Parallel to this, a comedic line unfolds with Senya and Fedya. Senya, pretending to be the Chef, puts on a real "boss" show for Fedya: he sits him in the Chef's chair, treats him to expensive cognac and a cigar. This absurd situation becomes a source of many amusing moments and allows the viewer to take a break from the main drama. In the finale of the episode, Max finally realizes that the path to the Chef's team lies not through loud feats, but through a willingness to learn from one's mistakes. ---

Season 2. Episode 7 (Episode 27 overall)

The seventh episode continues the confrontation between the two chefs—Viktor Barinov and Elena Pavlovna. Another argument between them turns into morning runs. Now they have to compete not in culinary achievements, but in health. However, after one of the runs, both end up in the hospital. There, Elena admits that she lied about her sporting hobbies—in her sports bag, there was actually a slicer. This unexpected twist adds even more comedic absurdity to their rivalry. Meanwhile, an equally important event takes place in Kostya and Max's apartment. Nastya, out of the kindness of her heart, brings home the homeless Rodion Sergeevich—the same intellectual bum who hangs around the "Claude Monet" area. The guys, however, are not happy with the new neighbor and do their best to kick him out of the apartment. This line brings an additional element of comedy to the series and shows how different the characters' values are: Nastya is ready to help anyone in need, while Kostya and Max think first and foremost about their own comfort. ---

Season 2. Episode 8 (Episode 28 overall)

The eighth episode brings an unexpected turn in the relationship between Barinov and Elena Pavlovna. Viktor Petrovich decides to invite Elena on a date, but is very worried that she might refuse him. With a little help from Max, who helps the Chef master modern methods of courting women, Barinov gains courage. However, his awkward attempts at flirting cause false suspicions among the cooks: the behavior of the lovesick Chef seems so strange to them that they begin to make the most incredible guesses. Parallel to this, the line of Kostya and Nastya's relationship with her parents develops. Nastya's mother asks her daughter to make peace with her father, and to help his beloved, Kostya decides to have a "man-to-man" talk with Nastya's father. They have lunch together, but the situation is complicated by the fact that Nastya's father tries to make peace with his daughter by making sausage—and Nastya is a staunch vegetarian. Moreover, Kostya had previously unintentionally beaten Nastya's father, and now he has to make amends. This episode shows that even the most complex family conflicts can be resolved if one shows sincere desire and a willingness to compromise. ---

Season 2. Episode 9 (Episode 29 overall)

The ninth episode of the second season focuses on two love triangles at once: the Chef has a romantic interest, and Max finds himself in a delicate situation with the restaurant owners. The lovesick Barinov, preparing for a date with Elena Pavlovna, behaves so unusually friendly that his team begins to suspect the worst—they are sure the Chef is using drugs. However, the staff decides not just to discuss the boss's strange behavior, but to act: they lock Barinov in the storage room so he can't go on the date. The Chef misses his meeting with Elena, but at the end of the episode he gets ready for a second date—and suddenly sees her with another family. This unexpected sight calls all his romantic hopes into question. Meanwhile, another drama unfolds in the restaurant. Kristina, Nagiev's ex-wife and the de facto owner of "Claude Monet," has her eye on Max. Lavrov finds himself facing a painful choice: refuse Kristina—and incur the wrath of the influential owner; agree—and provoke the jealousy and rage of her ex-husband, Dmitry Nagiev. Max is forced to navigate between two fires, realizing that any decision he makes could cost him his job. ---

Season 2. Episode 10 (Episode 30 overall)

The tenth episode begins with Barinov being hospitalized—he has a heart attack. Nagiev takes over the restaurant again, and the Chef is undergoing treatment. To avoid ruining the reputation of "Claude Monet" in the eyes of important guests, Senya is appointed to play the role of Viktor Petrovich. However, the situation spirals out of control when a creditor unexpectedly appears at the restaurant, demanding $100,000 from the pseudo-Chef. The cooks have to urgently pool their money to pay off the gangster. Meanwhile, Max faces a new problem: Sasha wants to move in with him. Max, not ready for such a turn, does everything possible to prevent it. He stages a real sabotage, just to avoid cohabitation. Parallel to this, Nastya tries to save a "delicacy" turtle from ending up in the soup and even develops a whole plan for this. ---

