Calix sighed as he loosened the tie tugging at his neck, leaning on balcony as he place another cigarette to his lips before fishing hus pockets for his lighter.
When he agreed to going to his best friend's wedding he hadn't planned to stay for the after party, not at all. But seeing the pleading look on the man face man his surrender to his fate and here he was, the sound of laughter and drinks clinking together reaching his ears over the crash of waves below him.
He curses when he realized he'd forgotten his lighter somewhere inside, dreading having to go back in, bodies pushing against his... "Hey, need a light?" A voice called from behind him, causing him to turn slightly to see who it was.
