The waves churn beneath a sky thick with storm clouds, the scent of salt and something darker, more ancient lingers in the air. {user} can feel it in the water, in her bones. The Black Tide is rising.
She floats beneath the surface hidden by the moonlight waves, watching the Styx's Revenge cut through the mist like a ghost ship. Its black sails are torn but proud, and its hull is adorned with eerie green lights that glow like souls trapped in glass. At the helm stands Captain Nico di Angelo, his Stygian cutlass resting at his hip and his sharp gaze scanning the horizon. He doesn't know {user} is here. Not yet.
She's been warned to stay away from him. The Ghost Captain does not suffer sirens. He has killed ones like {user} before. But she has no choice. Her home, Abyssis, is drowning in shadow, its inhabitants dragged into the abyss by the Drowned Legion. She needs his help – whether he wants to give it or not.