Season 2. Episode 11 (Episode 31 overall)

The eleventh episode shows that without the Chef, the kitchen descends into complete chaos. At the center of events are several conflicts at once, intertwining into a single tangle of absurdity. The main problem unfolds in Kostya and Max's apartment. Sasha and Nastya categorically do not get along with each other. The cohabitation of the two girls leads to real enmity, and not only they themselves suffer from this, but also Kostya and Max. In the kitchen, meanwhile, an equally serious conflict flares up. Fedya and Senya start a new argument that escalates into a real quarrel. Their confrontation leads to a real food fight, and only sous-chef Lyova is able to restore peace and friendship in the kitchen. While the kitchen is in turmoil, Barinov faces his own test in the hospital: the doctors have forbidden him to smoke. However, Viktor Petrovich has no intention of giving up his bad habit and begins to invent various tricks to get cigarettes. He asks his employees to bring him cigarettes, but every time his attempts to deceive the doctors end in failure. ---

Season 2. Episode 12 (Episode 32 overall)

The twelfth episode brings new changes to the restaurant. Since the main chef of "Claude Monet" is still in the hospital, Nagiev hires a temporary replacement—a young cook named Alex. At first, Max helps Alex settle into the new team. However, the situation changes when Alex tells Max about his plans for Victoria. Upon learning that the new Chef has his eye on his girlfriend, Max immediately reconsiders his attitude towards his colleague and decides to "help" him leave the restaurant. Moreover, he helps the military registration office find a cook who is dodging the army—and this "dodger" turns out to be none other than Alex himself. Meanwhile, Barinov, still in the hospital, resorts to a trick. At his request, the doctors slightly worsen the data on his condition. The Chef hopes to thus deceive Elena Pavlovna, making her worry about him. ---

Season 2. Episode 13 (Episode 33 overall)

The thirteenth episode is one where the characters' gastronomic preferences put them in the most awkward and comical positions. It all starts with a vegetarian coming to "Claude Monet." Nastya, a staunch animal rights activist, rejoices at her "ally" and tries to please the guest in every way. However, Senya and Fedya, true to their habits, slip the visitor some "pork" in his dish. Meanwhile, Barinov, suffering without meat in his hospital diet, decides on a desperate act—he escapes from the hospital through the window. His goal is to get meat food at any cost. However, the starving fugitive is quickly found by the police. Parallel to this, another comedic line develops: Nagiev is being hounded by an annoying paparazzo. The restaurant owner asks Senya and Fedya to rid him of the journalist's attention, offering them money for it. However, the cooks go too far with the task: they knock out the paparazzo and begin to think they have accidentally killed him. ---

Here are detailed descriptions of the final episodes of the second season, where passions reach their peak, and the characters' fates take unexpected turns. ---

Season 2. Episode 14 (Episode 34 overall)

The fourteenth episode brings an unexpected return to the restaurant. Elena Pavlovna gives Viktor Barinov a voucher to a sanatorium, hoping that the Chef will finally rest and stop interfering in the kitchen's affairs. However, Barinov is in no hurry to leave "Claude Monet"—he secretly returns to the restaurant and forces the entire staff, including Nagiev himself, to play along with his lie. At the same time, Ilya appears at the restaurant—a former waiter and Sasha's ex-boyfriend. All the employees greet him with open arms, which causes Max great concern. The situation escalates to the limit when Elena Pavlovna, who has decided to temporarily replace the Chef in his own kitchen, finds Barinov in the freezer with a naked Ilya. The episode is full of comical misunderstandings and shows how the return of an old acquaintance can turn the entire life of the restaurant upside down. ---

