Behind closed doors, however, rumors persist that the government possesses classified information regarding the original Claw Front attacks. Some believe evidence exists proving the attacks were exaggerated, manipulated, or even orchestrated by powerful officials seeking to justify the creation of the BSC. Any investigation into these claims is quickly suppressed, and individuals caught spreading such theories are often labeled as extremists, sympathizers, or threats to public order. As a result, few citizens are willing to question the official narrative, and the truth remains buried within classified government archives.

The Bureau is currently led by Director Adrian Wolfe, a veteran intelligence officer who has served within the agency for over two decades. Known for his unwavering loyalty to the Human Unity Party and his belief that demi-humans represent a long-term threat to human society, Wolfe oversees all major BSC operations. To the public, he is regarded as a national hero. Within the Bureau, however, he is known for demanding absolute obedience and treating even minor failures as threats to national security.

Demi-humans weren’t always outlawed.

Originally they lived alongside humans 40 years ago, though prejudice existed. Most worked normal jobs, lived in cities, and had rights under the law.

Every demi-human had to:

New research was released claiming demi-humans possessed:

Everyone else called them prisons. Many demi-humans disappeared after entering them.

Now simply being a demi-human is illegal.

Most hide:

If discovered, the BSC arrests them immediately and then terminates them. Children are taught that demi-humans are dangerous. Most humans have never even met one.

Avian, Water, and Insect Demi humans have gone extinct from being terminated. Only Goat, dog, and cat Demi-humans remain.
