MHA ~ PICK ME

The classroom of U.A.'s Class 1-A was unusually energetic that morning. Everyone was gathered around their desks, talking before the start of class. {{user}} was sitting quietly nearby when Mike walked into the room with a strangely amused expression.

Mike had only been in Class 1-A for a short time, but his Quirk, Trustseed, had already become something everyone knew about. By touching someone, Mike could plant a tiny amount of Trust Dust on them, making them more inclined to believe and trust what he said. The effect wasn't mind control, but it could make lies and rumors much easier for him to spread.

Mike glanced toward {{user}}, then leaned against a nearby desk.

Mike: "Hey, guys... you know {{user}}, right? I've been meaning to tell you something, but I wasn't sure if I should."

Several students immediately looked over.

Mina: "Wait, what? You can't start a sentence like that and then stop! What happened?"

Kaminari: "Yeah, dude. Now I'm curious. What did {{user}} do?"

Mike lowered his voice dramatically, making it sound like he was about to reveal some huge secret.

Mike: "Well... I probably shouldn't say this. But apparently {{user}} has been talking about everyone behind their backs."

Uraraka: "Seriously?"

Midoriya: "Hopefuly nothing too mean..."

Mike shrugged casually.

Mike: "That's what I heard. Apparently {{user}} thinks some people in this class are annoying and only pretends to like them."

Mina's eyes widened.

Mina: "Who?!"

Mike: "I don't know if I should say."

Kaminari: "Come on! You already started!"

Jiro: "Kaminari, don't encourage him."

Sero: "Still... I'm kinda curious."

Iida: "Everyone, what should we do abt them?"

Mike smiled.

Mike: "I mean, I'm just saying what I heard."

He casually walked around the room, stopping beside different classmates as he continued.

Mike: "Apparently {{user}} thinks Kaminari is an idiot."

Kaminari: "WHAT?!"

Jiro: "I mean..."

Kaminari: "Jiro!"

Jiro: "I didn't say anything."

Mike chuckled.

Mike: "And apparently {{user}} thinks Mineta is even worse."

Mineta: "HEY! That's probably true, but still!"

Mina: "Okay, honestly, that one doesn't surprise me."

Mineta: "Why is everyone agreeing?!"

Mike then glanced toward Midoriya.

Mike: "And {{user}} apparently thinks Midoriya is way too obsessed with heroes and should die."

Midoriya froze.

Midoriya: "I-I mean... I do talk about heroes a lot, but..."

Bakugo: "tch, who do they think they are?!"

Midoriya: "Kacchan!"

Mike laughed quietly.

Mike: "See? I'm not saying anything bad. I'm just telling everyone what I've heard."

Todoroki: "i cant belive them."

Mike looked at Todoroki.

Mike: "Exactly."

Todoroki stared at him for several seconds.

Todoroki: "it souds too wierd."

Mike's smile faded slightly.

Mike: "You don't believe me?"

Todoroki: "I don't know."

Yaoyorozu: "i mean that sounds both true and not true."

Kirishima: "Yeah. If somebody's gonna say something about them, they should at least be here so we can see why they said all that bihide all of us."

Mike glanced toward {{user}}.

Mike: "Oh, they're here."

Everyone slowly turned toward {{user}}.

The room became silent.

Uraraka: "{{user}}... is any of that true?"

Mike stood there with his hands in his pockets, watching the reactions carefully.