Season 2. Episode 15 (Episode 35 overall)

The fifteenth episode continues to develop the love and intrigue lines. Ilya actively tries to win Sasha back with expensive gifts, but Max tries to keep up and gives her a ring that actually belonged to Vika. Meanwhile, a scandal occurs in the restaurant: Dmitry Nagiev discovers his wallet is missing, which is later found in Max's jacket. Nagiev threatens to fire Lavrov, but unexpectedly Ilya stands up for Max. However, it turns out that Ilya himself framed Max to get him fired. Chef Barinov continues to develop his relationship with Elena Pavlovna and plans a date, but doesn't know where to invite his beloved, since he lives with Lyova and his mother. Parallel to this, Nastya and Kostya decide to expand their love relationship by realizing bold sexual fantasies. ---

Season 2. Episode 16 (Episode 36 overall)

The sixteenth episode becomes a turning point in the confrontation between Max and Ilya. Their joint work escalates into open hostility. Ilya goes to a desperate extreme: he beats himself up in front of Max, so that the entire staff will think that Lavrov attacked him. Meanwhile, Barinov and Elena Pavlovna officially become a couple. However, the Chef's meeting with Elena's son turns out to be extremely unfortunate. Elena, on the contrary, tries to befriend her "boys."

Max, driven by a thirst for revenge, devises a cunning plan against Ilya, inspired by Eastern philosophy. In the end, he manages to defeat the waiter-intriguer, but Sasha unexpectedly takes Ilya's side. This episode shows that even victory can turn out to be a defeat, and finally tangles the love triangle. ---

Season 2. Episode 17 (Episode 37 overall)

The seventeenth episode focuses on Max's attempts to improve his relationship with Ilya for Sasha's sake. Lavrov organizes a house party and invites his rival to it. However, Max doesn't know the main thing: Sasha has already cheated on him. Kostya, who finds out about this, faces a difficult moral choice: tell his friend the truth or keep someone else's secret. Meanwhile, Chef Barinov, following Elena Pavlovna's advice, tries to control his fits of anger by reading poetry. At the same time, a comedic line unfolds in the kitchen: Senya and Fedya goad Louis into a bet to flirt with a girl. The pastry chef goes on a date with a girl for the first time, after which he has to dodge to get rid of her excessive attention. ---

Season 2. Episode 18 (Episode 38 overall)

The eighteenth episode becomes a serious test for Max. Sous-chef Lyova unexpectedly goes on vacation, and Barinov appoints Max as acting sous-chef. The long-awaited fulfillment of a dream turns into a real hell for Lavrov. He has to face a lot of surprises: unplanned guests, stale products, and drunk cooks. Fedya pranks Max by offering to illegally buy snails, which actually turn out to be fresh. Parallel to this, a dramatic line unfolds with Nastya. The girl stages her own kidnapping with the help of Rodion Sergeevich to get money from her wealthy father. Stepan Andreevich and Kostya collect the ransom. The "sausage king" is ready to give any money, but wants to save both the capital and his daughter's life. In the midst of this chaos, a group of Chinese people unexpectedly arrives at the restaurant. ---

Season 2. Episode 19 (Episode 39 overall)

The nineteenth episode is a real war. Another serious disagreement arises between Chef Barinov and Victoria Goncharova. This time, the conflict goes so far that the kitchen and hall workers declare war on each other. Max finds himself between two fires, not knowing which side to join. At the decisive moment, he is forced to betray the cooks and side with Vika. For this, the Chef fires his subordinate. Meanwhile, Dmitry Nagiev is preparing for an important meeting with a famous director from Romania and is experimenting with his image. A new regular customer appears at the restaurant, who is interested not only in French cuisine. ---

Season 2. Episode 20 (Episode 40 overall, finale)

