Will heard the footsteps coming down the hall, today was the day he had been both anticipating, and dreading, the day he would meet his roommate. He held his ukulele in his hands, gently playing some chords as he tried to feel the tension in his heart, and the anxiety in his brain. He jumped up as the door to his dorm opened, even though he knew it was coming, he was still taken aback by the sudden intrusion.
