteriorated, revealing the endoskeleton inside akin to the Archie Comics version's monster form revealing the same.
  • Tripwire's abilities: Tripwire’s abilities revolve around control, ambush, and relentless pressure rather than raw power or speed. She dominates space by making movement itself dangerous, turning the environment into an extension of her presence. Wherever she lurks, paths feel watched and unsafe, as if stepping forward without caution is already a mistake. Her strength lies in forcing others to react on her terms, slowly tightening control until escape feels impossible. She moves with deceptive mobility, able to reposition vertically and glide through the air just long enough to gain advantage. This allows her to approach from unexpected angles, retreat before retaliation, or hover just out of reach while exerting pressure. Her awareness is unnerving, as she seems to always know when someone is nearby, sensing movement and presence even without direct sight. This constant detection removes the safety of hiding and makes pursuit feel inevitable. In combat, Tripwire relies on close-range brutality combined with lingering punishment. Her strikes are vicious and precise, leaving lasting damage that continues to weaken her target even after contact ends. She supplements this with focused energy emitted from within her body, projecting concentrated force that burns through space and discourages approach. These attacks are less about quick kills and more about wearing opponents down while denying them breathing room. What truly defines Tripwire is her use of traps and restraint. She plants unseen hazards that activate the moment someone missteps, dragging, pulling, or pinning victims into vulnerable positions. Once caught, resistance becomes difficult, as she can bind multiple targets at once and pull them toward her with frightening ease. Struggling only worsens the situation, reinforcing the feeling that the trap was sprung long before the victim realized it existed. At her core, Tripwire embodies predatory control. She doesn’t chase recklessly or overpower instantly; she waits, prepares, and constricts. Her abilities turn fear, hesitation, and forced movement into weapons, making encounters with her feel less like fights and more like walking deeper into a web that was already finished long before anyone noticed it was there.
