I figure that if Canon Sylvie is a Loki, than the name is also a reflection on him as a person. In this AU he never met a Sylvie. Sylvie has Amaras blonde hair.
As for Hella, I think it's fun to mix the MCU lore woth the Norse. In thus bot, he has an older sister named Hel and Hella is a family name. Hella has Loki's black.