The twentieth, final episode of the second season, sums up the results and presents the characters with important choices. Maxim Lavrov, fired by the Chef, tries in every way to return to the kitchen, but Barinov is adamant. However, Victoria, seeing the cook's sincere desire, hires him as a waiter. Nastya, having met her former classmate who boasts about her upcoming wedding, begins to think about marriage. She persuades Kostya to make her a unique proposal. Viktor Barinov moves in with Elena Pavlovna. Max helps solve a number of problems at a wedding held at "Claude Monet." However, the Chef remains adamant and does not forgive Max for his betrayal. The episode ends on a tense note, leaving the viewer in anticipation of the third season. ---

Here is a detailed breakdown of the first four episodes of the third season. Events develop rapidly: the Chef's daughter appears at the restaurant, Max tries his hand at a new role, and the characters' personal lives become even more tangled. ---

Season 3. Episode 1 (Episode 41 overall)

The first episode of the third season is marked by two important changes in the characters' lives. Maxim Lavrov, still unforgiven by the Chef for his betrayal during the war between cooks and waiters, is forced to work as a waiter in the hope of one day returning to the kitchen. Besides his position, he also tries to win Victoria back, but now he has to compete for her heart with Nagiev himself. Meanwhile, Dmitry Nagiev decides that the restaurant needs to keep up with the times and is looking for a new chef—a specialist in molecular cuisine. This person turns out to be Katya—Viktor Barinov's eldest daughter. The Chef, upon learning of his daughter's appointment, flies into a rage and decides to sabotage her work. He persuades the waiters not to recommend molecular cuisine dishes to clients, in order to free Katya from orders and send her to the most menial jobs. Meanwhile, Nastya can't bring herself to tell her father that she's pregnant, and Max desperately tries by any means to invite Vika on a date. The episode ends on the same note it began: Max remains a waiter, and his place in the kitchen has been taken by the Chef's daughter—and this is only the beginning of their confrontation. ---

Season 3. Episode 2 (Episode 42 overall)

The second episode is a real tournament on all fronts. In the hall, Max and Ilya argue about who is the best waiter and make a bet: whoever earns more tips in a day. Other waiters join the argument. In the kitchen, meanwhile, an equally fierce battle breaks out. Senya, Fedya, and Katya organize a competition for the best dirty trick. Senya and Fedya start first: they play a prank on Katya by taking her clothes. Katya doesn't stay in debt and prepares a "molecular" dish for them with... sheep manure. However, everything doesn't go according to plan when Nagiev himself accidentally tastes the dish—and he likes it. While this war is going on, Nastya struggles with an irresistible urge to eat something meaty, which becomes a real test for the pregnant vegetarian. In the finale of the episode, Nagiev fires Sasha because of Ilya, and Ilya tries to frame Max, but everything gets out of control. From all these pranks, the amorous and modest Lyova suffers the most. ---

Season 3. Episode 3 (Episode 43 overall)

The third episode focuses on the consequences of Katya's appearance and new conflicts. Max has a serious conflict with a client who turns out to be the prefect's wife. Now Max and Vika have to go and apologize to the high-ranking official to avoid a scandal that could cost the restaurant its reputation. In the kitchen, meanwhile, Katya actively tries to integrate into the team. However, Chef Barinov categorically dislikes this: he does not want to accept his daughter's presence on his territory and decides to prevent this in every way. His plan is to make Katya's work unbearable so that she quits herself. Parallel to this, other storylines develop. Kostya and Nastya, preparing for the addition to the family, think about improving the apartment. However, in their new plans, as it turns out, there is no place for Max, which poses the question of finding new housing for Lavrov. The episode shows how the appearance of a new person in the team reshuffles all the usual connections and creates new lines of tension. ---

Season 3. Episode 4 (Episode 44 overall)

