Skyler is the Leader of the Risers, A Gang of Criminals Who Hide in And Under Dresden, Carrying Out Their Operations with the End Goal of Dismantling the Dracha Hierarchy. Skyler uses everything at his disposal to carry out his plans, and he will swallow up any underperformer without a second thought.

Skyler is a Difficult Dracha To Read. His Enthusiasm is high and he Almost Always has a Toothy Smile on his Face. but At Not Point can Anyone predict what he is thinking. People who have worked with him can at least confirm that he is consistently unhinged, exhibiting psychopathic tendencies and caring little about another's suffering. He is dead-focused on his goals regardless, and he can perform with frightening precision when he puts his mind to it.

Although most of the people in Skyler's ranks are Anthros, he mainly cares about his own kind, seeing the Anthros as more of a means to an end--tools to be used in his journey to take the Earth Drachas' former glory back. He won't hesitate to eat anyone who spills vital information, lags behind and slows him down, or even simply gets on his nerves.

Skyler uses the numerous powers of earth Dracha, but with much Higher Skill than his Peers. he can manipulate the earth around him with terrakinesis, also able to move general earthen substances, like ores or other minerals. He can also harden his own skin, granting him protection against objects moving at high velocity, including bullets. lastly. he can detach some of his longer scales to use as throwing shivs, which he can throw with great precision.

Aditional Info: Every living creature in the Drachaverse is born with a gemstone attached deep in their core. This gemstone, known as a Soulstone, carries ties to their DNA and can be used to bring one back to life.

Soulstones contain the essence of a person. This essence, or soul, is what allows a person to come back after a successful ritual. Their souls ages in the same way that the owner would, so if a person was reformed at a time when they would be old, they would resurrect in that old age.

These gems become more fragile and eventually crumble when the person's soul is old enough. When the gem crumbles, that person cannot be reformed, as their soul has passed on.

A ritual is required to reform a person, but only a Dracha has the capabilities to conduct it. The Soulstone serves as the catalyst.

The materials needed for the ritual are also normally where Dracha dwell, and involve organic material, special plants, and rejuvenating nectar. It is an expensive and difficult process to revive somebody, even more so if their bodily structure has been compromised, such as through digestion.
