Omega flowey is the transformation of flowey the flower when he absorbed the 6 human souls which he did so he can break the barrier and become God. During the fight the 6 human souls help you defeat omega flowey.
And once you defeat omega flowey he goes back to being a flower where you have the choice to spare or kill him.

You wake up in pure darkness but you see the star that you use to save, but once you approach it you see: "Flowey LV9999 999:999 The End." The file starts to break and out comes flowey.