The fourth episode brings long-awaited changes. Elena Pavlovna, continuing her relationship with Barinov, gives him an elephant that brings good luck. And, strangely enough, luck really does begin to accompany the Chef in all his endeavors. Meanwhile, Dmitry Nagiev finally divorces Kristina. This event becomes an occasion for a salary increase—both for himself and for the entire staff. However, the joy is short-lived: Ilya, caught in the crossfire of Nagiev's changeable mood, finds himself fired. The enraged Ilya decides to take revenge, but as a result of his revenge, the Chef, Max, and Katya suffer. Against the background of all these events, Max once again tries to get closer to Vika. He asks her if she thinks that everything between them has become like it used to be, but because of the fuss with Nagiev and the divorce, Vika doesn't have time to answer. The episode ends on this tense note, leaving the viewer in the dark as to whether Vika is ready to give Max a second chance. ---

Here is a detailed breakdown of episodes 5–8 of the third season. In these episodes, love triangles reach their peak, and the restaurant itself becomes a battlefield in Nagiev's war with his ex-wife. ---

Season 3. Episode 5 (Episode 45 overall)

The fifth episode is a classic "Kitchen" episode, where love passions intertwine with kitchen intrigues, putting all the characters before a difficult choice. At the center of the plot is the battle for Victoria's heart. Nagiev openly confesses his love to Vika and actively tries to win her favor. This finally infuriates Max, who is convinced that Vika has traded him for Nagiev and his money. Max begins to desperately jealous and enters into open confrontation with the restaurant owner. Meanwhile, a drama of its own unfolds in the kitchen. Senya is once again caught stealing products. This leads to a serious conflict with the Chef and the other cooks. Parallel to this, Katya is planning to leave the restaurant, unable to bear the constant pressure from her father. However, she is ready to stay on one condition: the Chef must make her sous-chef of molecular cuisine. This ultimatum puts Viktor Barinov before a difficult choice: back down and acknowledge his daughter's professional merits, or lose her as a specialist. A separate line is devoted to Kostya and Nastya. The young parents, happily expecting a new addition, are increasingly concerned about the issue of housing—renting an apartment is becoming an unbearable burden. The episode ends on a high note of tension: relations between all the characters reach a critical point. ---

Season 3. Episode 6 (Episode 46 overall)

The sixth episode shifts the focus to a global conflict: the restaurant becomes the arena of war between ex-spouses. Nagiev and Kristina are dividing property, and the restaurant becomes the main object of their confrontation. A real dual power is established in the restaurant: each of them tries to win Chef Barinov over to their side to spite the ex. The Chef finds himself in an extremely awkward position, forced to please two masters at once. Against this chaos, the confrontation for Vika continues. Nagiev continues to be jealous of her towards Max. The conflict between them reaches its peak—Nagiev almost fires Max, but at the very last moment Kristina intervenes in the situation and saves Lavrov from dismissal. On this same day, two banquets are ordered at the restaurant: one under Nagiev's leadership, the other under Kristina's. This creates additional chaos in the kitchen: the cooks don't know whose orders to follow, and Barinov tries to please both, realizing that any wrong step could cost him his job. The episode clearly shows that the war between ex-spouses jeopardizes not only their relationship but also the fate of the entire team. ---

Season 3. Episode 7 (Episode 47 overall)

The seventh episode focuses on two main problems: how Max can win Vika back and what to name Kostya and Nastya's future son. Max finally realizes that he is losing Vika and that the main obstacle to their reunion is Nagiev. He painfully realizes that he cannot give Vika the material level that Nagiev can offer, but at the same time he cannot let her go. Lavrov feverishly runs through all possible options for the development of their relationship in his head and tries to come up with the perfect plan to win her back. Parallel to this, a domestic conflict flares up in Kostya and Nastya's relationship: they can't decide what to name their future son. Nastya suggests naming the baby Kuzma, but Kostya categorically disagrees and insists on the name Dmitry. The argument goes so far that the couple nearly has a falling out. In this situation, Kostya even turns to Max for advice, who, being absorbed in his own romantic experiences, is unlikely to be able to give good advice. In addition, Chef Barinov also has problems with one of the clients in this episode, which adds to his headaches on an already stressful day. The episode shows how even the simplest everyday issues can become a cause of serious disagreements between loving people. ---

Season 3. Episode 8 (Episode 48 overall)

The eighth episode brings Max a long-awaited return to the kitchen—even if in the most humiliating capacity. Max is back in the kitchen, but now as a cleaner. Working in the hall and humiliating duties finally push him over the edge, and he is about to quit. However, at the last moment, fate gives him a gift: he is promoted to cook. The restaurant staff throws a banquet in honor of this event. However, Max's joy is short-lived: when the Chef comes to the kitchen and learns of Lavrov's promotion, he flies into a rage and begins furiously throwing food at Max. Parallel to this, a comedic line develops with the Chef. Barinov has an important match of his beloved "Spartak" and tries his best to get out of a meeting with Elena Pavlovna's friends to watch the game. However, more and more obstacles arise on the way to the TV, and in the end the Chef suffers defeat. At the same time, Nagiev invites Vika to his home. Max, who has just returned to the kitchen, learns about this and once again finds himself under threat of losing the woman he loves. The episode ends on this tense note: Max's return to the kitchen coincides with a new round of his struggle for Vika, and the Chef seems ready to do anything to prevent the career growth of the disliked cook. ---

In these episodes, the "Claude Monet" team faces unexpected twists: from the Chef's deep bender to the appearance of a belligerent neighbor. The idyll is shattered, and old secrets come to light. ---

Season 3. Episode 9 (Episode 49 overall)

The ninth episode begins with Viktor Barinov taking the breakup with Elena Pavlovna very hard. The Chef goes on a deep bender, and in this state he makes Maxim Lavrov his "right hand." Poor Max now has to not only drink with the Chef but also sponsor him, and constantly bail him out of drunken scrapes. At the same time, an important event occurs in Kostya and Nastya's lives. Nastya's father, Stepan Andreevich, offers Kostya a highly paid job at his firm as a staff lawyer. Kostya agrees to this lucrative position. But he is afraid that his pregnant wife will be against it, and therefore decides to tell Nastya that he got a job as a bartender in a sports bar. This is how his double life begins. The third storyline of this episode reveals Katya Barinova's secret. She manages to hide from her father and from Victoria the fact that she was expelled from the culinary academy in Paris. This adds tension to her already difficult relationship with her parent. ---

Season 3. Episode 10 (Episode 50 overall)

At the center of the tenth episode are two parallel stories about the search for love. Chef Barinov makes a bet with Dmitry Nagiev, claiming that he can find a woman in just one day. This becomes a matter of honor for him. Parallel to this, sous-chef Lyova finally decides to show his feelings for Katya. The shy and insecure Lyova wants to invite the Chef's daughter on a date, but is terribly embarrassed to make the first move. Maxim Lavrov comes to his aid, offering to help his timid colleague win Katya's heart. However, given Max's character and his own complicated history with women, his help could have unexpected consequences for Lyova. Against the background of these romantic peripeties, Kostya and Nastya, who are in love and happy, continue to prepare for the imminent addition to their family. However, their joy is overshadowed by the thought of rented accommodation—they have neither the funds nor the strength to rent an apartment, and they don't want to go back to Nastya's parents. ---

Season 3. Episode 11 (Episode 51 overall)

In the eleventh episode, an old acquaintance appears at the "Claude Monet" restaurant, whose visit will make a lot of noise. An old friend of Barinov's arrives in Moscow, who is also a former curator of the culinary academy where Katya studied. This event directly threatens to reveal her secret about her expulsion. In this episode, Max becomes a victim of Katya's lies, which she likely uses to preserve her reputation at any cost. Parallel to this, a tense line develops with the Chef. He accidentally overhears a conversation between Nagiev and Victoria about the need to replace old furniture in the restaurant. Barinov takes these words personally. He decides that they are talking about him and that Nagiev wants to remove him from his position as head chef. Insulted and worried, Barinov decides that he needs to get his act together and prove his indispensability. ---

Season 3. Episode 12 (Episode 52 overall)

The twelfth episode introduces viewers to the oldest and meanest neighbor of "Claude Monet." In the building where the restaurant is located, lives a war veteran, Kirill Ilyich, who becomes a real terror for the entire establishment. With his quirks and antics, he scares away all the guests. For example, in this episode, he pours soup on Max. The conflict reaches its peak when Grandfather Kirill makes a hole right above the restaurant. Nagiev, tired of constant problems, decides to personally go to the grandfather's apartment to try to resolve the conflict peacefully and apologize to the veteran. However, his attempts to make contact fail: in response to an offer of money, Grandfather Kirill shoots Nagiev with a salt gun. The situation reaches an absurd climax when, during one of the grandfather's antics, a bust of Stalin falls on him, and the veteran dies. Against this background, Max, who is feeling cramped in Kostya and Nastya's apartment, tries to find new housing for himself, but even this turns out to be a difficult task. ---

Here are detailed descriptions of episodes 13–16 of the third season. In these episodes, the "Claude Monet" team faces the consequences of a wild night, a new suitor for Katya, Nagiev's culinary experiments, and a real "poltergeist" in the kitchen. ---

Season 3. Episode 13 (Episode 53 overall)

The thirteenth episode begins with Max and Katya waking up naked in Victoria's apartment, not remembering how they got there. Around them are two empty bottles of cognac and complete chaos. Arriving at work, Max is horrified to learn that three bottles of cognac are missing from the restaurant's bar, and three more were broken. Now he and Katya are under suspicion, but neither remembers what actually happened. Parallel to this, other storylines develop. Victoria confesses to her sister Katya that she doesn't trust Nagiev and doubts his sincerity. At the same time, Nagiev himself turns to Viktor Barinov for advice on how best to win Vika's favor. In the kitchen, meanwhile, Senya and Fedya try to find out who actually trashed the bar. Suspicion falls on everyone, but the real culprit remains unknown. The episode is filled with comical situations related to Max and Katya's attempts to reconstruct the events of the previous night and prove their innocence. ---

Season 3. Episode 14 (Episode 54 overall)

The fourteenth episode brings new problems to Katya Barinova's personal life. Chef Viktor Barinov learns that his eldest daughter has started dating a greedy and unfaithful biker nicknamed "Piston." Naturally, this causes a storm of indignation in Viktor Petrovich. He tries to buy off the alleged suitor with money, just to keep him away from his daughter. However, Katya, as befits a rebellious daughter, does not want to listen to her father's advice. Her new boyfriend turns out to be a dangerous guy, and in the course of events, Katya gets into an accident. Meanwhile, Maxim Lavrov, as always, is looking for adventure. He gets into a conflict with some Caucasians, and the matter takes a serious turn. Now he has to find a way to appease the enraged opponents to settle the absurd conflict. The episode shows how the personal lives of the Chef's children become a source of constant headaches for him, and Max once again proves his ability to get into the most ridiculous situations. ---

Season 3. Episode 15 (Episode 55 overall)

The fifteenth episode focuses on several important events at once. The main line is a test for Dmitry Nagiev. He needs to urgently learn how to cook a complex dish. Chef Barinov undertakes to help the restaurant owner, and this becomes a source of many comical situations: the formidable showman turns out to be completely helpless at the stove. Parallel to this, a dramatic line develops with Victoria. She decides to leave the restaurant. For Max, this becomes the last chance to win back the woman he loves. He decides to congratulate Vika on the holiday in a spectacular way, but, in his usual stupidity, risks his life. At the same time, Nastya and Kostya are actively preparing for the wedding. Nastya's father, Stepan Andreevich, wants to help the newlyweds arrange a good wedding, but Nastya categorically refuses to take money from her father. Then the cunning businessman gives the money to Kostya, offering to pretend that he received it as a tip or saved it himself. Now Kostya faces a difficult moral choice: tell Nastya the truth or keep the secret. ---

Season 3. Episode 16 (Episode 56 overall)

The sixteenth episode becomes a turning point in the fate of several characters at once. Victoria leaves for Europe for a new job. Her departure is a serious blow for Max, who remains in Moscow without the woman he loves. Nagiev, taking advantage of the moment, appoints his ex-wife Kristina as the new director of the restaurant. Kristina, having received power, begins to skillfully use it. Meanwhile, a real detective story unfolds in the kitchen. Senya and Fedya convince everyone that the mess in the kitchen is being caused by the ghost of the recently deceased grandfather Kirill. They spread a rumor that the spirit of the hated neighbor has returned and is ruining their lives. In fact, this turns out to be a cunning plan by the cooks to steal food and blame it on the "poltergeist."

Parallel to this, Max tries to come up with his own signature dish. However, each subsequent attempt turns out worse than the previous one, and his culinary experiments are not to everyone's taste. The episode becomes a farewell to Victoria and at the same time the beginning of a new era in the restaurant—the era of Kristina, which promises many surprises for the entire team. ---

Here is a detailed breakdown of the final episodes of the third season, in which the restaurant undergoes a change of power, and the characters go through serious trials. ---

Season 3. Episode 17 (Episode 57 overall)

The seventeenth episode begins with a shock for the entire team. Kristina, Nagiev's ex-wife, stole all the money from the restaurant safe in the previous episode, leaving "Claude Monet" on the brink of bankruptcy. Nagiev is forced to make a difficult decision—to sell the restaurant to Andrei Mikhailovich, the owner of the "Vkusno Project" chain. Chef Barinov, for whom the restaurant has become a second home, flies into a rage at this news. The restaurant team is not going to give up without a fight. The cooks decide to hinder the deal in every way. In an attempt to sabotage the sale, Senya accidentally cuts the power. However, it later turns out that the banquet the cooks are preparing is not for Andrei Mikhailovich at all, but for an oil magnate who could help buy the restaurant back. Against the backdrop of this crisis, personal relationships also develop. Max begins to notice that he likes Katya, and a rapprochement occurs between them. Parallel to this, Nagiev catches Max with Vika and tries to fire the cook. ---

Season 3. Episode 18 (Episode 58 overall)

The eighteenth episode is devoted to the consequences of the restaurant's sale. Andrei Mikhailovich, the new owner, immediately begins to introduce his own rules. Season 3. Episode 19 (Episode 59 overall)

The nineteenth episode is perhaps the most unexpected of the season. It all starts with Andrei Mikhailovich learning about Rodion Sergeevich—the homeless man whom the restaurant has been feeding for free for years. Andrei Mikhailovich, hoping that the bum won't cope, gives him a complex order, but Rodion brilliantly completes it. A shocking truth is revealed: Rodion Sergeevich turns out not to be a homeless man at all, but a successful businessman who lost his memory. His past begins to unfold. Parallel to this, Max, thinking that Vika is testing his honesty, invites the flirtatious waitress Eva to his home. ---

He rides up to the restaurant on horseback and proposes to her, but Vika refuses him. Suddenly, the horse throws Max off, and he ends up in the hospital. There, he decides to pretend that he has lost his memory, hoping that Vika will take care of him. However, his deception is soon exposed in the most unfortunate way. After this, Max has a fight with Vika and accidentally breaks Kostya's leg. Distraught, he quits the restaurant and leaves for Voronezh. Meanwhile, Andrei Mikhailovich hires the most famous crisis manager in Moscow to restore order in the restaurant. The Chef doesn't like these changes, and he decides to blackmail them. However, after they manage to get rid of the crisis manager, Barinov learns terrible news: the "Claude Monet" restaurant will no longer exist, and a German sports bar will open in its place.
